I called support 2day and got to know that issue was marked as resolved w/o even confirming while it is still not resolved

Engineer then pushes time slot to 9 pm, and Call centre says, no slots after 8 pm. I ask Jio to resolve quick, and they cancel the request ! 👏👏brilliant work @reliancejio
