    @JioCare @reliancejio when the recharge of the mobile is expired we will get 100 calls from jio customer care , but when we need to complain regarding poor service , poor communication and internet their is no way to communicate , neither any action is taken regarding service.

    @ayush9050 @reliancejio @JioCare My problem was pending for more than 25 days, once their engg visited as he left home the same problem occurred, finally I switched to Airfiber, they have better service till now 😜😜

    @JioCare @JioCare The previous ETR in the app already expired without resolution, and the app is blocking ticket generation. Don't give canned automated responses. Provide a direct updated ETR and confirm if a local technician has actually been assigned to the line.
