@reliancejio befooling people is the habbit of reliance. On complaining at customer care regarding poor internet service. Their representative replies due to high no of users the Internet has slow down. explain that this is the way a a tele Co. Has designed their system.

@thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

@reliancejio A cheap service provider, facing network issue since subscription, noone is available on call, executive disconnect the chats if you don't reply in 10sec. Where to go, @TRAI please remove minimum compulsory Period from MNP if consumer is not being listened.
