@Airtel_Presence one of the third class and third grade operator Without visit to the location the tickets are closed . Can @JioCare come and provide a permanent resolution for the same. I am willing to pay 5000 per month for the continous connectivity for 4G services .

Awful service by @JioCare . Had a conversation with Abhijith from "senior desk" after which my plan related query turned into me disconnecting my service. **** customer service, had to call 4 times since they disconnect calls randomly.

@reliancejio STB was requested with new upgraded conection, the service was activated immediately and with full charges debited. The STB is still not installed in my premises. I have been charged without the service still . It's been more than 96 hours. Jio care is only fake

@JioCare For the last two weeks i m experiencing very slow speed at evenings...I never experienced before like this, may be some days but not continuosly for two weeks...5pm to 11pm the data speed is very poor, not even able to open Jio app for speed tests.
