    @JioCare @TRAI Jio has poor coverage at our location from last 4 years. On every mail and call jio says that they are working so hard to improve it . They simply know to cheat customer. Users of jio can't make calls and browse internet in this locality.

    @JioCare Where my village is located there is no nearby Jio Network Tower, so we face very poor network connectivity. I think one Jio Network Tower must be in my village. So please look into the matter.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Everyday 6pm to 10pm experiencing very slow internet connection. Speed i get only 50-150 kbps. I have raised complaint so many times but didn't get any resolution.

    @JioCare It's been 10 days since my order was returned. I went to the Samsung Service Center, but they also refused to return the order. They told me to contact JioMart or say it's a fake order. When I contacted JioMart, they also refused to accept the return and wouldn't refund my money.

    @JioCare Thanks @JioCare issue has been sorted. Looks like someone messed with the fiber wire at your junction box. Engineer said they will put a lock on the box. Hope I will not face such issue again
