    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    @JioCare It is your standard customer care and they have standard robotic template, they don't give their ids and certainly don't disclose their names, another black star to your customer care. Apart from this when will our 24 hour delay gets over. Noone has come to connect the connection

    @JioCare @reliancejio when can I expect the refund? Hope you people won't fail in refunding, the way you failed in installation of new connection. Also, refund should be as smooth and quick as taking new booking (till billing is done) @ImAtulKansal

    @JioCare @Funjabi_Gal Completely agree with you. They just fool their customers. The customer care on 198 and 18008893999 are very rude and abusive. They do not have the ability to resolve the issue. Just waste of time. I have recorded their calls too. @jagograhakjago Kindly look into this.
