    @JioCare unable to access modem and initiated a email query on April 29th and still no response. That's how you are serving your customers now. Can someone help me contact or escalate to the higher manager to fix it. I will sue you if no resolution this time.

    @reliancejio From last three years i am using jio network in this location (571435). Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

    @reliancejio hello I'm jio user from past 2 years but now In some places i feel like jio is very slow internet, my current location is getting speed of 850kbps only not even 1Mbps it's so slow

    @JioCare Suspended my joifibre account due to inefficient service after the installation. Apparently nobody cares once the installation is done and their quota is met. Rest you need to manage. Such a pathetic service thanks to Regional Manager Jagadeesh.

    @JioCare I am a JioFibre Home 1499 plan customer. A few months back I added my GST number to my account and I was getting bills with my GST No. All of a sudden my GST was removed from my account without information. I checked last few bills and so GST missing there as well. WTH ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Whenever electricity goes off in our area Jio network also stop working, there will be no network in mobile at all, I try to get it resolved through customer care but all in vain no result. Have 6 Jio connection, out of these 4 people have work from home.
