    @JioCare @reliancejio ,Its been 6 days no action is taken to fix the broken fiber. Also could you please enlighten about Authorized as well Non Authorized site. Service Engg denied service of fixing the fiber due to non authorized site. This represents poor service to customers.

    @JioCare my Fiber connection in Vile Parle East, Mumbai has been down since 3 days. I keep getting messages that it will be resolved in a few hours but it’s still down. Neither the WhatsApp chat or chatbot is connecting me with a customer representative.
