    @thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

    @JioCare your installation team is bullshit..of panchkula,haryana 48 hrs and installation not done and power supply issue being stated since last 40 hours and still not resolved and they are ready to give money back as they cant do their job on time and just bahana .. poor JIO

    @JioCare I am deeply annoyed with the service I wnat my money back which I have paid you in advance for one year subscription. It is a clear cut case of Fraud of" Wrong Commitment "or we can say befooling people.

    @KVRAO_CIL @JioCare actually, @reliancejio big problem is high no of customers, jio is unable to handle so i think people should release some burden from Jio shoulders by porting no in other operator. everytime i complained about slow internet,network issue, CC told me that is bcoz high no of custmr

    @JioCare I use jio simcard in my mobile and it has been recharged with valid pack for data and calls. I am able to use the data but i am not able to make/receive calls. ALSO Not getting SMS on it. Unable to reach customer care at 198 as outgoing is not possible. Please help.
