    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @JioCare @reliancejio If you don't want to refund customer money, then why you mention, if you disconnect jio fiber within 1 month customer will get full refund.. you guys are simply taking money from us.I will never recommend jio to any one.

    @JioCare Thanks for the quick response. I am not the only one and who ever switched to Jio has this issue in my company. I still have my Airtel BB active so was able to switch back and test this scenario. I will have to send notification to all users not to switch to JIO for this reason.

    @reliancejio Again very cheap service from the Jio Fiber Team I am getting slow speed of internet from last 7 days and opened few service requests but all of those were closed without resolving the issue SR- SR000015Q367 , SR000015R1XH #jiofiber #Nagpur
