    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @Sachinkr918 As your reply at the time of dificulty is this for Rs. 330, I am closing my 2 postpaid connections of jio. You are taking the penal charges that too by barring calls. And the worst, next month u r taking charges for those barred days as well.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I hope you understand that I have given you feedback and that is based on customer demands. What Jio offers is restricted which is not customers' demand. Only Jio allowing 'no daily restriction' but again reducing the allowance - this is not customer demand.

    Is there anything such as consumer rights in #India against big corporates?? Never, ever, in my life I would recommend @reliancejio to anyone. Pathetic service by technicians !! More than 48 hours of installation of broadband, still no proper connection @GoI_MeitY @reliancegroup
