    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I have been tired explaining the same issue again and again. Not a particular website, I am facing problems with all websites whether it is google, youtube. I am not able to even send a whatsapp message easily. It takes much time. Location added.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the IVR options on support number don’t work, why put them there. There has been no action on a service request I raised on 14th May. Not even a phone call. Moving to @reliancejio for sure this time.

    @JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

    @reliancejio recently I recharged from Imobile app of (icic bank). And I didn't get my plan of it and I try to call on your customer care number but it doesn't work so it's my request please fix this asap.

    @JioCare I paid for jio and was waiting for it to get installed on 4thand it got postponed to 6thand I was really disappointed in jio I only booked jio fiber because of the fast installation if I knew this would happen I would have some other network and would have got it by now

    @JioCare @reliancejio when will be Jio fiber service will start in nanded city pune ? @Airtel_Presence airtel seems to be not care and it doesn't care for new connection. Every two hrs they assured installation since yesterday

    And they told within 24 hrs agent will come and collect the devices and 48hrs completed no one came till now…if u want new connection ..we will receive 100s of calls…what a service …its not jio …maro after taking service @reliancejio
