    @JioCare 2 weeks since switching from prepaid to postpaid on your trial plan, 2 service requests and countless interactions with your customer service later, I fixed the problem I was facing on my own by switching to a non trial/paid plan. 1/2

    @JioCare I checked in with other people who have premium subscription. They say that there are no ads for them. I just stopped using Tata Play Binge on 20th March. That did not have this issue. Why is only Jio having it?

    @reliancejio my active number to which Friend and family call says “number does not exist” well one of the worst .. also every time I am On a call network strength goes from worst to dust “0” calls fails.. is this what u mean by revolution?? Dead jio

    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Yesterday, I did recharge to my postpaid sim through my account, but still, the service is inactive either activate service or refund money back ASAP. Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

    @JioCare if your trial plan has limitations, you should be transparent and say so! None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

    @JioCare facing terrible mobile network issues & call drops from past 7 days at several locations across Bengaluru. You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.

    Dad (senior citizen) has been struggling to get his Internet fixed (went down on Dec 15). While they have been responsive/even sent an engineer over once, it still isn’t fixed. Citing some engineering challenges. How long can this sustain??? @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    What the hell is this @airtelindia black service. Just making fool or what. From last month I am trying to get February 2023 bill bt not getting it. Last 2 days I have called around 3-4 times but thanks @Airtel_Presence for not helping with anything. Just waiting @JioCare for new

    @JioCare I am having Internet connection issue from 3 days, i have raised SR on Saturday but still issue is not resolved. I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

    Anyone who knows a jio contact who can help, have reached the @JioCare and appellate team as well. Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    @reliancejio has the worst customer care. first they dont understand the problem, then they cut the call in between, have done atleast 15 calls with 15 diff people in last 2 days, then they resist to file complain and if they somehow file it - they close the complaint without actually resolving it. they keep you on hold for 10 mins and then they cut the call in between. Is no one from jio headoffice tracking these nuances bcz of which customers are suffering like anything???? @TRAI is a joke when it comes to jio. obv no one can touch ambani under modi govt and thus they are doing whatever they want to do. its crazy frustrating!!! in this crazy frustration, i am now trying to port it to airtel but guess what - they aren’t even allowing me to port citing that payment is pending. while in reality- there is nothing, rather some advance and security deposit is lying with them. never been so irritated with any service provider 😖😖

    @JioCare I've tried calling customer care at least and got not resolution till date Please get this resolved today otherwise I want to stop using Jio and tell people also to not prefer jio as service provider because there is not quality in service of yours.

    Extremely pathetic service by @JioCare @reliancejio! My security deposit refund for ID 7818888272 is stuck since April 4. They raised SR0000359CFF, missed the May 15 deadline, and now closed it without even crediting my money! Still showing 'Refund Initiated' on portal.

    Dear @JioFiber @reliancejio what exactly are we paying for?Wi-Fi so bad that WhatsApp messages don’t load, Telegram hangs forever, and even Notability on my iPad is stuck syncing since last night. Constant buffering, packet loss, & unstable connection.Tried restarting everything.
