    @reliancejio recently I recharged from Imobile app of (icic bank). And I didn't get my plan of it and I try to call on your customer care number but it doesn't work so it's my request please fix this asap.

    @JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the IVR options on support number don’t work, why put them there. There has been no action on a service request I raised on 14th May. Not even a phone call. Moving to @reliancejio for sure this time.

    @JioCare I faced a connection issue yesterday morning. After 9 pm, the connection was totally lost. I raised a complaint but issue not yet resolved. Today is the first working day after the long holidays. I told CC that I resolved the above issue as early as possible.

    On 19th September, my grandmother had a sudden attack of heart failure and we lost her on 29th September. We were helpless with your poor network. Only the @reliancejio network was working a little. We live in a metro city like Delhi. We have raised complaints in the past too.
