    @reliancejio recently I recharged from Imobile app of (icic bank). And I didn't get my plan of it and I try to call on your customer care number but it doesn't work so it's my request please fix this asap.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the IVR options on support number don’t work, why put them there. There has been no action on a service request I raised on 14th May. Not even a phone call. Moving to @reliancejio for sure this time.

    @JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

    @JioCare I've already mentioned please increase the speed of #JioFibre to match #5G services - as the upgrade to this service is long due - the prices to this service have been constantly on higher side right from launch - kindly consider bringing prices down and increasing speed 🙏 ty
