@JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

@airtelindia tried 121, 198, 111, 12150, 9898012345... there is no option to go beyomd IVR and speak to a human customer support. Seems @vodafone and @reliancejio are more close to customers... Airtel you are dissapointing.
