  @JioCare The company has hiked the recharges prices of jio sim. The signal quality is very poor and the company should decrease the recharges prices. I request jio to do not take unfair advantage of people. Otherwise, the people will port ur sim in another sim. Kindly look into

  @JioCare I am not talking about this complaint only I am talking about cumulative time of service break. I didn't pay for 7-10 days service break in 3month's recharge. You should issue the refund of entire service break period.

  @JioCare Hello @JioCare @reliancejio , Jio Fiber service got disrupted due to cable cut. Raised the service request on 23.07.2026. But no service engineer visited yet. In June also service engineer took 7 days to visit , now same thing is happening. Don’t you learn from past mistakes.

  Your customer service is absolutely pathetic. You charge premium prices but completely disappear when customers need support. Unacceptable service, endless delays, and zero accountability. Do better. @JioCare #JioAirFiber #PoorCustomerService
