    @JioCare The company has hiked the recharges prices of jio sim. The signal quality is very poor and the company should decrease the recharges prices. I request jio to do not take unfair advantage of people. Otherwise, the people will port ur sim in another sim. Kindly look into

    Hello @JioCare , sach a poor network here .. can't even open a single page....@Airtel_Presence 's 2G even providing better network the jio 4g... kindly improve network and internet net speed.. otherwise will switch to @Airtel_Presence

    Recharged just a week ago, but I haven't been able to use the service properly because of these repeated outages. The engineers seem more interested in leaving quickly than fixing the root cause. At this point, I'm seriously considering switching to another ISP.#JioFiber @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare "Actively working" for 10 days without a single call or update doesn't inspire confidence. If you cannot install the connection, stop delaying and cancel my order with a full refund. Otherwise, share a confirmed schedule instead of another copy-paste response. @nch1915

    @JioCare pls check my jio air fiber is not working. Everytime after power goes of Air Fiber disconnect and it takes one day to come back. Pls resolve this asap.

    Dear @reliancejio and @JioCare, your customer care has turned ****. I’ve been a Jio user since 2017. I stayed when the network was poor. I waited months for 5G in my area. The moment it arrived, I paid ₹3,599 for a 1-year Unlimited 5G plan because I trusted Jio. - 1/n

    @JioCare it now takes 4 days to assign an engineer to fix an issue? What do we do for those many days without an internet connection? I don't remember it being same in the past Btw, A new connection was installed in my building, today I guess, so did I lose mine due to that?

    @JioCare It's blinking red light since 24 june anyways I am going to discontinue your service, as it's a suffering for me my family, even I will be switching my mobile numbers to other service providers, we have 6 sims and 1 jio fiber, since last 1month even jio sim is working only 4g
