  @reliancejio I am really ashamed as a Jio user that I am using such a crappy network that I don't know what happens in the network. The 5G is in name only. The rest of the network is like 2G. With the introduction of AI in the Jio app, filing a complaint is very difficult.

  Dear @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio As you know there is a current flood situation in area likeCharaideo,lahon gaon, Tengapkhuri etc. People are suffering, and still there is no network coverage in our area, neither normal calls are connecting nor the internet is working.

  I purchased a premium @SonyLIV subscription on JioFiber but I am still getting ads.Complaint pending weeks without any resolution. Stop fooling customers with fake premium claims and fix this ,According to Jio customer care SonyLIV is responsible for the ads appearing @JioCare
