    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare Such a third grade service. For last two days, internet service is down and no one cares about it. Looks like they don’t know that internet is essential service for day to day business operations.

    @JioCare I have submitted the documents for home move 10days ago... got a reply that they got the documents and it is processing.. now after 10 days received another email saying documents not available... what the hell?? You are covering delays with stupid reasons??
