    Hello @JioCare , sach a poor network here .. can't even open a single page....@Airtel_Presence 's 2G even providing better network the jio 4g... kindly improve network and internet net speed.. otherwise will switch to @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare The company has hiked the recharges prices of jio sim. The signal quality is very poor and the company should decrease the recharges prices. I request jio to do not take unfair advantage of people. Otherwise, the people will port ur sim in another sim. Kindly look into

    Finally called customer care and asked to discontinue. They agreed and said refund would be processed. Now it’s been another 5–6 days: ❌ No refund ❌ No reference number ❌ No updates Taking money is instant. Resolving issues apparently isn’t. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Hi Team, A technician visited my house regarding my service issue. However, without asking for my permission, he took my phone, used the OTP received on it, and closed the service request. My issue has still not been resolved. How you guys are training them ?

    @JioCare Last time also when this happened, the same response was given - "fiber cut by local authorities in your city". This is entirely unacceptable. Opting for a new service provider.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your reply is completely unacceptable. After making me wait more than 7 days with zero installation and no proper follow-up, you are now giving a vague answer of “few business days” for my refund. This is extremely poor and unprofessional service.

    @JioCare @Vickey4003 JioFiber has one of the worst customer service experiences. Constant refund delays, endless excuses, and no clear resolution. Customers are forced to keep waiting while their money is held back. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.@JioCare
