    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

    @JioCare just need a technician visit at my place as the customer care isn’t helping at all and they are not sending any technician to check just closing it saying we cannot send a technician as it shows no error from our end.@JioCare
