    @ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

    Pure arrogance & zero accountability from @JioCare 9th day without Internet. Prepaid Internet for a year, no technicians have come in despite the scheduled visits. Your customer service is shite. Couple of numbers shared, when called, they said- dusra internet lagva lo.

    Thank you, @JioCare, for resolving my complaint so quickly. After reporting the issue regarding the ₹650 overcharge at the Jio Store, your support team investigated it and refunded ₹600 within 24 hours. I appreciate the prompt response and excellent customer support. 🙏

    @reliancejio Internet down since more than 1 week for 1243533586. Service request is getting auto closed without resolution. Service Engineer is evasive and does not turn up after 4 calls in a day. His competence is also suspect. Very unlike Reliance.

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare @JioChat trying to connect to Jio customer care for WiFi frequent disconnections since the last one month, but unable to connect via call or chat. It's a very worst experience. Sorry to say but if you are able to support customers then why run services.

    Hi Jio Team, I have been noticing for quite some time that the Jio 5G network is showing in my area, but the internet either does not work or is extremely slow. Kindly check the network issue in my area and resolve it as soon as possible.@JioCare @reliancejio @JioHotstar

    From last 2 weeks the SIM is not working properly. Doesn't connect to the Internet at all and doesn't show network anywhere. Even making calls are difficult. You should refund my recharge for this scam. I'm using E-SIM. @JioCare
