I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

Now jio could neither cancel the prime plan nor the actual jio plan! And stupid AI bots are frontier and couldn’t talk to the customer care. How stupid this management is!!!
