    @reliancejio hello I'm jio user from past 2 years but now In some places i feel like jio is very slow internet, my current location is getting speed of 850kbps only not even 1Mbps it's so slow

    @JioCare poor connectivity at my location. It takes minutes to load a page. The signal bar shows 3-4 points in mobile. Still poor data connectivity.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it has been 1 week, Jio's network is not coming, even complaining that there is no reply, the villagers are also very upset but no one is staying ahead and not taking action, heard that someone cut the wire of the tower Why didn't get the fare on time?

    @reliancejio From last three years i am using jio network in this location (571435). Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

    @NivinKartik @reliancejio @JioCare I am waiting to get connection from last 2 years. Still they say wait for some more days. They say it is not feasible yet. Main part is that service is available in area next to my area.

    @JioCare what a worst service at jio. My router and STB has a distance of 500mtr. They refuse to install the lan wire and said u hv to do it own somehow o got it done now Internet connectivity issue they say it’s not in their work case since it’s distance!

    @JioCare It's debited on 30th December 2024 and i never got my booking amount back. Neither broadband was installed ever. Didn't expect this kind of service from jio

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago No body called, why do you collect alternate numbers if you can't confirm with customer before marking it "customer not available". The whole day past by waiting for the engineer and talking to your incompetent customer care service providers. There is no chain of escalation.
