@JioCare Best part is when I checked with customer support they said engineer visit has been rescheduled for Dec 3rd. Excellent. Please ensure you extend my validity by 1 week for which service was unavailable

@JioCare Thanks for quick help but i have two recharge now one plan queued, i wanted only one recharge. Did second transaction as my first recharge showed as failed transaction. Ideally i must get my money refunded for second transaction, i hv rights to choose next plan according my need

@JioCare Getting worse. Got a call from an engineer just to check if my connection is working. Nothing rectified till now but Request ID has been closed as per the status shown on app. Horrible

Quick review of Jio Fiber service of @reliancejio - Inconsistent speed - Intermittent disconnects - Too much buffering on TV - @OfficialJioTV has more channels than @jiotvplus which you can't watch on TV. - Customer care is nearly impossible to reach. - Everything else is good.
