Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

Can someone help me contact or escalate to the higher manager to fix it. I will sue you if no resolution this time.

Jio may be reached at metro cities but it doesn't reach in towns and villages... Many villages don't have jios network.. So disappointing for being @reliancejio customer.
