@reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have just contacted Jio customer care regarding poor voice quality during call and worst internet speed. The response I got is Sir, it will take 120 to 180 days to resolve your issue. Seriously ?? I think it's the time to Switch.

@reliancejio My Jio phone 022-35615623 not working from last 3 days and fm today Morning internet also not working. Your representative will come tomorrow evening and solve my problem. My point is if customer suffers for 3-4 days bcoz of yours negligence then my plan shd extent.
