    @JioCare after multiple complain,now your customer care doesn't pick my cal and inside my house i am not getting phone signal. No nonsense company that everytime we do complain wait u for 2 days and automatically resolution ends without any help. Waste of money

    @JioCare Hi Sukhmeet Hope you read the above message. Which says I need timeline and not this ****** corporate slangs, so bloddywell get the timelines from your managers and stop using these jargons they have got no sense. Resolve my issue rather than just be sounding like a idiot .

    @JioCare Please stop hiding behind terms like "shortly" and "post cancellation." Give an exact timeline for cancellation and refund, and stick to it. This issue has already been delayed far too long.

    I need to cancel my Jio Fibre connection +91-3733585361 due to personal reasons. I had sent a mail to the same effect . However @JioCare @reliancejio hasn’t responded yet and has been speaking to dissuade me from cancelling the connection. I have been trying for long now .

    @AkashMAmbani , @kiranthomas2000, @reliancejio Jio network coverage in Ganesh Enclave, Jhansi is very poor. non availability of network, causing loosing jio connection. I m thinking of porting all my post paid connections 2 Airtel which network is very good. Pl resolve d issue

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare Unlimited 5G speed and data is just a marketing gimmick if your network can’t even play a normal Instagram reel properly. I’m in Mumbai — one of the biggest cities in India — and still I had to use a VI hotspot just to post this on X. We are paying full charges for “unlimited 5G” but getting buffering, unstable speed, and poor connectivity. What exactly are customers paying for?

    @JioCare Enough of the corporate jargon. What does "shortly" actually mean? Mention a specific timeline for cancellation and refund, and make sure you adhere to it. Customers need resolution, not vague assurances and endless delays.
