    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet is not working last 25days now we very uncomfortable very bad service please solve this problem other wise we will change network.

    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio 3 bad experiences in last 1 week. Paid for 10 new SIM cards on Nov 10th 2021, yet to receive them after 35 days. Ordered Jio Fiber at home. made payment but supposedly it failed. Got refund money after 7 days, wonder who was using my money for 7 days.

    @JioCare Thanks for information. Now the service person reached our premises. But still unsatisfied with the loss of one month prepaid amount which must be requested to refund or extend the service for 30 days. Since we didn't get service for more than a month. Thanks

    @JioCare Neither calls/video calls nor internet is working properly, children can't attend their online classes on your poor network. Do something soon otherwise I have to port out to @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare My complain no SR000017V0ZS has not been resolved yet... it has been more than 3 days without internet..jio fiber service seems to be pathetic !!
