(please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

My Jio 5G keeps fluctuating between 5G+, 5G and 4.5G, with 4.5G being the most common. Even on 5G, speeds rarely cross 90 Mbps. This is especially frustrating on the โน349 plan, where 5G data should actually be usable without constantly falling back to the daily limit. Please look into the network quality in this area. @reliancejio @JioCare

Iโve already checked my own setup and the connection is fine. The issue appears to be with the Jio hub/network, yet the customer care team has no clear answer or timeline. Itโs causing me serious inconvenience, and despite repeated follow-ups, Iโm getting no proper solution. Honestly, this is one of the worst service experiences Iโve had with Jio.
