@JioCare @reliancejio we have a Jio Fiber connection with an active pack and we are not using the same as we are out of station and we will not be using for more two months. Request you to please pause the active recharge of Jio Fiber connection asap. Kindly help

It is so difficult to block bsnl @BSNLCorporate @BSNLINDORE number from another sim ,nobody picks up on their customer care number.Also my jio number which was in the same mobile is also jot getting blocked due to some unreasonable demand of an alternate jio number @reliancejio

@JioCare While we are living in the 5G era, the connectivity is worse than 2G service even, and I can't even believe I am paying for this. I have also raised this issue to you customer care people for like 4-5 times in the last 2-3 weeks and yet the situation is the same.

@reliancejio It shows full 5G network but when try to use internet it is giving speed less than 3G. Even 4G is not working properly. Why don't u guys first provide better service for what user has opt for.
