    The worst n pathetic telecom service i have ever seen in my life @ViCustomerCare. I made mistake to port my number in VI. The current network is worst than 2G. Net suddenly stopped working. I have 4 Vi number and i will be port it soon to @JioCare @TRAI please look for it.

    @SamsungIndia Since 2013 I have used Galaxy Grand Quattro, J7 Prime & A50 and was happy with it. This Diwali when I bought Galaxy S21 FE 5G and since I started using, it really disappointed me for Samsung. Phone is very slow & @reliancejio 5G network is also not available on it.

    @JioCare My JioFiber is not working since 2 Sept 2020. Reported issue multiple time during last ten days. Appointment of service engineer was schedule and reschedule. Today it was height when I got a message that request has been put on hold at your request. What a misstatements

    @JioCare I was used bsnl broadband from last 15 year but that type of behaviour never seen by Mr shiv lal 9785259192 He told me last 5 days eng will come and fix your issue but still not come and now he is not pickup my call. Kindly support us becz will work from home in pendamic

    @JioCare dear team, i paid yesterday for jio fiber connection 2500 and when installation person came he was not with drilling machine not even basic equipments because of that they will come tomorrow and do there work. But now seeing your service I don’t want to ahead. pls refund

    @JioCare Porting from Vi to Jio is the worst decision I’ve made this year. In South Bengaluru, call quality is terrible and mobile data barely works at my home or office. Completely dependent on Wi-Fi now. Can’t wait to port back to Vi after 90 days.

Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.
