@JioCare I understand your team is working but how would you compensate Customer for these off-internet days since 2ndAug? Its a complete outage (not just few hrs). My prepaid plan is set to expire on 25thAug. Would u increase the plan expiry date with the number of days of internet loss?

@__The_Doc Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@reliancejio I wasted my 15 min trying connecting to Jio customer care as having query on international roaming plan for postpaid. I dont know when Indian companies will improve customer care services. Very Poor Service from Jio & no resolution.

@JioCare Kindly confirm the refund amount as I have paid in advance for 6 months but had to cancel the connection within 48 hours due to false/incorrect information provided by Sales team.
