@ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

@JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio Dear Sameer.This is something related to Mobile tower battery issue. When power got cut then tower completely shut down.I tried calling jio so many times from last 45 days.but problem remains same. I am facing complete netwok disconnected issue.#JIO

@JioCare thats an oversimplification of d issue. I had double checked before recharging my number. it happened due to a glitch in your app. both the numbers are part of my app profile and I had selected the correct number before processing payment. why should i pay for ur app's mistake??

@JioCare You guys have two vendors in Dehradun serving different area. The one serving my area seems to have some issues in their end. Their engineers left jobs and no one is responding. Their number is not reachable.

@JioCare I have raised requeat to port my existing postpaid connection to Jio, but it seems Jio is not interested, it's been more than a month and I have never heard anything, submitted request multiple times on My jio App, I guess..Jio is happy with its current customer base
