    @reliancejio @JioCare i have requested engineer visit between 9:00 am to 10:00 am , it already 10 where is your engineer ? I cant waste my all day sitting at home to wait for your engineer to come and fix the problem

    @thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

    @JioCare fiber is pathetic service provider. Who hides things from their customers. When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

    @JioCare will port to @airtelindia in november as speed of jio network is less in my area..airtel offers 55mbps speed in my area..waiting for 90 days to be over and i switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare very bad network. This is a village of 1000 people but still internet is very slow. Even google crome is not opening. Very bad network service.

    @SourodipMonda13 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @KeniyaNilesh Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio

    @ImSharmaRam They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare
