I have a number of JIO and I received a message from JIO for special offer (699Rs) regards the Calling and I internet. But when I recharged then didn't not received any plan then customer care guide me wrong and asked for more recharge. Why? @JioCare @reliancejio #jio

@JioCare fiber is pathetic service provider. Who hides things from their customers. When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

Pathetic customer service by @JioCare. I tried chatting, no response. I tried phone support, they disconnected my call twice within 1 min. I wasn't heard. @TRAI . I want complain for poor service by jio. I have questions on my bill of rs 1300.

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Incase you are not ready with 5G! Kindly don’t worry, We the user will not mind, But please don’t destroy the existing 4G network. Facing irregular lags in the internet, poor call connectivity multiple times. Voices not audible, calls not get placed.
