@reliancejio From last three years i am using jio network in this location (571435). Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

@JioCare Suspended my joifibre account due to inefficient service after the installation. Apparently nobody cares once the installation is done and their quota is met. Rest you need to manage. Such a pathetic service thanks to Regional Manager Jagadeesh.

@JioCare, My network become from bad to worst all thanks to jio being unable to receive some calls and use the internet due to the worst network. The person who calls me gets the number you are trying is out of network or switch off even when I'm in the metro city(Blr).

@JioCare I think you guys are least bothered about customer service. Every time I visit store with my issue new point of contact is given and when I call them to explain the issue they tell we will send a technician. But technician has never visited.
