    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet is not working last 25days now we very uncomfortable very bad service please solve this problem other wise we will change network.

    @sunrakshak @JioCare i m facing the same issue, raised a complaint on 04.08.22, two people from jio came on 5th and told me that the connection is broken, they offered to install #airtelfiber instead, i insisted on fixing the existing jio connection. they said jio mein toh time lag jayega.

    @JioCare Being an user customer has some responsibility to recharge in time. Only thing generating Auto reminder on every outgoing call is irritating. Once in a day is ok. As Service provider u r looking only for safeguarding business. Seems u hv little concern on customers irritation

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today I visited a jio store for a new connection. Not just service even there is no respect to customers. Thank God I got to know about the poor service and reckless behavior of the staff. Now I decided don't require jio anymore.

    @JioCare Anushka we generate request for cancellation because we are not got any support from your side service is very poor it,s my compulsion for cancellation what a wrost experience named as jio fiber
