    @DoT_India if a network goes down completely down for more than 3 hrs and the customer care and the team of @reliancejio @JioCare is unable to resolve or give any satisfactory reply other than asking details of stuff like address and alternate number shows a huge question mark

    Which network has good Singal strength in electronic city @reliancejio @VodafoneIN . @Airtel_Presence doesn't have because i am using that and have complaint to them regarding there poor service still no action has been taken.

    @JioCare I have applied Jio Fiber Relocation on Feb 26th and it has been 8 days and still the relocation process is not done. Such a pathetic service from customer care also. They give fake promises only. My reference order number is CO0000U0JI1F. Do something or I'll leave Jio.

    @JioCare Your team has visited and the problem was solved at time ( connection issue). Next day I was facing the same problem so I called the service engineer, he told me that your Router needs to change. But the problem is that he will not able to do service after 7 pm.

    @JioCare This loop is going on from yesterday and still I don’t see any response yet. You people clams that it’s on hold because of my socket where I stay in independent building and using the same #jiofibernet from past 2 years. You people are not solving my issue not cancelling it

    @reliancejio I recharge my jio fiber on 26th Feb and not able to use it coz of cable cut issue. Raised complaint but no one is reaching me out. Every time customer care says within 24hours it will be resolved but no one has contacted me. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
