    I returned the device on 29th August, it's been more than a month since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for an update but end up getting false promises. @JioCare is the worst.

    @JioCare Unable to provide a registered user a simple email address of customer care for complaint resolution speaks volumes of your incompetence, even after 12 hours. By the way, I wasn't asking about keys to Mr. Ambani's locker. Anyway, we will leave there for now

    MyJio app has no option to call customer care, it is so harassment for customer who wants to talk to jio customer care for any issue, actually there is no option under JioCare option. Wow. What is the meaning of this JioCare then!! Only IVR online chat option which is bullshit.

    @JioFiber @JioCare I applied for a JioFiber connection on 9 June. Installation has been scheduled twice, but no one has completed it yet. The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.

    @JioCare Leave excuses and start execution.. change your tower operator here at 814152.. because they are like working on a mission to port all jio users to airtel or vi.. just shut off tower and go away to visit here and there for hours and hours and hours..... Today 1 hour network off..

    @JioCare My questions Why it isn’t covered in DND? How can we opt out of it? If it is just to inform, why it is repeated again and again? Why inform repeatedly till recharge is done? Isn’t it considered a spam? Why do local staff calls from personal like numbers? Isn’t it a privacy issue?
