    Hi @airtelindia Broadband team, This is regarding Complaint: 10094412751 for frequent Internet disconnection raised on 27.10 but till now it's not being resolved. Let me know If i have to switch to other connection who can have better technical team @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @JioCare I m posting complaint from 2 week and no one listening that type of behavior is un acceptable and this behaviour for postpaid user that how u treat the prepaid jio service are worst now

    I returned the device on 29th August, it's been more than a month since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for an update but end up getting false promises. @JioCare is the worst.

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani: My Internet is not working since ystrday and all i am getting a response : Extive will cm dnt knw when. CS team does not know anything ,No esclation matrix ,No contact of concern person or engineer. After sales customer service is most important thing.

    @JioCare network condition is worst in near Chandigarh area cant open a simple website and it is impossible to use YouTube or some other video streaming app

    Pathetic service by @reliancejio net speed is to much slower can't open a pic that kind service is below the average i have complaint but didn't get any resolution now i have only one option to port to @airtelindia

    @JioCare See this, you always do fake commitment. See, on 11th March, you replied, and today is 19th March, kindly refund my amount of 1200 rs , since december i msg you call uyou but i don't why you ignoring with simply reply we forwaded your concern to team will update you , refund my money which i was paid for relocate, and due to your nonsens technician was processed and due to service unavailablity your engineerd denied and cancelled , i heared reund will be initiaite within 7 days after cancellations , but here you all maming excuses and fake commitment after that you all are silent , if i not reply i never expect msg from your end, but you all are cheater for 1200 you making me fool last 4 month,

    @reliancejio There is a Jio tower located near my home, but it does not pick up a 5G signal, and even the 4G network runs very slowly. Therefore, I would like it to be upgraded to 5G and made operational on the 5G network. So, I request that this tower be upgraded to 5G; please.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Facing extremely slow internet from the last 4 months in my area. The service is almost unusable despite the full signal. Kindly resolve this urgently. If not fixed soon, I will be forced to port my number to other providers like Airtel or Vodafone Idea. #Jio

    @canarabank @JioCare @canarabank The payment for my recharge was successful and the amount has been deducted, but the recharge is still not reflecting. I don’t have balance to make calls—how am I supposed to communicate? Please resolve this issue urgently.
