@reliancejio I have been struggling since last more than a week now jio team is not able to fix net connectivity issues. That too in a city like Bengaluru.There is no speed even myjio app is not working. Now I want to escalate don't know where there is no escalation available.

@JioCare Received a call from your support executive. He asked me to share my screen. Then he took me to recharge option and asked me to do a recharge. He wanted me to open UPI and enter credentials. Screen sharing was ON while this. I disconnected the call & then I received 5 OTPs (1/2)

@JioCare nowadays jio network getting worse and worse. In our area we get only 100kb/s speed and the reason they said that "there are so many active users" Is that good or bad. Resolve the network issues as soon as possible or I am going to switch other network.
