  @ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

  @JioCare Problem is persistent inspite of visits of engineer. Very disappointing. I'm not sure if I'm going to get any solution soon. It's already 3 days.

  @reliancejio @JioCare I have registered many complain against Jio that I am not receiving otp form many banks and apps I have registered complain three months ago but still no resolution I am stuck at jio as recharge for one year plan. Please tweet if you guys are also facing issue in receiving OTP.

  @JioCare I was continuously receiving reminder before every call to recharge the phone, throughout the day. So, I switched to my other Jio phone number. But, now I am not able to make/receive calls on same number, though it is recharged before 3 days for a month. Please help.

  @JioCare @reliancejio i have paid Rs8072.92 on 8-Nov,2021 (which I paid for 6months bill+ security deposit) my plan was Rs999. I have disconnected service on 31-March,2022. Can you guys share the breakup here how you used this amount and how come I am not eligible for refund.
