    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    Having extreme network problem , not able to make/receive calls , unable to access internet since past 3 days, I had raised the complaint thrice but still the problem isn't solved , worst service from @reliancejio @JioCare . No other option than switching to other network.

    @JioCare I've told you what I need assistance with - a refund for 14 hrs of downtime and a resolution to the service request rescheduling menace that you have to deal with everytime your internet goes down.

    @excitel_rocks is one of the worst leading platform in the past 1.5 months only 10-12 days internet worked perfectly otherwise all time i listened line is damaged in between whenever i called them I prefer always go with leaders like @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare Internet being down for 14+ hrs & having to chase down your engineers in the street to fix it, is not me using the service seamlessly. I want a refund for 14 hrs of downtime and a complaint against your engineers rescheduling service requests - what action are you taking there?

    @JioCare @JioCinema Please reduce data consumption in jio cinema ,i am watching at low quality it's costing 1.5 GB for 20 minutes. It's 6th day of WC ,solve this issue why are you ignoring mobile users who has limited data to watch match. Never had problems with voot and Disney+
