When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

The issue is the Router is not giving internet on the LAN output ports. I could not explain in much better way.

Technician broke a wire and demanded money to get new cable, later did not show up. Ticket waiting for 3 days without anyone visiting and getting postponed. 3 days without broadband!
