    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    and they told me to close the service request and they will change the pole from where the connection is coming. It's been 12 days since this is happening and the customer care has always and automated computer response , what should I do , its frustrating @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Repeating again. 1. I don't want to install MyJio app ( you should not be forcing me install it on the disguise of downloading invoice). 2. I've recharged through laptop. 3. Kindly send invoice to email. 4. I have shared tx id + customer id thru dm.

    @reliancejio @JioCare before upgrading to 5G at least provide 3G speed.Staying in Chennai, worst network since 25 days.Upon calling the care got to know,huge data burden at my location. Even call dropping. Network fluctuations.Worst service. No solution.

    Cities where @reliancejio is doing 5G beta testing are having terrible 5G network instabilities. I had to switch back to LTE only mode. Hope to see a stable and quick 5G network deployment soon. #JioTrue5G

    @JioCare I am unable to access the internet on my phone. Jio Number: 9480497939 Tried all the basic troubleshooting steps of restarting the phone, putting it in airplane mode but still unable to use Please help @reliancejio
