@ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

@reliancejio Dear Jio Kindly focus on current 4G services rather than 5G because people are facing the worst ever experience in specially in jio network since last several months, automatically network not showing and getting the continue call dropping issues.

Very frustrated with my Jio no. after 1yr recharge. Some apps like Hostar, Twitter, Flipkart doesn't work and others like YouTube, Amazon, JioCinema works fine. Cannot be phone issue as all works fine when I switch my network. Even @JioCare app doesn't work to lodge a complaint.

@JioCare My number with Jio was disconnected and given to a Vodafone Idea customer. I am currently in US and I had my last IR Pack recharge expired on 2nd Sep. I came to know that my number was deactivated on 22nd Nov (Just 2 months 10 days after the last recharge)
