    @JioCare I’ve been using jio for a while and been a loyal customer to jio but as reward jio is providing me unstable internet connection , i am not even able to load my instagrm feed. Hope you fix this problem soon.

    @JioCare @iChetanSingh Jio I want to let you know that past 2 month I generate complaints regarding jio network here I am facing very critical problem with jio very bad experience with jio signal strength even i living at Chandigarh an urban area and no action taken by your team please look at this

    @JioCare @reliancejio @irvpaswan @rsprasad @TRAI failed to get any resolution till now just begging. All this show that everthing is intentional on part of jio. @jagograhakjago please lookinto it I am getting harrassed. Example of defciency of service and unfair trade practice.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare How one teleco company can retain the money charged for recharge wherein no recharge was done by them. Struggling to get the refund for last 4 days. Morover i had to pay Rs. 444 extra for recharge over and above Rs. 399 already paid by me. Help me Jio

    @JioCare I have silver plan which has 200gb + 200gb and paid for 3 months in advance under offer for getting 25% extra. Still after exhausting 200gb no additional data been given. Speed is very bad now, channels not working.

    @followrahul_ray @JioCare Oh you're so lucky that you got 25days service.. i paid for six months and got service for 6hrs and finally after follow-up for 6 weeks I got my amount refund after deducting huge amount.

    Paying for 30 days and getting service for 25 days. Is that a new scheme of @JioCare ?? Most of the days Jio Fibernet will not work and technician slots not available to resolve. It’s biggest scam pay for 30 days and get service for only 25…..

    @reliancejio @JioCare On 8 August I received 2nd message mentioning time of 7.30 PM of same day that is 8 August. On 9 August I have called to customer care they again promised it to be resolved in 4 hrs. I have received a call from some Pushpender with mob no 8851854510 .
