    @JioCare after multiple complain,now your customer care doesn't pick my cal and inside my house i am not getting phone signal. No nonsense company that everytime we do complain wait u for 2 days and automatically resolution ends without any help. Waste of money

    I am facing internet issue in Note 9 pro My jio sim works on all other phones but in note 9 pro max it stops for every 10- 15 sec of interval, then i have to airplane mode or data on of then it works for 10 sec and this continues Whoose concern is this @MiIndiaSupport @JioCare

    @Karthik36011250 @JioCare After all formalities you will here from them 1) we check signal in your area good and you can use internet seamlessly 2) however you facing problem due to somany user trying to get access at same time, Kindly use at diff location or time 3)put your jio SIM card in 1st slot

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , my one of friend she is using Jio number that is 6267434266 .this number incoming services suddenly close her mother in hospital due to covid his brother in hospital with their mom. She called your customer for help but they said after 48 hours service
