    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare Customer of Jio Enterprises & to my surprise, its been 4 days since I haven't got any resolution for ESim. Despite repeated emails all I get is automated replies. Physical sim has been deactivated & esim is showing no service from the last 3 days (1/2)

    @JioCare I want to relocate my JIO Fiber from one place to another place but it's not working. I had submitted a clear PDF Adhaar, less than 2 MB, and not password protected. I had submitted a request 3 times and all get rejected. Kindly Help!! Customer care is useless.

    @JioCare Me & my wife both are working from home and from 13th January we are by default on leave till date because of no service from @reliancejio @JioCare, how difficult is it to arrange an engineer's visit...?

    @JioCare INSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number NO0000K1WO05 is scheduled on 18-01-2022 : 16:15:00. You will receive an Order completion code after INSTALLATION. Please share the same with our service engineer to confirm completion
