    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare There's something drastically wrong wth #jiofiber today in mahim matunga west area. Been down from around 5am the mandatory sms promising connectivity in 4hrs comes & keeps coming after that. 1/2

    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare My Jio services are down since 17 July 26 bt still no 1 has *** to support. This is very bad service dat too in Navi Mumbai. I m planning to switch to Airtel. Jionum:+91-2235415106.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I filed a complaint for this exact same issue last time. Your technician came to inspect it, and it worked fine for a few days, but now it’s back to the same old state. What did they even do? Was it just a waste of time?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Last time your customer care executives came to my house, they put the SIM card into another phone, and the exact same problem occurred. Yet, they were blaming my phone's software. If that's really the case, why don't you fix it for me then?

    Hi @JioCare, 5G coverage is available near my home, but my phone switches from 5G to 4G within a few seconds every time. Please check the network at my location and fix the issue. @DoT_India @TRAI

    "It's been 4 hours and still no internet! Absolutely pathetic service from @JioCare. Your support is non-existent and the downtime is unacceptable. How long do I have to wait? Sort this out ASAP!
