@Airtel_Presence @JioCare I recharge my both numbers airtel and jio But both have same problem of internet and voice break and disconnected call. Thanks for providing us this type of service and both company have broadband plans but they don't want to (airtel) shift connection

I have a number of JIO and I received a message from JIO for special offer (699Rs) regards the Calling and I internet. But when I recharged then didn't not received any plan then customer care guide me wrong and asked for more recharge. Why? @JioCare @reliancejio #jio

Pathetic customer service by @JioCare. I tried chatting, no response. I tried phone support, they disconnected my call twice within 1 min. I wasn't heard. @TRAI . I want complain for poor service by jio. I have questions on my bill of rs 1300.

@JioCare fiber is pathetic service provider. Who hides things from their customers. When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

@JioCare The network issue is not yet resolved even after escalating it. I am staying in one of main areas of Bengaluru then also these issues keep on coming. This way surely i gonna move to other options. Its been 20 days now I am not able to make/receive call in jio.
