    @JioCare after multiple complain,now your customer care doesn't pick my cal and inside my house i am not getting phone signal. No nonsense company that everytime we do complain wait u for 2 days and automatically resolution ends without any help. Waste of money

    @JioCare Still my issues haven't been resolved. In DM your replies aren't to the issues that I am facing. Instead of checking the fault at your end you are just replying monotonously.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio. Applied for Home reallocation—old connection cut on time, but no installation! Scheduled for 28/05, nobody showed up. Emailed for 31/05, zero response. My work is completely stalled. Fix this ASAP

    @JioCare sim delievery guy from jio gave me jio postpaid instead of prepaid. Charged 400/- 349+50(sim delivery). Orde id NO0001DQT5QE. Pls help. I booked prepaid sim not postpaid.

    @JioCare pathetic service by Jio air fiber at Paithan( maharashtra) pin 431107. Not like it’s the first time , I have been dealing with this since last week and I’m fed up. If the situation isn’t going to improve please take your Jio fiber away I shall install something else.

    @JioCare, the registration representative has fled after the registration is done (AirFiber NO0001DR81RS), entered a wrong date for installation while I wanted it done today. Now he is unreachable on phone. CustCare numbers never reach a human. Hope now you'll take some action?

    @JioCare Order number NO0001DRC1BS the guy who came for receiving the money was Sujoy Das not picking up calls now, was told that installation will be done today between 13:00 to 15:00 pm but it's 15:18 pm and no installation engineer nothing has been booked customer care service worst
