    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @JioCare I am trying to deactivate my postpaid service. I have called the service centers more than 10 times. Every time they are coming up with new reason and not cancelling my postpaid service. Please resolve this ASAP. Pathetic customer service @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am facing the same issue in my JIO FIBER for past 1½ months but no permanent solution is being provided. I raised a service request yesterday which closed without the any resolution, if this continues then I will consider my recharge money as wasted. Please help me!!!

    Since few days my jio network is getting worst. I lost my job interview with Larsen and toubro due to poor network so i urge to @reliancejio @JioCare please look into it. Your service is literally disgusting and worst and i will never use such stupid network. Cheap idiots
