@reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat the worst customer service. No one shows up. No one cares. Last time too I had to pay as private company to resolve my issue. This time too Jio has already started ‘tomorrow’ and their tomorrow never comes. Once my contract is over I’m moving.

@reliancejio it's high time you come to Asif Nagar, Hyderabad. Every rainy day we're having trouble with the current service provider, affecting us when we need to work. You have got to come to our area. I have a good feeling that there's gonna be a massive customer base change.

@JioCare I don't believe you when you say feasibility may vary within same complex. When services are rolled out in phased manner people know when they will reach here. Anyway, I have other service providers willing to go extra mile.
