    @JioCare Enough of the corporate jargon. What does "shortly" actually mean? Mention a specific timeline for cancellation and refund, and make sure you adhere to it. Customers need resolution, not vague assurances and endless delays.

    @JioCare Where is the actual resolution? What action is being taken against those closing tickets without visiting the customer location? Will my plan validity be extended for the 11+ days of unusable service?, I don't even know whether an engineer will actually visit or not. (2/3)

    @JioCare The reason is simple: the installation was not completed on the scheduled date despite payment being made, and there has been no proper communication or resolution. I no longer wish to continue with the service. Plz proceed wit refund the installation and plan charges @JioCare
