    @JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

    @reliancejio fix your internet and call drops. There's hardly internet during the whole 24hours and the calls sound like pre EDGE era. Terrible as always. Keeps saying oh we are working on it from the past like what 9 months?

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Very bad experience with jio I am sending PORT request to 1900 again and again but SMS not able to send Very fraud company indeed No customer care I tried alot to send SMS and also tried to contact customer care but in vain

    @JioCare Unable to provide a registered user a simple email address of customer care for complaint resolution speaks volumes of your incompetence, even after 12 hours. By the way, I wasn't asking about keys to Mr. Ambani's locker. Anyway, we will leave there for now

    MyJio app has no option to call customer care, it is so harassment for customer who wants to talk to jio customer care for any issue, actually there is no option under JioCare option. Wow. What is the meaning of this JioCare then!! Only IVR online chat option which is bullshit.

Why isn't my Jio AirFiber installation taking place? Will I have to run after you for installation even after booking?

    @JioCare I've raised this complaint countless times—through Jio offices, online support, and even by calling from another operator's SIM. Every time, I'm told, "Your issue will be resolved within 24–48 hours, 100% guaranteed." But nothing ever changes.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My airfiber connection has been down since 7 July 2026 I lodged complaint as attached. Despite assurance that engineer will attend onsite till now no one has come. I use this 4 business & now relying on personal phone hotspots. Bad support from @JioCare

    The customer support is so pathetic of Jio Air Fiber. They disconnect the call if they do not have any answer. I have postpaid connection and I have to pay in advance to use it. Support says - "It is postpaid but it works as a prepaid." @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio

    @JioCare So since 2 nd June to 30 th June if it was temporary issues? How i could use even 1 GB out of 56 GB. Lie has become legitimate nature. Jio is anti national company. Sucking Blood like mosquito. I m not hre to donate Ambani . Either provide service or no recharge will be done.

    I've been patient through every extension from July 7 to July 8, then July 9, and now there isn't even an ETA. I completely understand that outages happen, but leaving customers without updates or access to a support agent for days is disappointing. @JioCare
