They never replaced the tiles. We didn't get our tiles back. Nobody has come till now for the repairs.

Thanks for providing us this type of service and both company have broadband plans but they don't want to (airtel) shift connection

But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.
