But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

The days of my plan are passing by, yet I have no access to the connection. This is causing me a lot of trouble and inconvenience. Since this is an error on your end and I have already fulfilled the payment, I request that these lost days not be counted in my monthly cycle. Due to a misunderstanding, I downgraded to the ₹399 plan without realizing that it excluded TV channel services. Consequently, I returned my Jio 4K Set-Top Box, and Jio has already acknowledged its successful collection. Despite multiple emails, I have only been redirected to chatbot support without any proper resolution. I kindly request the following: • Upgrade my connection to the ₹599 Entertainment Bonanza plan (30 Mbps + OTT apps + TV channels). • Since the Set-Top Box has already been returned and acknowledged by Jio, kindly ensure that no notional value or penalty charges of ₹6,000 are applied to my account. • As per Jio policy, customers upgrading to an OTT bundled plan after returning the STB are eligible for a new Set-Top Box without additional device cost. Kindly arrange a technician visit for installation of the new Set-Top Box at my registered address. Please resolve this matter at the earliest as it is causing considerable inconvenience. Thank you.
