    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    @JioCare You guys just bother. Your customer care people are dumb. They have no resolution, Neither your local service engineer. You people collect money but hesitate to provide service.12 days since my issue in JIO fibre connection. Open Service requests. No response to my mails either

    @JioCare Jio is already in my vicinity but I think nausheen is from some public sector customer care. Who do not bother to read whole message and copy paste the same phrase everywhere which was provided to them on training

    @JioCare such pathatic network. I have full network, but not getting calls. After some time, getting SMS that I have misssed call. Worst. Worst. Worst.
