    @JioCare after multiple complain,now your customer care doesn't pick my cal and inside my house i am not getting phone signal. No nonsense company that everytime we do complain wait u for 2 days and automatically resolution ends without any help. Waste of money

    @JioCare Still my issues haven't been resolved. In DM your replies aren't to the issues that I am facing. Instead of checking the fault at your end you are just replying monotonously.

    @JioCare switching to jio was the worst decision for me it has been 11 days I still haven’t got my connection , just getting emails and messages for installation but no one is actually visiting, neither local guy is receiving my calls my order no is - 0001F4WBP8.

    @JioCare @jiocare Please be advised that due to the lack of resolution, a formal complaint has been officially registered with the Consumer Forum (Grievance Ref No: 9988004. We are awaiting immediate technician dispatch or a full refund.

    Chose JioAirFiber only bcoz team promised TODAY install. Chasing since yesterday. Payment+KYC done today, Praveen & Puneeth came home for it — then Puneeth just says “shift ended” & left. Is @JioFibreCare @reliancejio ready for same-day requests at all? Order NO0001FCHZ2Q,Fix it

    Jio air fiber service is worst service which is provided in our area . If I call the jio agent they rejected my call like they don't want to install . I book a jio air fiber through mobile app and I don't even get call from jio agent even after 4 day. @JioCare @reliancejio
