    @ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

    On contacting @SonyLIV I am informed that this problem can only be resolved by @JioCare . But your team doesn't feel the need to provide quality service and assistance to the consumer. Kindly resolve the matter asap in case you do not wish to lose a customer.

    @JioCare my patience ran out days ago. It has been 9 days with no resolution, and generic updates like these are no longer acceptable. I am making it very clear: if you have a solution, fix it within the next 24 hours. If not, stop wasting my time and process my full refund immediately

    @JioCare @TRAI 30+ complaints, no resolution. Root cause ignored: delay in credit → wrongful suspension → refund pending. Why no accountability?

    @JioCare @reliancejio how to reachout this jio customer care. If we are calling then simply there bot answering we are facing some network congestion in your area. Then disconnect the call. I tried to connect multiple times to these people but there bot is answering always.

    Disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare. Spoke to customer care for discontinuing jiofiber service on number “+91-2231847064”. Rude conversation with staff and line was disconnected without confirmation. Sent 2 emails to Jio care, no response.
