I never recharged from last one year or so, but Jio says they won't delete because nos. are valid. If you ask whats the expiry, they don't know.

    @JioCare Hi, my internet has been off for three days, starting Tues, 22/12. After several phone calls, a modem technician came yesterday (Thurs, 24/12), and told us that there is an issue with the router, and that a separate team would address this issue. 1/3
