    @JioCare @Moiz62212022 @Moiz62212022 better you port out to some other network as @JioCare will never solve your problem. they have no solution. they just do copy paste of same messages again and again.. First check their reply from others tweet as they have nothing else to say except doing copy paste

    @ompushkar1 @dbairagiadv @JioCare Right. @JioCare will never solve your problem.. They have inbuilt template.. They just do copy paste and never solve problem.. Better you switch to another network.

    Went to nearest Jio Store to port my Service to Jio , They said I have to come in February as there has some new rules in Jio , I am 18.9 Years old. I can have a sim card on my own . I think so. Kindly look into it. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio service is pathetic nowadays... I hv ported my number from docomo to jio but didn't get any offer from your side . Also internet speed is very poor. Tata docomo 3g speed was much better than jio 4g speed.

    .when i file complaint they say we are improving , but how long In 2 months you can't fix a Small issue.If you can't then quality of engineers you are having are very low graded. At least Idea take care of it's all coustomers .@JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Mobile internet is not working properly since 17-Sep afternoon in Sector 79, Mohali, S.A.S Nagar, Punjab. The signal seems very weak with only 2 bars instead of usual 4 bars. Can you please get this checked on priority pls and get this fixed.

    @beebomco This ridiculous service, trust me I never imagined. It's been more than a month that I complained about the poor network at my residence. But still no action taken. Could you believe that I have to move out of my house to talk to someone. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Gigafiber internet is not wrkng since yest. I registerd a complaint SR00000YPLMD and the tech said its a backend issue and will be resolved by 2day. I called support 2day and got to know that issue was marked as resolved w/o even confirming while it is still not resolved

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Jio is giving worst internet speed in my area, some times my what's app messages are also not sending due to this worst network I am using Jio 5G, Airtel's 4G is better then the jio 5G. can you guy's please do something for this..?

    @JioCare why has the jio network become so bad in the past 2 days horrible speeds on speed test. 5g network is showing on the phone. Tried the myjio app for a solution still nothing.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I ported my sim to jio postpaid however, I am unable to use internet. Your internet speed is less than 50 KBPS in Chandigarh. Never expected this type of service from you. Biggest mistake to use jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio extremely poor level of telecast and highlight videos. i never faced problem with amazon or hotstar. reliance ruined fun and enjoyment of IPL festival of india by poor quality of live and highlight videos. if you dont have capacity why did you snatched contract?
