@JioCare after multiple complain,now your customer care doesn't pick my cal and inside my house i am not getting phone signal. No nonsense company that everytime we do complain wait u for 2 days and automatically resolution ends without any help. Waste of money

Coz they can't resolve the issue. Half of my trip is over and I have wasted my money on the international pack! In the end had to buy a local sim for use. But @reliancejio is still not able to resolve nor they would refund my money to me ! THE WORST MONEY SUCKING SERVICE EVER !

Hello @reliancejio @JioCare What is the benefit of joining Jio when I am not getting the service. Internet is running worse than 2G. I think Airtel was batter then jio.. Should I make a Port out if you are unable to resolve the network connectivity issue

@JioCare Your team is not working at all I don't think any service provider will take that much time to rectify a internet issue very worst experience with jio fiber. More than 10 day's taken but no resolution i get . And what about my recharge wastage.
