    @JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio is giving a lot of trouble now. Poor network. Voice distortion. Jio goes dead on the ground floor since always but used to work well on the first floor but since past 1 month, m facing the mentioned problems on first floor too.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the IVR options on support number don’t work, why put them there. There has been no action on a service request I raised on 14th May. Not even a phone call. Moving to @reliancejio for sure this time.

    MyJio app has no option to call customer care, it is so harassment for customer who wants to talk to jio customer care for any issue, actually there is no option under JioCare option. Wow. What is the meaning of this JioCare then!! Only IVR online chat option which is bullshit.

    @reliancejio recently I recharged from Imobile app of (icic bank). And I didn't get my plan of it and I try to call on your customer care number but it doesn't work so it's my request please fix this asap.

    @reliancejio I made a mistake taking jio fiber connection. My internet is down since yesterday for which I tried to complain, my experience - Nobody picked up the call at 18008969999, tried 6 times -engineer who intially shared his no. didn't picked the call - No reply on email
