    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    Dear @JioCare, @reliancejio fantastic service that I have to wait since 17 Aug for uninstallation of order no. CO0000DI1UF as you keep rescheduling visit 2-3 times every day. Even time given in call not honoured. Don’t you have enough staff or don’t want to refund deposit?

    @JioCare @airtelindia @VodafoneGroup What kind of seamless connectivity I am getting from last 3 days, i am struggling to get my complaint resolve and without my information you rescheduled engineers visit. You guys are so shameless. Is this the work ethics Ambani taught to to follow.

    @JioCare my wifi is not working for the past three days customer care says it will be fixed in 2 hours but it has beem 3 days everday they say it will be fixed today only but that doesn’t happen

    @JioCare @airtelindia @VodafoneGroup You guys are shameless idiots, moreover you have guts to lie to your customers. From last 3 days I am getting the same answer that engineer visit has been rescheduled, but the reality is no one visit to see the actual problem and you keep on lying.
