Because I was tired of the shitty @HathwayBrdband I switched to @reliancejio and now I’m stuck with shitty Jio Fibre service. Terrible service and non-existent customer care. Worked well for first 2 months and hasn’t been working all of this week!

@JioCare No resolution has been provided till now. Sorry to say but the state of affairs of a brand like reliance is pathetic. Got a call from the area manager Shashank last week and he gave the assurance to revert but till now nothing has been done.

@reliancejio @JioCare calling on JIO network even JIO WIFI is pathetic and gone from bad to worse !! terrible call quality and call failures are so frequent - if I have to switch to @Airtel_Presence for making all calls might as well port to #Airtel worse is nothing would change

@JioCare Been more thAn 24 hrs , that I have logged complaint. Even today morning I had called And I was alloted the slot of 10:15 - 11:15 am but no one turned up.
