    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    @JioCare Raised a issue on 11th Nov Forwarded to appellate authority as well as grievance officer also. All are saying that issue is escalated to higher team. Can anyone solve this problem? You guys are a very good example of bad service.

    @JioCare @fiber_jio How can you consider the issue resolved without checking back with the customer. I have raised the same issue twice and in both the cases it closed after two days without even solving the issue. No intimation no call. What kinda nonsense service is that.

    @JioCare here o/s amount is showing 234.82 and received bill of 94 then what should i do call me as u r not getting my point if this time my service will be disrupt u will be solely responsible

    @reliancejio @JioCare Why I can't talk with customer care executives. Am facing a lot of problems related to my internet connection . I think Airtel is far better then you in customer support. You are making us fool.
