    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service I have ever ezperienced. Closed the ticket without solution without informing. Customer support keeps on saying it will be fixed today amd field team says cannot be fixed get air fiber instead. @jagograhakjago I have raised a complaint

    Jio claims to have a 5G network, but the performance isn't even up to 2G standards. There couldn't possibly be a worse network than this. It has become incredibly frustrating; I’ll have to leave Jio now.@JioCare @reliancejio
