    @ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup My Wi-Fi plan is of 30mbps, it’s been 5months now but never in these months has my upload speed crossed 25mbps and download speed above 8mbps. For the initial 1 month this never happened but after that it never stopped! This is how you fool consumers ?

    @JioCare - I already made payment for Jio Fiber, ur staff promised to get broadband installed yesterday and today, but nothing happened, in beginning u r nt valuing ur customer, I doubt for future services. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Jio sim, is not providing services properly. Not able to receive calls, even if received, no sound at all. Only sounds come when we have to recharge. I need an immediate resolution for this.

    @JioCare worst ever network coverage and name sake it is 5G..useless crap and not able to receive any calls from any number..

    @JioCare My phone is up to date, Myjio app is showing my device as 5g compatible and I'm able to access airtel 5g. The problem lies in your side ig.

    @JioCare what type of service you give? Not only ahmedabad all-over the country getting poor signals... @reliancejio please update your network...we don't need 4g 5g.. we need good signal for normal calls
