Jio may be reached at metro cities but it doesn't reach in towns and villages... Many villages don't have jios network.. So disappointing for being @reliancejio customer.

I was airtel network user but now I chose to jio believing that network would be good... I am hopeful that you would resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

Apparently nobody cares once the installation is done and their quota is met. Rest you need to manage. Such a pathetic service thanks to Regional Manager Jagadeesh.
