  @ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

  @JioCare Pathetic service, I have requested for relocation of jio fiber connection on 30th October, every day customer care team says that installation will happen the next day. It has been 5 days and no one has visited for jio fiber installation.

  At least one network tower is required at pavagadh hill, it will be so much helpful. @airtelindia @reliancejio there is no signal at the hill, millions of people visit that holy place every year.

  @reliancejio hi reliance jio team,i recently purchased and installed jiofiber 30mbps plan. There are some complaints i wanna make. Firstly jio advertised jiofiber as SYMMETRICAL which is a BLUFF and a lie. Your upload speed never crossed even 10mbps for my 30mbps plan.

  @JioCare I didn't change my sim for 5g on Airtel. I'm in Mumbai my phone is compatible n airtel 5g working really fast. So do you mean to say Airtel network is better?🤔 God know when will I get invitation

  @reliancejio - it’s been more than 4 hours that your JioFiber outage has not resolved. Tried calling customer care multiple times just to hear the automated response. This is how you will assist us during WFH?
