    @reliancejio @JioCare The Jio fiber is down since the past 2 days in Bangalore. The technicians are not picking up calls. Nobody has contacted me. The guy who was the spoc while taking the connection has also stopped picking up calls. @BSNL_KTK might provide better services

    Worst customer service of @JioCare @reliancejio I have experienced. Waste of money and time, no on cares after installing the Jio Fiber at your home. They keep you on hold and disconnect call, engineer reschedules appointment as per his/her wish.
