Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

@JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

@reliancejio @JioCare There is network outage in my area and this is not the first time it occured. I enquired with my neighbours regarding the same. JioFiber is working but Jio sim doesn't. No signal bars. Contacted jio support via chat, did all the troubleshooting.

@JioCare Expressed interest in installation of Jio fiber in OMR IT Expressway in Chennai in the midst of IT Companies. But shocked to hear that your company is not able to provide service in that area. Particularly by an executive sashikala murugesan in CHENNAI.
