@JioCare I got a whatsapp by Jio themselves - "we are facing a temporary service interruption in your area since *15-12-2022 10:01 AM*, due to which services for your JioFiber Service ID ***3122* may be affected. We expect this to get resolved by *15-12-2022 02:01 PM*. We apologise..."

@reliancejio whoever is listening. Never go for Jio. I will recommend anyone who is even considering to go for Jio, please opt for any network other than Jio. It is just a matter of time when you face any kind of issue, and they will be least concerned. @airtelindia

Hi @JioCare , The internet is not working. I raised a ticket (No SR00001FZK2C). The service guy to whom you have assigned the ticket says I need to get in touch with your installation guys. Can I expect some coordination among your folks and have this fixed?
