@Singh84Anuj @reliancejio Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare service is getting worse day by day and if you complain, there is no solution or answer, if the situation of Meets Jio remains the same, then the network will have to be changed. If the situation remains the same, then the network will be changed. #jio

@JioCare I have sent a request to the customer care number to disconnect your jio connection. Because where the representatives of the company do not even have the skills to interact with the customers, there is no justification for staying with that company.

Internet has not been working since the Last 15 Day's. Nobody is responding. Kindly provide assistance at the earliest. @JioCare We are paying for 4g service but we are getting service worst than 2G You people are fooling customers.
