Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

@reliancejio @JioCare I recharged my phone wite 2GB/day for 3 months plan. I bought 11 rupees data addon yesterday, 350+ mb remaining of that. And still for some stupid reason, neither yesterday nor today I am able to download a simple 100 mb file. It takes more than 2 hours!!!

@JioCare @reliancejio Installation time has been rescheduled earlier also .. but no one come ....you need to think what kind department coordination / communication or after sale services one should have. If can't fullfill order don't book order.. just don't breach customer trust
