@ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

@JioCare I doubt if this is done by the local agents in my city. They have activated on their own as when I called the local agent to discontinue my service, they were telling that you won't get any refund for your security deposit so better to use complete 30 days of internet.

It's been more than 45 days from payment to jio fiber net connection. Their r not in a position to give net connection to my home. Is jio doesn't have proper management to resolve these kind of issues. My service I'd 299368854557. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioMart_Support

@reliancejio this is the worst service from @JioCare I have been trying to contact Jio support for the refund of my security deposit for last 3 months, but unable to get the resolution. Not expected with such a renowned company of India. I now feel that this is a scam.

@reliancejio @JioCare we have been trying to connect with Jio fiber team through online portal and call , however never received a satisfactory answer. Is there anyone who can resolve the issue. Jio is providing worst network connectivity in some location which is not acceptable.

@JioCare @reliancejio Have raised a complaint with @jagograhakjago reg non payment of security deposit and for receving no update whatsoever reg the same. The most non-chalant attitude of a company that we've come across. Even no reply on emails.
