@JioCare This is the shittiest service from @reliancejio We ordered postpaid sim home delivery, their agent came and gave us prepaid sim. Now the @JioCare team says to visit store. Jio doesn't want to rectify their mistakes. Agar store hi jana hota toh home delivery kyu mangwate sim

@reliancejio I live in Mumbai and use Oppo Reno 8 pro, which is a 5G enabled handset. Still not able to latch on to 5G network in any area. Have you even started 5G in Mumbai?
