Customer care repeatedly disconnects my calls instead of escalating to a supervisor. This delay is severely impacting my work and causing me financial loss. Please resolve this immediately.

Aakash (@chimpaboo) reported@JioCare Internet is down since 12 pm yesterday. Service request raised for 7 to 8 pm slot yesterday in which the engineer did not visit. No help from call centre either. No response to email as well. The slot to book now is only for 2nd July. Can i get any help l? SR00002M6R1A
