    @JioCare have already done two recharges within two days and in both cases only 4G is working whereas earlier 5G was available on this SIM This clearly indicates an issue from your side I am not using two SIMs simultaneously so this is unacceptable

    Facing persistent slow internet issues in my area despite multiple complaints. Response from Reliance Jio says “network congestion” but no resolution timeline provided. This is affecting my work. Request immediate action or appropriate compensation (extension/refund). @JioCare

    @reliancejio I had made a complaint regarding internet issue SR No. SR000034AVX3. The engineer was expected between 10-11 am, but hasn't arrived yet. The appointment was rescheduled without informing me. Is this kind of service u are giving. It has already happened before.WORST SERVICE.
