    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    @airtelindia It' been more than a week but seems like you guys don't care about the customers. Wrote a lot of emails to you but everything was worthless. Pathetic service and worst customer service you guys have. Now I will try @reliancejio Hope they give me good service.

    @JioCare Your representative have no solution since last 2 Months for this concern doing false promise, I also emailed several times but couldn't get any satisfactory replay. So want to know the exact time if possible please mention otherwise don't make false promise

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio network in my area in Mumbai goes down for atleast 2 days ( or close to 48hrs a week). Been using this service since 3 months now, so by next month i wud have missed out on entire 1 month out of 4 ...tweet 1/2 #jio #RelianceJio
