    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @reliancejio hi jio i made a complaint whose requeat number is SR00001EEHFU. In your complaint status it was told that your complaint has been resolved. While i am still facing the same problem.i don'tunderstand why so much Being a big company,how do you cheat customers soeasily

    @reliancejio is Totally suck.& There customer care service is in next level suck. I am facing SMS problem form last 10days. When i call them they say if u face again then call us. What type of Customer service is this. First solve my old problem. @JioCare

    What is wrong with your services, @JioCare? Complaint was lodged over JioFiber connectivity disruption 3 days back, service engineer's appointment scheduled and rescheduled umpteen times. Today's message reads - Rescheduled 'as per your request'. Absolutely bogus. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio #MukeshAmbani #akashambani it's been almost 2 days now.Still no response or no one has reached out till now. It takes ages for you to find out details and reach out to customer.very pathetic customer service.On top of that my money is also blocked, will never refer.
