    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Jio people came and embezzled the interlocking tiles from our ramps to install their wires through the gutter pit. They never replaced the tiles. We didn't get our tiles back. Nobody has come till now for the repairs.

    @KVRAO_CIL @JioCare actually, @reliancejio big problem is high no of customers, jio is unable to handle so i think people should release some burden from Jio shoulders by porting no in other operator. everytime i complained about slow internet,network issue, CC told me that is bcoz high no of custmr

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have requested engineer visit between 9:00 am to 10:00 am , it already 10 where is your engineer ? I cant waste my all day sitting at home to wait for your engineer to come and fix the problem

    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare i have took plan of 1099 of 3 months that have ott platform’s in it that includes amazon prime subscription of 1yr but after 1 mnth its not working. Their is no solution provided by customer care. Hope you help. #jio #reliancejio #ott

    My @IPL kit: -Jio Fiber Internet -Jio Mobile Data Pack -Jio Hotstar This is by far the worst combo. @hotstar_helps keeps buffering. Video quality goes from HD to blurrr. I can't watch the match for 10mins in one go. The entire experience of watching IPL on @reliancejio platform is AWFUL!

    @JioCare Hi I'm using jio wifi for a while but it's not working properly for more than 3 days, when I tried to reach the jio care rep, no one is understanding the language Tamil or English, here the internet is disconnecting frequently, and I'm doing work from home, coz of this.1

    @JioCare @JioCare my issue is still not resolved even after multiple follow ups, the recharge done is not against a wrong number, the transaction was done for genuine number only but the status is still not reflecting and my concern is not addressed. @TRAI kindly help..
