    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    @JioCare utterly disappointed with support and communication by Jio staffs. I was having other brand wifi connection but when I came to know jio has been in my area enquired for service. They insisted me that jio fiber connection is available.

    @reliancejio (2) they say they don't provide jio fiber to appartments I need only clearification whether you can provide jio fiber service toe or not Because after getting ur response I can book Airtel or some other broadband service provider

    @JioCare i had to install jio fiber only but service is not available at my area yet... please bring jio service to my area as soon as possible. Lots of customer waiting for jio in my area

    @reliancejio Your Jio Fiber is awesome but “referral offer” voucher is just promoting strategy it does not get redeem :P No one knows how to redeem the voucher!! You send email to Jio care no response /Call to Jiocare they struggle for solution/Call Jio appellate no response!!!
