    @Asliambani @JioCare @reliancejio what a third class service you are giving. The moment we start meeting the signal goes off. So you think our Money is free for you guys? For recharge ur automatic msg begins 3 days in advance but signal is absolutely 3rd class. Shame on you guys.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi jio . its been more then 17 days abd this refund is not proceed. Refund of Rs. 1500 has been initiated for JioFiber Service ID 299956400834 to your bank account number ending with 9397. The refund amount will be credited via NEFT within 72 hours

    Absolutely third class Internet service being given by #JioFiber Internet not working again and this is the third or fourth complaint in a span of few weeks. Don’t know if they even have competent service techs available. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare fully unsatisfied with #jio. speed only upto 20kb/s. and till now neither i got any solution nor speed. i think #porting jio to other opertor would gonna help me.

    @DBShashank @airtelindia @reliancejio I was a happy customer of @airtelindia but the product has degraded substantially in last one year. Substandard data speed, frequent call drops. Front desk Employees in #Shimla don't have answers. Time to migrate some of my numbers for apple to apple comparison.

    Dear @JioCare, @reliancejio I'm extremely disappointed with the handling of my #JioFiber connection (+91-572XXX6815). Multiple service requests (SR0000386KMX, SR000037T79N, SR000037HWL1, SR00003771EX, SR000037406J, SR000036NDGH & SR0000362P4D) have been closed without any resoln.

    How long has it been @JioCare , barely a month.The conection issue returned again and I am given a time slot for repair two days ahead. That means loss of one week of connectivity. Why should I pay for that. Last month same thing happened 15 days of non connection! Please reply.

    @JioCare I ordered a Jio SIM for home delivery on 20 June 2026, but it has still not been delivered. The Jio representative informed me that the original SIM was lost and that he had applied for a replacement SIM. However, even after two weeks, there has been no update. The representative has been extremely unresponsive. I have had to call him 5–6 times just to get a status update, and now he says he has already emailed Jio support but has not received any response. In addition, I have been receiving multiple calls from Jio customer care. Whenever I answer these calls, I cannot hear anyone on the other end. This entire experience has been very frustrating. Since the SIM has never been delivered to me, I request that Jio either deliver the replacement SIM immediately or cancel the pending SIM request to prevent any possibility of misuse. Please look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution at the earliest.

    @QamarAnchor @reliancejio @JioCare Use some brain, if the was unlimited, why would they gave 30GB extra for? By unlimited they mean that in those 30GB you can use the network which will not be downgraded to 4g.

    @JioCare why is it so difficult to talk to a real person when you IVR is just ****. Have been following up for 5 days now to fix my internet and I have not been able to talk to a single person. Just an infinite loop of automations that don't work.
