    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    @JioCare I think 4 mth is enough to resolve any type of issue even i juat want my money back you have to just ask someone to collect your set up and initiate refund Thats it But you dont have intention to return money

    @ankurverma465 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

    @reliancejio Can you please check WHY Jio Engineers are updating BOGUS statuses on service requests for JIO SR00001CVFA1 This is very bad for your JIO Fiber expansion plans.

    @reliancejio A costly plan of 6 months not working. My jio fiber is not working from 31st July. Jio is wasting my money, time and not resolving issue even after calling customer care, text on WhatsApp jio services daily. DAILY !

    @JioCare pls improve your network signal strength in Bangalore. Horrible signal that too in front of/inside Vidhana Soudha,which is a prime location. Yesterday I faced very poor signals,took help from Airtel user n called my friend as we were missing in crowd
