    I returned the device on 29th August, it's been more than a month since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for an update but end up getting false promises. @JioCare is the worst.

    Hi @airtelindia Broadband team, This is regarding Complaint: 10094412751 for frequent Internet disconnection raised on 27.10 but till now it's not being resolved. Let me know If i have to switch to other connection who can have better technical team @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @JioCare why your service is so crappy? Even when i have the signal, i still struggle to make a phone call, today i was waiting for an important meeting and i wasn't able to connect with the other person because of this shity service.

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani: My Internet is not working since ystrday and all i am getting a response : Extive will cm dnt knw when. CS team does not know anything ,No esclation matrix ,No contact of concern person or engineer. After sales customer service is most important thing.

    @JioCare One thing I noticed with Jio Fiber is that the public IP address is not reachable from outside, NAT / Port Forwarding / Jio Firewall, It's not an issue for normal users but if you are planning to host a server that should be reachable from outside it's not going to work.

    @JioCare Yogesh , I had returned that router in proper condition also I had used that router only for a month , so there is no chance that the device will be in bad condition. Also I had been following up for 18 months which this is getting communicated now.

    @JioCare @ptshubhampathak Family extended with a lot of satisfied members not with the unusual membership . @JioCare will be no longer network I think due to internet speed problem. First take it seriously than think.
