  @JioCare Shradha, any update on SR00003C5U11 support team is working on it but any eta Or timeline of refund or 2099 is year set on that SR? I understand your side but support team got to be pushed to resolve 2.5+ month old simple refund matter. Why such issue can't understand.

  @Murti_Nain I am switching over to Airtel. The Jio internet service is v disappointing these days. I have to put Flight Mode ON/OFF multiple times a day to get internet connection. @reliancejio

  @JioCare I hardly believe you are operating in a good manner. I have been trying since 20 days for installation of jioairfiber but there are constant errors and blockages. pathetic service and no easy way for customers to resoleve the same.
