    @JioCare Sir teenpani chaudah (near city hospital) this around area is jio network is also available but internet is not suffering. Normal page searching time is very large or youtube 144p video suffering is slow break to play then break to play very slow speed.Sir solve problem

    @JioCare @reliancejio Waiting time for jiofibre complaint to attend is min. 24 hours after generating token. During the conference, jio fibre lost internet connection. They are not even bothered to check the system for any technical error or anything else. No other means too.

    My #JioFiber 03379684209 is non operational since almost 24 hours but still no solutions. An engineer came upto my gate and gone away to say he can't fix the problem, not even see my router in which red light is blinking. So bad experience!! Please help to restore ASAP. @JioCare

    When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?
