    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @reliancejio @TRAI Also using Airtel no since 14-15 years but no such issue faced and they respond quickly and effectively in satisfactory manner to each queries whether it'recharge related or anything else Really thinking to discontinue all jio services now after such services and response

    @ganesdukka @JioCare Ganesh even in here your issue will not be resolved. They will open ticket and close it after 12 hours and this will happen in loop where each and every social media handlers reply same above thing

    @JioCare Your escalation system is so robust that, your senior escalation members don't know whom it got escalated to, who picked up, when they will exactly visit the site and whether they are really going to fix the problem. Hence rescheduled #GTvsMI

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's quite sad that after 3 years when you are you fibre router stops working intermittently your so called engineers are unable to fix it and closing the tickets one after the other. With much disappointment. I am now moving to Airtel @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I have ported my mobile number from Reliance Jio to Airtel. My Jio SIM has been deactivated, but my Airtel SIM is still not activated even after more than 48 hours.Due to this issue, I am unable to make calls or receive OTPs, causing serious inconvenience MobileNumber:6301180552

    @JioHotstar @reliancejio nothing happened sir still showing pay 70+ rupees for subscription but I pay 899 and I can't see any movies or Web series or any shows on hotstar it's been 3 days since my recharge 899 solve my problem i m frustrated
