    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet service is not working in Sainik Colony, Kashipur- 244713, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. Kindly look into the matter as we are unable to work from home in this terribly slow speed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio local sales person are not even bothered to respond to customer queries. Tried to contact them number of times for getting new STB services, but they dont even bother to respond or provide any details. Kindly assist
