    @JioCare I want to port my second airtel number to jio for which i have gone to jio camp many times and those people are saying that you have five jio sim issue on your aadhar while it is not so no, Customer care is also not able to tell how many jio number issue plz help

    @JioCare Sir teenpani chaudah (near city hospital) this around area is jio network is also available but internet is not suffering. Normal page searching time is very large or youtube 144p video suffering is slow break to play then break to play very slow speed.Sir solve problem

    @JioCare It's been 4 days and my JioFiber is still not working. I raised a service request and emailed multiple times,but only automated replies. First it was a Jio-side issue, now I'm told it's a local issue with no resolution. I'm paying for a service I can't use.@reliancejio

    @JioCare My JioFiber cable is broken before the time limit of payment. Engineers didn't join the cable. I will make payment after the cable is joined. So please ensure me my JioFiber connection is fine.

    @JioCare This has been an extremely frustrating experience with the ******* customer care team. I genuinely don't understand why your customer care team assumes that every customer contacting Jio support is a Hindi speaker. India is a diverse country, and many customers are more comfortable communicating in English or other regional languages. What is even more disappointing is that instead of transferring the call to an English-speaking executive or offering an alternative, your representatives simply disconnect the call. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a company of Jio's scale. Please ensure that your customer support executives are adequately trained or that calls are routed to agents who can communicate in the customer's preferred language. Disconnecting calls because an agent is unable or unwilling to converse in English reflects very poorly on your customer service standards. I expect this issue to be addressed so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.
