    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst IVR & customer service ever..!! Gifted a jio diwali phone, having issues reciving it called cust care 6 times still no information and solution has been provided don't know when I'll get the Gifted jio phone.
