MyJio app has no option to call customer care, it is so harassment for customer who wants to talk to jio customer care for any issue, actually there is no option under JioCare option. Wow. What is the meaning of this JioCare then!! Only IVR online chat option which is bullshit.

@reliancejio rather than promising offers and vochers, u guys need to work on network connectivity for your customers. Simply saying that you can email us, or can raise the appeal with Appellate focus on giving the quality which you promised on day 1 to all 120 million customers

@JioCare Jio team, Your service engineer came late for one day. Why i have to suffer for that? Jio team needs 5 minutes to install a new device and 1 second need to disconnect the connection.
