    @JioCare Unable to provide a registered user a simple email address of customer care for complaint resolution speaks volumes of your incompetence, even after 12 hours. By the way, I wasn't asking about keys to Mr. Ambani's locker. Anyway, we will leave there for now

    @thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

    Took a Jio AirFiber connection in March 2026 with a 4month recharge. During installation, I was informed that relocation would be possible if I shifted my residence. After 1.5 months, I moved to a new flat and contacted @JioCare relocation, but now they are denying the service.

    @JioCare Refund for Order ID N00001CWWCCW is still not credited despite multiple confirmations and a committed timeline. If the refund is not credited within the next 24 hours, I will proceed with formal escalation to @DoT_India for unresolved refund and service deficiency.
