    @reliancejio @JioCare internet is not working last 25days now we very uncomfortable very bad service please solve this problem other wise we will change network.

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    Customer care service of jio is worse than its network. Slow, unreliable and gives us the glimpse of future if there are few internet players in the market. Service number SR00001AR5EZ, got rescheduled on its own. Customer care not ready to listen to your problem. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Was able to do it through jio site / app. Only thing is the customer care representative were simply redirecting to different number and not provide the easiest solution of doing it over website. Which I had to search in google and do.

    @JioCare I understood that @JioCare only for replying template response in different format to convince the customer instead of fixing the problem. So even if we tweet again and again and again, we will get only template response. This will continue for years till we get tired to send msg

    @JioMart @reliancejio hi got call from +916394538485, he called me at 7pm on 3rd May and abused me saying why I am not home to take delivery. Is 7 pm time for call, does ur delivery guy have right to abuse me. Please cancel delivery and refund payment,wernot here to get abused

    @JioCare inefficient services under JioFiber. Worser than the local cable net guys.36 hours and You couldn't fix the problem.
