    Returned device on 29th August, it's been 12 days since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare, we have 5 Jio Mobile Sim cards in our family and none of them shows network signals to dial or receive calls. Our area pin code is 110085, Pocket A-2, Alok Kunj, Rohini, New Delhi. Pls look into it urgently.

    @JioCare My internet has been down since 1st Jan. Service people are not coming even after registering complain. There is no one to take responsibility. Service request no: SR0000186JWA.
