    @JioCare My internet is not working. shoddy work of you engineer is visible as internet wire is broken so no connection , this has happened for the second time this week. Register complaint and send the engineer for changing the wire or joining the connection

    @reliancejio @JioCare I chose @JioBlackRockmf to put money on jioapp &honestly my inspiration was jio net which I used earlier , how jio dominated in internet but as I ported my sim airtel to jio , felt I done a huge mistake,not getting solution& suspicious about other things.

    @reliancejio I have raised a service request id SR00003A4FMP, got message that engineer is on the way. We were waiting at home. Then we got message that engineer couldn’t locate premises. Totally false, I am waiting for engineer, he didn’t call. Sorry bad service as well as false reason.

    @JioCare SR00003A0NZV AirFiber has been down since 2 Jul. Today is 4 Jul my complaint is still stuck on Assigning engineer. No engineer... Your IVR won't connect me to a human. I've renewed my plan and I'm paying for a service I can't use. Is this your idea of customer service?
