@JioCare The company has hiked the recharges prices of jio sim. The signal quality is very poor and the company should decrease the recharges prices. I request jio to do not take unfair advantage of people. Otherwise, the people will port ur sim in another sim. Kindly look into

Hello @JioCare , sach a poor network here .. can't even open a single page....@Airtel_Presence 's 2G even providing better network the jio 4g... kindly improve network and internet net speed.. otherwise will switch to @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare I'm facing worst customer experience with Jio. My wifi router is not working and the technicians are lethargic to come and repair. When I called customer care to cancel my jio connection, they are ready to do it. (1/2)
