@JioCare @reliancejio I'm fed up with you shitty service and I'm going to definitely switch to some other network and ask my friends to do so. I can't even buffer a YouTube video with 144 pixels. That's how shitty your network is. Your customer service down drastically.

@TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare How one teleco company can retain the money charged for recharge wherein no recharge was done by them. Struggling to get the refund for last 4 days. Morover i had to pay Rs. 444 extra for recharge over and above Rs. 399 already paid by me. Help me Jio

@reliancejio @JioCare jio service is pathetic nowadays... I hv ported my number from docomo to jio but didn't get any offer from your side . Also internet speed is very poor. Tata docomo 3g speed was much better than jio 4g speed.

@JioCare Gigafiber internet is not wrkng since yest. I registerd a complaint SR00000YPLMD and the tech said its a backend issue and will be resolved by 2day. I called support 2day and got to know that issue was marked as resolved w/o even confirming while it is still not resolved

@JioCare complaint raised 2 months back for poor internet connection and got response that it will take upto 120 days but there is still no improvement and the chat team on twitter just keep on asking same questions multiple times without providing any timelines and resolution.
