    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    10+ days, Jio AirFiber fault still unresolved. Multiple follow-ups via helpline, WhatsApp, email & LinkedIn. MyJio app fails to schedule technician, SR link errors, and complaint was marked “Resolved” without fixing the issue or my consent. @JioCareDTH @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi Prakash. Thank you for your concern, but considering the urgency of the requirement, we have already gone ahead with another service provider and the WiFi connection has now been installed. Requesting you to cancel the request and process the refund. Thank you in advance.

    I lost phone in Netherlands, Contacted @JioCare. Despite all documents given, they take 3 days to respond and it been almost a 3 weeks they are playing with me saying format issue, size issue, update date, all nonsense. It feels so dumb in AI world.#dumb #jio Can't tolerate more
