    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet is not working last 25days now we very uncomfortable very bad service please solve this problem other wise we will change network.

    @JioCare the speed drops to 1–2 Mbps despite good signal (RSRP around -98 dBm). This appears to be a 700 MHz cell or Carrier Aggregation issue, not a handset problem. Please ask your RF team to investigate and optimize the n28 sector at this location.

    @JioCare I believe you have read my entire issue and i also sent multiple emails , appointments has been rescheduled 8 times and i sent email to jio care , Grievances team as well as and SR has been logged before too but there is no resolution.

    @JioCare Vikita, any update on SR00003BM2X1 I know you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months there were more than 3+ SR same way but no outcome. Due to which I am more concern & pls need quick resolution.

    Very disappointed with @JioCare It's been 4 days since I ordered and paid for a new Jio SIM, yet there has been no delivery or proper update. This is a pathetic customer experience and far below expectations. Please resolve this at the earliest. #Jio @reliancejio
