Whenever i raise a compliant u simply came with *no adequate network coverage at ur area*. I am too tried 2 see this kind of reply ,pls dont say again like tis pls try improve ur signal quality. We unable 2 play even 144p videos on utube.

If this is the level of after sales service @reliancejio provides, then honestly, it has been one of my worst customer experiences. 4 complaints in 4 months, and still no proper resolution. Absolutely disappointing.

Had to wait for nearly 2 days. As per service engineer update, they are short staffed & have started inducting trainees. Appreciate the service engineer.
