    @ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare . My Wi-Fi is not working from past 5 days . Their ground team don’t care about fixing issue everyone is lying daily will come and resolve . Neither service engineer nor technician pickup the calls . No coordination between customer care and ground

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio Jio Fiber is not working for more than 40 hours, complaint raised yesterday with the time slot of today at 10-11 am, no one visited yet and complaint is on hold and when called customer care they are saying to wait, don’t know till when. Pathetic

    @reliancejio @IshaAmbaniReal @AJIOLife In morning I got msg from shadow-fax that your both parcel will pickup today so I was relaxed. But at 11 am today I got call from the attached number regarding my return pickup he said I am from calling from ajio customer care and need verification

    @reliancejio @JioCare just give me 1 reply.. why my all complaints had been closed while the problem is still there? On What basis u closed and how could u say that speed is completely fine. 85-95 mbps is very much ok in 300 mbps plan ???
