    @JioCare what is your turn around time for the closure of one customer’s issue.. is it one year?? Because I had reported a issue last month and I only been given fake promises, I suggest you should say no to it on the first place so that we can look for other cellular networks...

    Returned device on 29th August, it's been 12 days since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio is giving a lot of trouble now. Poor network. Voice distortion. Jio goes dead on the ground floor since always but used to work well on the first floor but since past 1 month, m facing the mentioned problems on first floor too.

    Internet has been unusable for the last 1 week with pathetic speed. Every time I contact support, I get the same fake “will be fixed in 4 hours” reply. Still not resolved. Paid for full month but no proper service. Who will compensate for this? Completely unacceptable. @JioCare

    @JioCare First you take 20 days for installation, and when it still doesn’t work, the complaint gets closed saying customer not interested. How is that even possible? If I wasn’t interested, why would I get your connection installed in the first place? Extremely poor service.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have not received any sms of delay. And unable to login to jio app through the Mobile number. It says unregistered. I'm submitting same number I used during registration. I don't understand why there is delay ,when installation was promised the same day I paid.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Can you tell when your engineer has visited? Because my scheduled time was 4pm yesterday and no one called me and no one visited. Why are you telling lie that engineer has visited? And secondly what is the technical issue? What is Timeline of resolution?
