    @JioCare unable to access modem and initiated a email query on April 29th and still no response. That's how you are serving your customers now. Can someone help me contact or escalate to the higher manager to fix it. I will sue you if no resolution this time.

    @JioCare Dear sir/madam I'm from Mysore and in our locality, the network is dead slow, please see to this... I was airtel network user but now I chose to jio believing that network would be good... I am hopeful that you would resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it has been 1 week, Jio's network is not coming, even complaining that there is no reply, the villagers are also very upset but no one is staying ahead and not taking action, heard that someone cut the wire of the tower Why didn't get the fare on time?

    @NivinKartik @reliancejio @JioCare I am waiting to get connection from last 2 years. Still they say wait for some more days. They say it is not feasible yet. Main part is that service is available in area next to my area.

    @JioCare poor connectivity at my location. It takes minutes to load a page. The signal bar shows 3-4 points in mobile. Still poor data connectivity.

    @reliancejio is deploying 5G standalone (SA) networks throughout India. The smartphone ecosystem in India wasn’t ready for 5G SA. Most of the smartphones in the market already support @airtelindia’s 5G. This is because Airtel is deploying 5G non-standalone (NSA) networks ! @TRAI

    Most third class service is provided by @reliancejio. Jio sims are never useful in the case of emergency... Jio may be reached at metro cities but it doesn't reach in towns and villages... Many villages don't have jios network.. So disappointing for being @reliancejio customer.

    @reliancejio From last three years i am using jio network in this location (571435). Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

    @JioCare Suspended my joifibre account due to inefficient service after the installation. Apparently nobody cares once the installation is done and their quota is met. Rest you need to manage. Such a pathetic service thanks to Regional Manager Jagadeesh.

    Jio data is barely working in Western Odisha. 5G doesn’t even connect most of the time, and when it does, it’s unusable. People are already porting out, but there’s still no fix. After increasing tariffs, this kind of service is just unacceptable. #JioFail @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare My AirFiber connection (No. +913263578457) has very poor service in my area. Every time there is a power cut, the Jio network stops working completely. may be an issue with the local tower backup or maintenance, possibly related to fuel supply. @JioCare @reliancejio

    This is absolutely unacceptable. Recharge done on 16 April 2026, money debited, yet transaction failed. If the amount had reached @reliancejio as @NPCI_BHIM claims Where is my money? Why is there no resolution yet?
