    China started 5G service, but still none of these providers still unable provide proper 2G service in my area/location. @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN Already did so many complaints but no use...

    @JioCare I already have a jio fiber connection in home at my hometown which works amazing, thought of trying Airtel extreme fibre, let's see what action they'll take on this issue of unprofessionalism by their installation team If they r unable to install it today, then Jio fibre for sure

    @JioCare I think this is ur 9th service Request number tht u raised for me. If would u taken any actions all my previous ticket then no need to raise new one. I really appreciate your fast work for raising ser req number but when come to soultion even 🐢 beat u. Vry worst .Disappointed.

    I took new @reliancejio fiber connection, it was promised that that on second recharge i’ll get 1 month free + 150 cashback. I also received sms for same but after recharge validity only shows for 1 month only. No one from customer care responds even, pathetic service @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio No 5G data for 2 days in Sikiya Narayanpur Mirzapur 231305. Ping 2000ms, speed 0 Mbps despite full signal.Diagnostic logs show very weak -102 dBm on Band 28 (NR_SA).Past executive promises failed to fix it.Tower engineering team needs to check this urgently.

    @JioCare Hi @reliancejio Complaint raised. Multiple calls made to the technician and supervisor. Visit promised between 4-5 PM, but no one came. This is a safety hazard involving 11kV electrical infrastructure, not a routine service request. Who will be responsible if an incident occurs?

    @JioCare @JioCare - this is the standard response I receive from all customer care executives. Unfortunately nothing is helpful. I have raised the escalation service request on 8th June - Service request no SR000037WGLD. They confirmed issue will be resolved by 9th June. No progress made

    @JioCare That's not my concern as a customer. I paid for a working service and suffered significant losses due to this outage. Who will compensate for my losses? Since the service failed and caused me losses, will Jio provide a full refund of the amount paid?

    @jio_fiber @JioCare getting frequent low internet speed issues, being addressed at backend then runs fine for a month or so and again same issue! This time i couldn’t even get a SR logged! The customer care just hungup my call! I would have to look for alternative then😡

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @FibreJio no internet service last four days... No more service replies from your side.. Still the engineer was not assigned.. Area incharge engineers are also not attending calls... Don't say to DM my mobile number...Suggest me a solution.
