Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

@JioCare Hi team. My issue is solved after finally getting the number entered in IVR on third turn. Please take this as a feedback to allow some buffer time while entering the 19 digit number. It takes a bit of time for humans to pause and type such a big number

@JioCare had booked an engineer visit on 24th morning 9:30,but jio care lied about engineer visit, then they gave timing of 12 00 pm, again turned out to be lie, then they said at 2 30 again tuned out to be lie. Service REQUEST ID SR000018YPVY. But I don't have any hope. #jiolies
