    @JioCare The ETA shared by your team expired yesterday, yet there has been no resolution or even a meaningful update. Repeating the same generic response is unacceptable. My services remain suspended, my business continues to suffer and I'm incurring substantial financial losses.

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed. I booked #JioAirFiber on 02 July 2026 (Order ID: NO0001EDMIDA) and paid ₹2,221.46. It's now been 28 days, and my installation is still pending with no proper update or resolution. This delay is unacceptable. Please arrange immediate installation

    I am using Jio prepaid. Today I have recharged on my jio still its been more than 30 mins still when I try to call anybody on jio they don't allow and keep saying my recharge is insufficient I am unable to call JIO customer care too. Disappointing service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare, It's been more than a year, and my area still doesn't have reliable Jio 5G coverage. I genuinely want to switch from @airtelindia because of repeated network issues, but I can't do so until Jio provides stable indoor 5G here.
