When we contact to @reliancejio They didn't respond. They told us that we will solve this problem, but they didn't solve this issue. Now it's almost 6 months but they didn't take any action. Please @TRAI @reliancejio take action and improve the internet connection.

Jio deploying it's 5G services very fast. We appreciate them, But Jio forgets that their 4G towers perform like 2G. We paid for 4G services and we get 2G or no network. When we contact to our area's Jio officials they didn't respond. Please @reliancejio @JioCare help us.

@JioCare I have written an email however got a standard reply as to contact on WHATS app or via jio app. Please resolve my problem here only and just don’t ask me to go here and there. Hv made complete mockery of a simple resolution sought. Please update
