    Hello @JioCare , sach a poor network here .. can't even open a single page....@Airtel_Presence 's 2G even providing better network the jio 4g... kindly improve network and internet net speed.. otherwise will switch to @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare The company has hiked the recharges prices of jio sim. The signal quality is very poor and the company should decrease the recharges prices. I request jio to do not take unfair advantage of people. Otherwise, the people will port ur sim in another sim. Kindly look into

    @JioCare @jio_fiber No delay from your end? My internet was down from 3rd July to 6th July—that's 3 days without service. If this isn't a delay, what exactly is your definition of 'on-time service'? Customers pay on time. Why doesn't JioFiber deliver service on time? And who asked for a rent rebate?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Not assigned any engineer for the scheduled Service request raised for 05-JULY-2026 6 PM. Waste of customer time and facing same issue multiple times. Every time customer have to face problems. Very pathetic service.

    Dear @JioCare, during rains in Raghumandal Sayer, 5G stops working immediately. Also, your local tower gives barely 3 hours of battery backup. Fix this permanently, or I will be forced to port my number to Airtel. DM me.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Unless @TRAI does something about this, jio will continue fooling common people and airtel ain't better either. I don't even wanna talk to jio folks as their L1 support is fools who don't know iota of how data works and will just keep repeating that I somehow used 40 GB in 40 min

    @JioCare Unacceptable @JioCare! Your team cancels my appt, and now you want ME to wait 3 hours and reschedule it myself because of "system restrictions"? I shouldn't have to fix your internal tech's mistake. Assign an engineer and get my internet fixed tonight!

    @JioCare Who asked for a rent rebate? Stop diverting customers from the real question. Our time is more valuable than any rebate. Three days without service is three days of lost work. Answer one question: Is 72+ hours without internet your definition of 'no delay'? @JioCare @jio_fiber
