@JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

@JioCare one of the worst experience using jio , didn't receive my jio set-up box for past 2 year then to I changed my plan from pre to post paid in assurance that they will provide me new set-up box , I have mailed and compliant to the customer service still no response 🙄

can't connect immediately while doing important calls when plan is about to expire,@JioCare @TRAI please look into this, this policy is not useful for making important call it keeps reminding to recharge ,which is not as important as any emergency call, SMS is enough as reminder
