    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Technical issues can be communicated clearly. There is no reason for claiming that the customer has requested for rescheduling a visit. Credit for the period when the internet does not work, should be automatically given. Why should a consumer bear cost for technical failure ?

    @JioCare I'm from Jodhpur Rajasthan. My jio fiber connection is not working since last 5 days, i have already did the complaint 4 times but problem is still didn't fixed yet. Service request number SR00001DGS8Q Really very bad experience with Jio Fiber postpaid.
