    @JioCare poor connectivity at my location. It takes minutes to load a page. The signal bar shows 3-4 points in mobile. Still poor data connectivity.

    @JioCare unable to access modem and initiated a email query on April 29th and still no response. That's how you are serving your customers now. Can someone help me contact or escalate to the higher manager to fix it. I will sue you if no resolution this time.

    @JioCare Suspended my joifibre account due to inefficient service after the installation. Apparently nobody cares once the installation is done and their quota is met. Rest you need to manage. Such a pathetic service thanks to Regional Manager Jagadeesh.

    @JioCare @reliancejio has got to be the company with worst customer support. These bastards take away your money for providing some services which they themselves cancel with some random reason and won't refund you the amount even after a month. Customer service

    @JioCare Unimaginably disappointed by the lack of support. 4th day since I've been begging for a tech visit to resolve Fibre outage. Technician visit automatically gets cancelled on the app and no way to call a number. What do i do when I'm held hostage by my service provider?
