    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Worst service of Jio 4G since last few months in Patna, Bihar. Can't access Internet in the evening each n every day on few occasions whole day. Even after several complaints no improvement. ₹599 wasted this time. Leaving Jio 4G in 2021.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Every detail of the issue is provided to you. Check previous DM. You people forgot after sometime. Instead of resolving issue you are asking again same questions. Resolve the issue instead of asking same questions again or we will port all our 4 JIO numbers

    @JioCare @reliancejio We are unable to buy Jio keypad phone.Our Jio keypad mobile have been damaged and want new Jio Phone without sim but no Jio Service office have new Handset in our location Dist. Shamli (Shamli, Thana Bhawan, Jhinjhana, Thana Bhawan, Garhi Pukhta ).

    I am from Durgapur, West Bengal using Jio Postpaid Plus on JioFi but the service is downgrading day-by-day. Don't know what's wrong with the network, from evening to night it's unbearable to surf internet. Really very disappointing from @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Read previous DM. You will get all the information. READ BEFORE YOU REPLY. 10 days back I complained same this. You told me that you are resolving and asked me to wait. When I asked you about the status as issue is not resolved. You again started asking me details. BAD!

    @reliancejio @JioCare There is pathetic internet connectvity add. Sector 18 sarhaul Gurgaon Haryana.while have some urgent work it's getting sudden stopped kindly check & resolve issue on urgent base already being recharge with Rs. 349 every month getting waste..THanks
