@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the IVR options on support number don’t work, why put them there. There has been no action on a service request I raised on 14th May. Not even a phone call. Moving to @reliancejio for sure this time.

MyJio app has no option to call customer care, it is so harassment for customer who wants to talk to jio customer care for any issue, actually there is no option under JioCare option. Wow. What is the meaning of this JioCare then!! Only IVR online chat option which is bullshit.

@JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

Guys don't use Ajio for shopping online , I tried it for change but Myntra is way more better . They atleast provide proper customer support services. @AJIOLife doesn't even have any resolvance to customer grievances! @reliancejio @AJIOLife
