I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

By this type of pathetic behavior of your staff the Jio is loosing their customers. Mr Mukesh Ambani should look after this type of useless and rude behavior of their staff. The customer's are highly dissatisfied. I’ve already checked my own setup and the connection is fine. The issue appears to be with the Jio hub/network, yet the customer care team has no clear answer or timeline. It’s causing me serious inconvenience, and despite repeated follow-ups, I’m getting no proper solution. Honestly, this is one of the worst service experiences I’ve had with Jio.
