Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

@reliancejio ... Jio Fiber worst service provider. Not at all Good. Iam using it for a week now & i highly regret for Switching to it. Very unfriendly to use for old people. Bad Internet speed. All channels buffering. Avoid buying Jio Fiber.

I paid my due bill yesterday but still there is no network in my VI SIM card @VodafoneGroup. I'm your postpaid member for 2 years and if you treat your valuable customer like this then I'm going to switch to @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare Don't join Jio rather.... I would say 8 days & counting and still no solution for my problem my wifi is stopped due to some issue & no technicians have arrived & if they have arrived they have went without any solution for my problem....Did Lots of complaints everywhere

Day 5 - no resolution yet. Customer care says they have no information about when or where my child account number got converted to prepaid. They asked me check with agent who had converted my number to postpaid. @JioCare this is unacceptable.
