    @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

    Last 20 days I faced so much of problems by using @reliancejio @JioCare .. network.. whenever it's raining network is not available and sometimes network is available but #internet Is not## Please take necessary action.. other wise lot of people will change to other network..

    The Network in our area has been down @JioCare @reliancejio . It's really disappointing to say this to again and again. There have been lot of issues regarding your network and internet connection. Do not let us down. Please resolve this soon.

    @ACTFibernet - ridiculous. Your network has been down in Whitefield Bangalore since 11 pm yesterday. I get a message saying you will resolve by tomorrow morning. Horrible experience. Time we replace ACT with @airtelindia or @reliancejio

    After recent updates the app has become crap and only just only the initial add plays perfectly thereafter simply screen blank and it shows connection not available in spite of having good jio internet speed. @OfficialJioTV @JioCare @reliancejio

    Worst experience with @reliancejio Booked and paid in advance for installation and 6months package for #JioFiber and till now after multiple follow-ups, no one showed for installation.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat after requesting so many times and telling them calls are not connecting and if connects also no voice is coming from opposite side and on my mobile full range is showing then also @JioCare not even taking care of customer then whats the use of jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio - Within 10 minutes of my posting of complaint in X my complaint against 917713591203 jio home connection, JIO team rescheduled visit to resolve the issue for 22nd April . This is the level of care by JIO. This is really a toture. They really dont care

    Pathetic service from @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber Internet down for 3 days after wire cut. Engineer refused to fix citingโ€˜mudโ€™ whereas there wasnโ€™t much mud which wouldnโ€™t allow it to get fixed. Support promised another visit today,but no action yet.Completely unacceptable

    @JioCare This is exactly the issue you keep giving generic replies publicly without addressing the actual concern My service was down from 8 April to 21 April (~13 days) with multiple SRs, visits, router & ODU replacement.This clearly shows prolonged service failure and backend delay 1/2
