So @JioCare @reliancejio my complaint hasn't been resolved I have been after you from past three months. My connection was cut 3 months back. I had 3k balance and it has been deducted to zero and now I am being asked to pay bill. For what should I pay??

How can I get a refund if the network doesn't perform well? We took a 1Gbps connection so that I could work from home and it doesn't work and has very high latency. @reliancejio @JioCare our emails are not replied to. The 4 of your technicians have already checked.

@reliancejio I have another number of jio. I bought 30GB Data vouchers. I'm sorry to say it's not working. Also in general speed is so poor I'm thinking of switching to Airtel, as on my other phone, it's giving best I'm feeling harrassed inspire of buying additional data vouchers
