  @JioCare @djdiglipur This is not a single-customer issue, entire Diglipur is facing this issue. Resolve it at the earliest. Or, as an alternative, perhaps package validity can simply be extended for the period of service disruption. After all we shouldn’t have to pay for service we are unable to use.
