    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @JioCare I am Chintan using Jio sim card since more than one year with no. 9909946033. Last couple of months there is big problem of signal strength and network issue during on going call. And also it shows "not reachable" when someone called up me this is very much discouraging

    @reliancejio Hi, I had cancelled a trial plan for Jiofiber approximately a month ago. But still the refund is not initiated. I tried calling the customer care, there is no option to check the status of refund as the account is deactivated. Please suggest how to proceed.
