    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare its third time when my internet services has been stopped. I have subscribed to the Rs199 plan and it worked for few days its third I'm disconnected to internet and customer care saying to WhatsApp or go to my jio app but without internet what can I do.

    @JioCare Share the request no. and what are they doing let me know. Making customer fool isn't tolerated. Tell us where they will install the box from where i get the connection. Work on your service and don't say have patience again and again. It disturb us more.😑😑😑

    @VishweshwarBhat Even though @reliancejio have same problem. They will collect the money in the name of unlimited but the fact that customer never get proper unlimited data nor call. Al have signal problem,slow data.This is how telcos looting its customers in the name of unlimited @OfficeOfRSP
