    @ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

    Paying for JioAirFiber but getting frequent outages. Internet was down for 6 of the last 9 days, and every complaint takes 2–3 days to resolve. This is unacceptable. @JioCare @reliancejio Please improve your service. #JioAirFiber @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Not sure whats wrong with @reliancejio..after ONT change worked 2 days and now again fibre down from Sunday due to local network issue @JioCare please look into this..very frustrating. VERY POOR O&M SERVICE.

    @JioCare @Prince_Singh_27 @JioCare i requested for your connection yesterday and the technician who visited yesterday said he will come back after 20 mins and has no returned and not answering mu call he also asked me extra money for the installation and when i asked him for the bill he refused.     @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been down for 3 days due to an outage. No internet, no update, and no resolution. My recharge validity is decreasing while I can't use the service. This is unacceptable. I request an immediate fix and compensation/validity extension for the downtime.
