    @reliancejio please provide the service for which you guys are charging us. Suffering so many call drops and so poor call quality. What's the point of having 4G Data connection if I'm getting 2G speed transmission. Please provide some resolution.

    Last 20 days I faced so much of problems by using @reliancejio @JioCare .. network.. whenever it's raining network is not available and sometimes network is available but #internet Is not## Please take necessary action.. other wise lot of people will change to other network..

    @JioCare Facing an unresolved upload speed issue on my Jio AirFiber connection since 31 May 2025. SR00003761RB was closed without resolution, and SR000037LA2T is still pending. Upload speed consistently remains below 1 Mbps (0.18–0.35 Mbps).

    @JioCare @JioCare whether jio is having any TAT for resolution of any complaint. Now it’s more than 1 and half month time passed of a year old issue But no solution. Otherwise tell me how to surrender the connection. I will go for that.
