    @ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

    @JioCare ,You keep asking customers to DM you, but you never respond. I've sent multiple DMs and haven't received a single reply. Why ask people to DM you if you have no intention of responding? Are you just trying to move complaints out of public view instead of resolving them?

    SR No. SR00003ACBSX @JioCare jio team member call me and say yes there is network issue in your area but he is unable to fix it due to required request pending from jio uper team side .. India network unable to solve issue

    @JioCare Hello, my complaint number SR000039BDVH is still pending your engineer visited on 2nd July and the jio fiber service worked only for 5 minutes till your engineer was present, as soon as he left its gone down, you custom support executive called up to get feed back 1/2

    To @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Your Air Fiber service is pathetic. Only as a last resort I'm posting this, after launching a formal service request over yesterday from Myjio app, there was no cognizance of it till date. Also the 'service Engineer' never picks up the call. 👎🏻😤
