    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare You are being working from last 2 days? I raise complaint yesterday at 5 in the morning where I was promised to get my connection fixed by 10 am ( yesterday) to which it is not fixed till now. @JioCare I can not take your service anymore.

    @JioCare I have tried to raise the issue multiple times kn call. I am either put on indefinite hold or promised a call back which is never arranged. It has been a week. please look into it

    @JioCare I recharged my jio fiber account on 27 Nov. Account has been recharged twice due to payment gateway issue and both the plans have been activated in parallel. Request you to either refund the amount for one recharge or activate the plan after the current plan is over

    @fiber_jio Team what exactly is the issue with your internet speed Regularly I am facing issue while already registered complaint, 2 times person came speed was good for 1 day again same low speed. Kindly respond it on priority. @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiberLowInternetSpeed

    @JioCare i have msgd my number waiting to see if u can reaolve this, i met Vijay kanojia at serv centre and he called hia boss sandesh pawar couldn't resolve the issue. Not at all co-operative and it was expected

    @fiber_jio @reliancejio @Ril Hi I was took a connection from reliance jio fiber , but after working 1 month they closed my connection said security deposit pending, i have already paid all amount but no helping from last 21 days. Excutive and sales are too bad supportive.
