@JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio my daughter reached Dubai after updating her roaming plan for INR **** she could never receive calls… called up customer service several times but no use… Jio service are very bad…😭couldn’t reach my daughter…

@JioCare Thanks for your response Suraj, Lets see but I do not want to hear again that the issue is resolved but in reality it is not. Your team has now marked my issue resolved around 5 times but in reality the issue is there no changes at all. Can I get ticket reference no?
