@thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

It had never happened before with my wifi in my Area Since the day we opted for jio fiber it's outage or Service downtime ... some or the other issue and especially when ur jio Sim and jio fiber users 😐

@kanladhani @reliancejio Yes agree. Airtel customer support was so much better. I had my local serviceman just a call away. Here in Jio if you have a problem you have to interact with a bot. Worse if you happen to connect with a tele support they ask you to self troubleshoot.
