    @JioCare I’ve been using jio for a while and been a loyal customer to jio but as reward jio is providing me unstable internet connection , i am not even able to load my instagrm feed. Hope you fix this problem soon.

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio service is pathetic nowadays... I hv ported my number from docomo to jio but didn't get any offer from your side . Also internet speed is very poor. Tata docomo 3g speed was much better than jio 4g speed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm fed up with you shitty service and I'm going to definitely switch to some other network and ask my friends to do so. I can't even buffer a YouTube video with 144 pixels. That's how shitty your network is. Your customer service down drastically.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare How one teleco company can retain the money charged for recharge wherein no recharge was done by them. Struggling to get the refund for last 4 days. Morover i had to pay Rs. 444 extra for recharge over and above Rs. 399 already paid by me. Help me Jio

    @JioCare We know when the plan expires, the repeated alert tone before making a call is so annoying. Just imagine an emergency situation, and we have to wait for the alert tone to finish first adn then make the call, till then God knows what would be the fate.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please take concern here in Odisha,dist- Bargarh,PIN-768040, very poor service and totally depends on electricity,no electricity no Airtel network, while @reliancejio is providing services 24 hour, your towers and your employees

    @JioCare @JioOdisha but other service provider are providing broad band connection even more than 200m. I don't know what is the issue with the Cuttack local Jio team. The Jio box near me can have 8 connection, but it has only 3 connection till now.
