@JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

Please look into such matters and provide a helpful solution in the future otherwise we'd rather order from Amazon and Flipkart which are more "FLEXIBLE" and "CUSTOMER ORIENTED" than Jiomart. @JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio

In main area jiofiber is not there And also they have done under wiring on road 1 2 yrs back.. Such a Poor team .. I live in main city then also they are not able to provide connection to me. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare very horrible service, the customer care staff and engineers are incompetent No body understands the issues I am facing issues related to accessing internet since 24/09/2021. Till today no progress my internet is still not started. I lost my 4 days, I am at loss

@JioCare I tried call to customer care who introduce herself as #Peygal I was asking about any dues lying with previous operator @VodaIdea_NEWS but she said She has no information, my issue is since I ported from @ViCustomerCare i have paid last bill amount

@JioCare we have got a number of network towers but no network. Everytime there's a power cut, the network goes off as well. Don't you guys have back up power to keep the network flowing? Worst service ever 🙄 better port out
