    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    @JioCare Listening to my query properly and giving vague reply over mail. I also requested for cancellation due to these reasons and if Jio provides me option to downgrade plan then I am happy to stay. Pls take proper attention and resolve this problem.

    @JioCare Using JIO 4G SIM from last few years, was hoping one day I will see better and steady mobile network services. Lost all hopes. @DoT_India people not able reach my number. If they reach, experiencing audio quality issue and call getting disconnected. Getting 2G internet.

    @ViCustomerCare i have been in Jharkhand for 4 days, VI net work is too worst. I really appreciate @airtelindia and @JioCare they network and constant coverage in interior part of Jharkhand. Ur claims on better network in all India are not satisfied. You really should work on tht

    @JioCare is this the kind of service I am going to get after connection? Everyday ,the installation message comes, nobody shows up on doorstep and someone automatically change the installation date and time from your end
