    @JioCare I got a whatsapp by Jio themselves - "we are facing a temporary service interruption in your area since *15-12-2022 10:01 AM*, due to which services for your JioFiber Service ID ***3122* may be affected. We expect this to get resolved by *15-12-2022 02:01 PM*. We apologise..."

    @reliancejio whoever is listening. Never go for Jio. I will recommend anyone who is even considering to go for Jio, please opt for any network other than Jio. It is just a matter of time when you face any kind of issue, and they will be least concerned. @airtelindia

    @JioCare There is no internet from last one week in my home. Every day I am hearing please wait for 24 hours. But Who will give the compensation for this? I did extra recharge to my mobile data, even though I have paid you for one month (very worst SP). You have increase end date

    @reliancejio @JioCare We are using 3 Jio nos in our family. My father who is more than 80 yrs old was using jio Touch Phone as he can't use smartphone. His old mobile is not working and i am nay able to purchase a new one. Will anybody help me Ravi Delhi 110085 9649095333(M)

    Hi @JioCare , The internet is not working. I raised a ticket (No SR00001FZK2C). The service guy to whom you have assigned the ticket says I need to get in touch with your installation guys. Can I expect some coordination among your folks and have this fixed?
