Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

@reliancejio Pathetic service . Logged a complaint at 7 am as jio Fibre not working . Engineer was scheduled to arrive at 11 am but it's already 4 pm and no one even bothered to call . Is this the way you treat customers ?

@JioCare There is absolutely no way to talk or obtain support from any chat services, your autobots are not that capable. Since last few days we are not able to connect to WiFi even in your MyJio app it is showing active but neither on phone tablet or laptop...
