    @reliancejio fix your internet and call drops. There's hardly internet during the whole 24hours and the calls sound like pre EDGE era. Terrible as always. Keeps saying oh we are working on it from the past like what 9 months?

    Returned device on 29th August, it's been 12 days since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

    @JioCare Absolutely! But then only till the time payment is in process & after that you guys are least bothered about your commitments. I feel very very sad for such a brand. #HOPELESS #POOR #UNPROFESSIONAL. falling short of words for appreciating you ALL.

    @JioCare I'm really surprised to find Jio still asking me about the trouble, I am facing. It's same case that after listening to full Ramayan, one asks, 'who was Ram'. There are only two possibilities that either jio doesn't want to understand or doesn't have brain to understand.

    @JioCare fiber is pathetic service provider. Who hides things from their customers. When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

    Pathetic customer service by @JioCare. I tried chatting, no response. I tried phone support, they disconnected my call twice within 1 min. I wasn't heard. @TRAI . I want complain for poor service by jio. I have questions on my bill of rs 1300.

    @JioCare @reliancejio how to reachout this jio customer care. If we are calling then simply there bot answering we are facing some network congestion in your area. Then disconnect the call. I tried to connect multiple times to these people but there bot is answering always.

    @JioCare has hotstar replied to my issue ? They unprofessionally stripped my account of the benefits. I also escalated to @TRAI on the issue. With this type of #fraud and #cheating , no one would like to be a member of hotstar. It should be rightly renamed as Flopstar.

    @JioCare I have initiated porting for mybmobile number on 4th April via online KYC,now chasing for the sim to deliver and get it activated.Alteady have 10+ calls with customer care every time new date and time is communicated for activation of sim with no proper justification.
