@reliancejio i am complaining to jio costumer care since from 1 years. Still their is no improvement in speed. I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

@rachitp2405 @reliancejio They will deduct Rs 1000 connection charges and when you cancel the connection they will take device and cable. Also if you don't recharge then they will close your connection forever and if you want to start again then buy new connection.

.@reliancejio fiber service is pathetic. Rules that not mentioned in TnC are created and told to the customer when customer faces issue. And the customer care guy cancelled the call because she was not able to justify this. New way of looting the customers.

@JioCare Not getting Jio Network from last 3 to 4 days. @JioCare Help!! Unable to attend online classes. It's Very inconvenient. There is a jio tower near by 50 metres from my home. Still having Internet issues and call drops problems. @reliancejio
