  @JioCare I live in the same place. Hi There , JIO customer care called me and confirmed that Engineer will come Sunday at 11 A.M to pick up the device. However Noone came to pick up the device. Such unprofessional behaviours and failed commitments are not acceptable.

  @AdeParimal @reliancejio I have been using @Airtel_Presence for last 8 years, unfortunately, I have to discontinue because - slow internet and no fiber in my area, however, Airtel probably has the best service team. If they are not able to resolve in 24 hours, they adjust your bill.

  @reliancejio @JioCare - I logged in a complain for my wifi connection and the service person came to my house and gave unnecessary reasons about the connection not being legal..what is it with your service people and the I receive technical reason as my delay reasn. Do I pay fr?

  @reliancejio @JioCare Jio fiber is down since yesterday evening in Rose Icon Society Pimple Saudagar Area. Got couple of update over SMS that the services will be restored in sometime. However, the time keeps on getting extend. This is the worst service. #JioFiber
