@reliancejio i am complaining to jio costumer care since from 1 years. Still their is no improvement in speed. I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

@JioCare You jio people only making excuses only. We are paying for 4G but speed is slower than 2G. Every time you people only send the pre typed message that more no. of customers are using internet at same time so speed is slow. Improve your service guys and stop making excuses.

@JioCare The engineer was assigned thrice today. I am definitely not continuing with Jio Fiber once my plan is over and I definitely won't recommend Jio to anyone mainly because of the after sale service. As you know, it's work from home and you can't work unless you have a good WiFi.
