Every time you people only send the pre typed message that more no. of customers are using internet at same time so speed is slow. Improve your service guys and stop making excuses.

Anyways, an engineer from nearby area, visited the house and resolved the issue in 15minutes. Someone has pulled the wire in the main junction box, he said. Thanks for the prompt attention to the matter.

Starting 2016 as Free it was very good but started to take money service totally 3rd class service.
