@JioCare fiber is pathetic service provider. Who hides things from their customers. When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

Pathetic customer service by @JioCare. I tried chatting, no response. I tried phone support, they disconnected my call twice within 1 min. I wasn't heard. @TRAI . I want complain for poor service by jio. I have questions on my bill of rs 1300.

What a pathetic service by JIO. Its been 4 months I have raised a complain for poor connectivity but seems to be least bothered. I have more than 25 JIO user in my home all of them are facing the same issue. Do not know when it will get resolved. @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio Reliance Jio had no support, you will be stuck if you have any issue. Avoid. About entertainment, Jio hardly gives 10 Mbps on a 300 Mbps plan. you will not be able to see anything. Stick to DTH for TV.

@JioCare, applied for a new connection before 10 days and got it activated 3 days ago. The name on my invoice is not matching with my kyc name as on aadhaar card through which the account was activated. Tried complaining many times and no help so far. #JioFiber #frustrated
