@JioCare @reliancejio my internet connectivity is down for past 6 days. Everyday I m calling your customer care, they say they will resolve and no response after. This is repeating for 6 days. Service tickets raised 3 times and closed without any resolution. Very frustrating.

@reliancejio Hey @JioCare if you allow customers to port from prepaid to postpaid mode why not let them come back to prepaid after they realise how bad your postpaid services are
