    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare How do I cancel my Prepaid SIM? I am not able to use it for calls with only talktime. I do not wish to use data package. I did a top-up of ₹100/- but still it asks for a valid plan. Refund my ₹100/- and please assist me further. 🙃

    @JioCare Please help me with the porting code . Your services are disgusting. After replying on dm , issue hasn't been resolved yet and instead new executives come on d chat n repeat d same thing n aftr providing screenshots still they dnt accept. Done with you guys. @reliancejio

    Reliance jio refused to continue with old complaints which was not resolved. Asking to file fresh complaint so that New TAT is initiated. Blatant violation of spirit of law/ TRAI guidelines. @TRAI looking for concrete action against Reliance Jio. @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare

    @netflix account is hacked which I got from @reliancejio @JioCare and my phone number and email is changed along with the plan. Netflix is asking to talk to jio and vice versa. Need urgent support from reliance because I got the plan from them
