    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare Pathetic experience. My appointment was scheduled for today between 8:00-9:00 PM but customer care representative (named Ritika) rescheduled the appointment to 9th June. If my issue is not resolved by today EOD then only option for me to change the service provider.

    @JioCare I appreciate you have opened the service request again. But I can see that the visit is scheduled on 9th that means my problem will not be solved for at least 8 days that is almost 1/3 of the billing period. Do you think this is acceptable?

    @JioCare @Madhu17969 Ur jio is worst I ve taken 6 month plan so no coming out. I did a mistake I could ve taken for 1 month due to installation cost was free fr 6 mnths i ended up paying now since 3 days der is internet and before also even though I ve subscribed for 100 mbps it won't cross 100 kb

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio Support, I am facing a calling issue on my Jio number. A specific Airtel number is unable to call my number and receives an "Invalid Number" message. However, I can call that Airtel number successfully, Thank you.

    Instead of regular OTT recharge, I wrongly picked @jio #OTTPass 200/28days Not a single channel comes on TV/web browser. Even JioTV web login also disabled. It's more of a feeling did charity to @JioCare le bikshaa

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have complained many times, but it was of no use. The 4G network is running as if it's 2G or 3G. Even though the district railway station is just 2.5 km away and NH16 is 1.5 km away, there is still no 5G in our village. We are facing a lot of problems.

    @JioCare Dear Customer, PLAN2BUILD Appointment for your JioHome connection (with Set-top box) ref Order Number NO0001DWDSIC is scheduled on 06-Jun-2026 between 16:00:00 - 18:00:00 They are so fraudulent .. after multiple call they didn't respond.
