    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare #JioFiber It is now over 48 hours since I registered a service request that my Jio Fiber Connection 2235565686 is Not Working! There is Still No Sign of the Service Engineer to rectify/solve the issue. Will you be compensating me for the Non-Functioning of the Jio Fiber?

    @JioCare @JioCare #JioFiber It is now over 48 hours (over 2 days) since I registered a complaint/service request that my Jio Fiber Connection is Not Working. No Jio Service Engineer has come yet to rectify the issue. Will you be compensating me for the Non-Functioning of the Jio Fiber?

    Hi @JioCare I have some issue with data utility. 2gb of data exhausted without doing any activity. Could you please look into this issue. I have tried to reach out to customer care 199,198, 1991, 1800 889 9999 but couldn't. Assistant bot is not able to help. @reliancejio
