    @JioCare I have silver plan which has 200gb + 200gb and paid for 3 months in advance under offer for getting 25% extra. Still after exhausting 200gb no additional data been given. Speed is very bad now, channels not working.

    @JioCare I have 2 jio sim with proper recharge but from the 2,3 days the internet connectivity is drastically bad customer support is constantly repeating one thing that it's due to many users in my area . That's not my fault that there are many people in my area. plz fix it.

    @JioCare Hi Malay thanks for your response I visit jio office or store at Leh opposite SNM hospital around 11:30 , when I get this connection in 2019 they Denied to issue SIM on Aadhar and I got it through my voter ID card ,so why it’s so complicated with Jio Airtel , Bsnl never ask this

    @JioCare Such pathetic Customer Service Jio has. I want a refund for my recharge as you are not providing me Internet Services even after prepaying for the Recharge. If I don't get a refund in the next 2 hours , I'll take this matter to National Consumer forum.
