@JioCare The exact issue is that I am unable to get even full network. And this is not a problem of my Device. I have 3 jio users at my home and all are facing same issue. I am unable to browse, even unable to send a whatsapp message. I missed my lecture at zoom due to it. @JioCare

@JioCare You jio people only making excuses only. We are paying for 4G but speed is slower than 2G. Every time you people only send the pre typed message that more no. of customers are using internet at same time so speed is slow. Improve your service guys and stop making excuses.

@JioCare Hey Jio, It's really sad that I have to complain even before your service starts. Took Jio Fiber connection yesterday. POS person told connection would be activated in 2 hrs. Appointment was scheduled yesterday evening, I was waiting no none turns up.

@kamleshtewari90 @reliancejio I think you should get friends with the Service Team in your area. Once they are on WhatsApp with you sharing pleasantries - life becomes easy. The Jio Fiber has glitches but after few bad experiences - I stopped complaining. Friends help each other I realised. They are warm.
