    @JioCare @reliancejio @irvpaswan @rsprasad @TRAI failed to get any resolution till now just begging. All this show that everthing is intentional on part of jio. @jagograhakjago please lookinto it I am getting harrassed. Example of defciency of service and unfair trade practice.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm fed up with you shitty service and I'm going to definitely switch to some other network and ask my friends to do so. I can't even buffer a YouTube video with 144 pixels. That's how shitty your network is. Your customer service down drastically.

    .when i file complaint they say we are improving , but how long In 2 months you can't fix a Small issue.If you can't then quality of engineers you are having are very low graded. At least Idea take care of it's all coustomers .@JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio service is pathetic nowadays... I hv ported my number from docomo to jio but didn't get any offer from your side . Also internet speed is very poor. Tata docomo 3g speed was much better than jio 4g speed.

    @JioCare Gigafiber internet is not wrkng since yest. I registerd a complaint SR00000YPLMD and the tech said its a backend issue and will be resolved by 2day. I called support 2day and got to know that issue was marked as resolved w/o even confirming while it is still not resolved

    @JioCare fed up of pathetic jio fiber services. You pay money in advance as prepaid recharge and then they give pathetic service without any adjustment. My fiber connection is not working since 3 days and no resolution provided and no adjustment amount in bill.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Planning my network port to Vodafone/Airtel. Fed up of Jio's week internet speeds, that too in the centre of my city (671121)! Oh, please don't say it is due to excess user traffic. Enough of this reason. It is your duty to improve the speed accordingly. 😒
