I never recharged from last one year or so, but Jio says they won't delete because nos. are valid. If you ask whats the expiry, they don't know.

    @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Look Bhargavi, I am having this problem at multiple locations, I complained so many times but everyone is asking me to switch on/off, SIM eject/insert. I am literally fed up. I can say with conviction that you must be using @reliancejio at ur own.

    @JioCare My jio fiber is down from yesterday, so raised multiple complaints SR00001C7U1E, SR00001C7XR2, but still none of the engineer visited the site. complaints are getting rescheduled without my consent. Worst service no response from customer care too.
