  @ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

  @JioCare @reliancejio My JioAirFiber service was down for 4–5 days due to a network fault. I was promised a refund/extension, but now customer care claims my tickets are ineligible. Please open a priority escalation ticket and credit the outage days to my account.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Absolute **** customer experience. I cancelled my JioFiber subscription, yet I’m being spammed with repeated calls to make payments. Also, no one seems interested in picking up the device. Maybe invest in customer support instead of automated payment calls?

  @JioCare If you can see that service request is already raised than you should also check Due date of resolution which was 30th July. It's almost 1.5 months and my issue is not resolved. Your intention is to cheat and earn money by not providing services.
