@JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio Please make atleast signals. Iam unable to send a message to others.If I want to send or call.I'm doing flight mode or restarting my device again and again.If this error continued.I was change my network to another service.Please fix the signal problem. @reliancejio

@JioCare Dont try to cheat customers jio should be given worst network tag not best tbey are many networks who are providing best services than jio... It is a waste of money to recharge jio it always sucks our patience ecen though we have a towernear by and signal is good no internet

@JioCare I am getting mail from Jio care that today our engineer will visit and rectify the issue since 21st Feb but nobody has visited and issue is still unresolved. This is not what I expect from Jio. In such case Jio has to refund the security deposit at the earliest.

@JioCare @reliancejio I’m on 399 postpaid plus plan and not able to use Amazon Prime. Your support staff asks me to activate clicking on the banner via MyJio app. There are no banners. I made a complaint and they have closed it stating resolved. Please look into this. Moneywaste
