    @reliancejio fix your internet and call drops. There's hardly internet during the whole 24hours and the calls sound like pre EDGE era. Terrible as always. Keeps saying oh we are working on it from the past like what 9 months?

    @AJIOLife @reliancejio Hey shivam, your AJIO complaint, with ID COM00016440750 has been assigned to the team concerned for the resolution and we will ensure that the same is resolved on or before 28-12-2020. Worthless raising tickets from past 6 days not resolved my problem

    @reliancejio befooling people is the habbit of reliance. On complaining at customer care regarding poor internet service. Their representative replies due to high no of users the Internet has slow down. explain that this is the way a a tele Co. Has designed their system.

    @JioCare what is your turn around time for the closure of one customer’s issue.. is it one year?? Because I had reported a issue last month and I only been given fake promises, I suggest you should say no to it on the first place so that we can look for other cellular networks...

    @JioCare Shame on JIO! Besides my repeated requests regarding internet speed issue. The message is being floating in between your department. But no one even called back to rectify it. Shame!! Poor commitment what I say??

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Very bad experience with jio I am sending PORT request to 1900 again and again but SMS not able to send Very fraud company indeed No customer care I tried alot to send SMS and also tried to contact customer care but in vain

    @thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

    @JioCare I am deeply annoyed with the service I wnat my money back which I have paid you in advance for one year subscription. It is a clear cut case of Fraud of" Wrong Commitment "or we can say befooling people.

    Phone is showing network all the day, Internet is also working but when someone is trying to call, it’s reporting that number is switched off. what kind of behaviour is this @JioCare good friends of mine, please suggest a good network as can’t support Ambani ji more than this.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have been a loyal customer to Jio Fiber for the past 3 years(connection under my father's name). The service provided to get a new connection is very poor and the employees are not at all responsive to resolve the issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have applied for a new connection in Bangalore and have been waiting for a couple of weeks now. The Area Manager and his executives are fooling me around and are very rude to me. They don't pick up the call or revert to me with the status of my request.
