    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare Complaint has been raised and no one is picking up the phone, yesterday’s rain have broken the wires and no one is coming to resolve- CCTV, Wifi, Ro etc all appliances are not functioning and a security concern has been raised. Will anyone respond?

    @JioCare Despite of sharing details on DM more than 36 hours have lapsed still Jio Fiber is not restored for all subscribers in D Nav Prabhat CHSL. Please extend all subscribers plan with the outage period. If not possible then refund amounts.

    @JioCare JioFiber connection has been down for 3 days due to a broken fiber line in our area. 4rth time I’ve faced this issue.I’ve contacted support, WhatsApp support, local technician, n the local Jio team, but nobody is responding or scheduling a visit.

    Looks like @JioFiber’s definition of “Technician Assigned” is “We’ll keep rescheduling until the customer gives up.” 3 days without internet, daily reschedules, no updates, no response to calls. Outstanding service! @JioCare

    @JioCare Stop the drama. Please don't mislead customers with copy-paste responses. What exact location do you need? The network issue exists across most areas of Rajgarh, Kastigarh, Assar, and Bhalesa (Doda). Instead of sending generic replies, kindly acknowledge the widespread problem
