    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    @JioCare REF request no LR00001ENYQB. After payment Jio is ignoring my calls . No way to connect as only IVRS WHERE NO OPTION FOR HELP AND COMPLAINT . IF JIO NOT INTRESTED THAN PLEASE CANCEL AND REFUND THE MONEY due to extremely poor service

    @JioCare Please confirm the exact appointment date and time. Can you guarantee that the installation will be completed today? If not, kindly provide the earliest confirmed schedule. I do not want another generic assurance or rescheduled appointment. I need a definite resolution.

    Extremely disappointed with Jio's network service. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved and the service has only deteriorated. Customers are paying for reliable connectivity, not repeated disruptions. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’m from, Rajasthan, not Gujarat. For the past few days, when I call someone and they don’t answer or disconnect, the recorded message plays in Gujarati instead of Hindi. Same on incoming calls. Why is this happening? Please fix it. #Jio @JM_Scindia

    @JioCare I was never contacted by any engineer or executive. The booking agent only told me in the morning that installation would be completed within 1 hour, but after that I did not receive any call or message from anyone. So I don't have any executive's name or contact number. (1/3)

    @JioCare JioFiber connectionOrder no. NO0001EXM57Q was cancelled still no amount refunded yet , taking follow up since 5 days . Worst experience.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I think my worst decision was to take Jio Connection. From April every month or twice in a month I need to raise my issue. This is your service. No engineer visited still not appointed.
