    @JioCare unable to access modem and initiated a email query on April 29th and still no response. That's how you are serving your customers now. Can someone help me contact or escalate to the higher manager to fix it. I will sue you if no resolution this time.

    @reliancejio From last three years i am using jio network in this location (571435). Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

    @JioCare Suspended my joifibre account due to inefficient service after the installation. Apparently nobody cares once the installation is done and their quota is met. Rest you need to manage. Such a pathetic service thanks to Regional Manager Jagadeesh.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 10 days now but still no installation is done nor received any sms of installation. Worst customer service of Jio, whatsapp and myjio chat is more pathetic. They did not even care to reply me the tentative date or timeline over email or DM. Kindly refund my money ASAP.

    @JioCare pathetic internet speed coming at apartment please help fix the issue newly installed jio air fiber speeds are very slow nothing in comparison to the promised speed limits And above that entire customer support team is also useless cannot even send a technician to check.
