    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    @JioCare Why am I facing this problem every day because it is called a temporary issue? Why am I facing this problem at a particular time? Kindly send a proper engineer from Jalpaiguri. Please make arrangements, otherwise I will be forced to reach far away.

    @JioCare It has been 4 days and still no resolution. I already shared my details via DM as requested, but there has been no proper response or update. This delay is unacceptable. Either fix this issue immediately or take your WiFi back from here.

    @JioCare Hi, I have Jiofiber Connection at home which is giving issues since a month. When I request for engineer visit, I get the details but at the end moment I get message that it is cancelled. The router is just not working properly, is it too much to ask to get it changed?

    @reliancejio The worst customer service there is. No way to contact actual people at all. Service numbers have this stupid auto bot call system with no usefull options at all. Ordered a sim 2 weeks ago and sill no delivery, registered a complaint no response. Shame on jio.

    @JioCare I placed a Jio AirFiber order on 10 April, but even after 10 days no installation has been done. The engineer keeps saying “will do” every time I call. Your support also promised last Saturday, but today is Monday and still no setup. Very poor service, i rate 1 out of 10

    @JioCare @reliancejio @aajtak Is there anybody else who have been tricked by Jio like me? My jio sim data was not working so opened the jio app. It shows there is no active plans, recharge immediately with 899. I recharged and again it was not working, 1/2.
