No nonsense company that everytime we do complain wait u for 2 days and automatically resolution ends without any help. Waste of money

The customer service is the worst. 20+ calls since 3 weeks, still no Engineer assigned, you guys just close the ticket. You don't even check if the issue was resolved or not. Horrible!!
