  @reliancejio Hey team, jio mobile tower is just 200 mtrs. Away from me, and I can’t even access 3G speed. Every another day tower brokedown and we are charged for 4G data pack packs. So @reliancejio , is it truly 5G service? #WorstSetvice #Jio #Jio5G

  @JioCare We are facing lot of trouble to access the internet services. This happens every week and when reaching customer care they always say that the number of customer is more in the area that's why we are facing issue we are looking into it and resolve the issue.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Hi 10 corporate CUG activation takes more than takes 72 hrs after the payment confirmation in VAN Account from JIO at Rajarhat JIO Center, Kolkata. No one is responding not even in mail. Very Poor Corporate Customer experience.
