    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    @JioCare @JioCare one visit is already done y engineer few days back , but no one is able to find the problem.. request to please resolve .. facing lots of problems due to WiFi disconnects after every 15-30 mins

    @JioCare Service ID : 022 31718233. Been 12 days awaiting a refund for a JioFiber service that you cannot provide. Pathetic customer care suggesting a data voucher for the same. How am I supposed to use a data voucher without an active connection?

    @jio @JioCare Jio network services have been extremely poor lately. The internet keeps disconnecting frequently, and the speed is also very slow. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, as it is disrupting my daily activities. Iyou will attend to this matter immediately

    @JioCare Its still not working its been more than 36 hours now...this is the service you guys are providing...worst experience
