@reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

@JioCare It was probably my worst decision to choose jio for my broadband connection. First of all most of the times the speed is very low. And now over 3 days I connection is down and I am still not getting any resolution. I was told by the employees that they don't work on Sundays.

@JioCare your network at Khedpada, Rampur grampanchayat, pincode 401702 is so pathetic that I feel like porting out. My family has ported out but I am still sticking to your network. Please improve the network fast. Nobody in the village is buying jio for the same reason

@JioCare very poor service in old rajindar nagar, new delhi. Network comes downs to 0 many times. Pathetic service. Need to see this ASAP. Person in emergency can be serious trouble if using JIO in this area.
