    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's been more than 24hrs of raising a complaint. And on top of that your agents are disconnecting the call and not giving a solution. Is this your customer services? This is the worst company and service I have ever seen.

    @JioCare Matter has not been solved till now. It is late too much. We @reliancejio will take step immediately to solve this crucial issue in which around 1 lakhs subscribers are being affected.

    @JioCare It is very strange to know that Jio is only call center in india who does not provide the SLA. Worst call center i ever seen they also cut the call in mid of communication. Can we expect call from someone where is the stuck & When i will get the connection.

    @JioCare Service request SR00001603NX is closed without resolving the issue. Inspite Multiple follow-ups, tweets from last 1 month the issue is not yet resolved. Don't know what else i can do.. Decided to disconnect my JIO fiber connection. #worstcustomerservice #JioFiber

    @JioCare JioFiber is worst broadband network connection I’ve ever seen. They neither provide you service on time nor there costumer care expert pick up the call. I’d submitted a request for engineer visit from previous 5 days @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio From past few weeks we are facing a Worst Service from @reliancejio in telangana state. Calls are not connecting if connects then cutting automatically. What to do we shall port or else your team going to solve this above said issue ? Reply Asap
