I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

Every time you people only send the pre typed message that more no. of customers are using internet at same time so speed is slow. Improve your service guys and stop making excuses.
