@reliancejio befooling people is the habbit of reliance. On complaining at customer care regarding poor internet service. Their representative replies due to high no of users the Internet has slow down. explain that this is the way a a tele Co. Has designed their system.

That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare today I started 1 movie for watching at 7.26pm and ended at 10.52pm. I am using your Internet service. Can you imagine how pathetic your data speed is. The movie was 1.42hrs but it took 3.30hrs to complete the whole movie. Pls don't give fake promises
