Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

This is bull ****. The internet issue was supposed to fix before 4:00 PM today but nobody has showed up. I faced a similar issue back in July and it took your dumb technicians five days to fix it. Do your **** properly @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare hi sir one of my hotel waiter baught the new sim of jio last month sim got activated and stopped working after 5 days then he went to gallery they didn't respond anything then called called customer care they said it has been blocked for dnd barring
