    I returned the device on 29th August, it's been more than a month since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for an update but end up getting false promises. @JioCare is the worst.

    @JioCare your installation team is bullshit..of panchkula,haryana 48 hrs and installation not done and power supply issue being stated since last 40 hours and still not resolved and they are ready to give money back as they cant do their job on time and just bahana .. poor JIO

    @thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

    @JioCare what is your turn around time for the closure of one customer’s issue.. is it one year?? Because I had reported a issue last month and I only been given fake promises, I suggest you should say no to it on the first place so that we can look for other cellular networks...

    @reliancejio befooling people is the habbit of reliance. On complaining at customer care regarding poor internet service. Their representative replies due to high no of users the Internet has slow down. explain that this is the way a a tele Co. Has designed their system.

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Jio people came and embezzled the interlocking tiles from our ramps to install their wires through the gutter pit. They never replaced the tiles. We didn't get our tiles back. Nobody has come till now for the repairs.

    Disappointed by Jio AirFiber (Order: NO0001EG0RF8). Paid & did KYC on a promise of 24hr install, but now delayed by 4 days. Worst part? Your agent was incredibly rude. Unacceptable service from @reliancejio @JioCare. Resolve within 24hrs or refund.

    @reliancejio @JioCare - pathetic service! 1st: cancelled 4mos ago despite paying 3mo advance. 2nd(Jul 3): manager promised 24hr install. Since Sat, told "they're coming" still not reached. Happy to speak to someone who can actually help, not make impossible commitments.

    @JioCare worst experience with jio fibre. Internet speed is so low that I am not able to do proper office work today. I have a 100 mbps plan but Right now I am getting barely 2-3 mbps speed also after talking to your customer care they aren't able to solve it.
