    @JioCare Half of the day passed but no response till yet.... The service request is generated 96 hrs ago and till yet no response Wow what a service! I believe you guys are not serious about customer satisfaction or retention My money has been looted & all I am doing is Email or twitter

    @JioCare Right now 4G service is not completely stable in the whole of India and the government is going to auction the spectorm companies on 26 July 2022 for the introduction of 5G in the country

    @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber has insufficient range for the normal 2.4Ghz band, let’s not talk about the 5Ghz. Unable to connect even being in the next room with DOORS OPEN. Kindly schedule service engineer visit.

    @JioCare #JioFibre #MukeshAmbani May I know if there is any possibility to refund my balance amount just in case if you cannot provide service. I paid for 3 months and used 1 month. Balance 2 months amount is with you. Please suggest the best solution for me as a Jio Fibre Team.

    @JioCare #jiofibre #MukeshAmbani Hi Team, my request for relocation is postponed from Sunday. Customer care is helpless. RELOCATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000NE2BC0 is scheduled on 04-07-2022 : 10:00:00.
