    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @ViCustomerCare seems like you dont want to resolve my issue.I havent gotten my new sim activated yet,only the old sim is working and the network gets cut after every 2-3 mine.I have already visited the centre two times now, resolve the issue or I am switching to @reliancejio

    @JioCare It's been 4 days now and still, my link is down. The customer support said (in consecutive 2nd days) that an engineer is going to visit my place but no one came around. Extremely bad customer support. Pls rectify the issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare have been facing some issue during call , Incoming calls are not reaching properly to PPL and getting missed call notification then am calling PPL ... calling customer care no response, please give proper network it's getting difficult to use.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I tried my best to tweet this using your so called jio fiber connection, but it's worst than anything I have ever seen, So many complaints, so many visits, still not able fix the issues. Please hire some good technicians As suggested by ua technicians

    @JioCare @yasirbilaal My jio net has not been running for 15 days For fifteen days I called in customer care My complaint cannot be sol for fifteen days The jio network is nonsense

    @JioCare It is available as the cable has been installed last week and I have inquired about starting date of the service, to which I was told it will start in Jan 2022. So I will be shifting to Jio Fibre in the new year.
