Respected @_MukeshAmbani It's almost more than one week I complained against the poor quality of "Jio 4G" to @JioCare . They just called me on that day asked me some questions and they said that they will look after it . But no necessary action is being taken till now.

Because we r facing issues with JIO From long time almost in last 6 months I was requested to improve network strength in my area's as very poor network & the data speed is worst... They always asked me to DM & later that they send 1 standard massage & nothing they did

@JioCare Thanks for responding within 3 hrs. Twitter is not the plateform for raising complaints. I couldn't find any option for complaint on toll free no. and tried for 10 min. to talk with customer care but in vain. Please tell me the exact process for raising a complaint.
