  I've been using Airtel Postpaid for 5+ years and Airtel Black for around 2 years. @airtelindia promised priority service for Postpaid users, but I keep getting the same "fast lane" experience. I pay ₹2.5K+ every month, yet my 100 Mbps Wi-Fi often struggles to cross 40–50 Mbps. At night, it sometimes disconnects completely, forcing me to switch to Jio. At this point, is it finally time to switch to @reliancejio ?

  Hi @reliancejio, I have upgraded my Internet only plan to Jio home 888 plan on 8th Aug 2026. I am yet to receive Set top box as part of the upgrade and it's been 5 days and no response from customer care on this issue?
