But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. And when you leave their customer service doesn’t care enough to retain- either downgrade or go away. That’s their solution.

And fio fibre has to be installed and I paid another 1300/- for new service and 200/- tonthe guy for installation.
