  @Jiocare I'm facing very poor customer service from your end. Every time my service-complaint has been registered by the customer care service but not taking any action on that. I raised the cancellation request and device has not picked from my location It's 2 months ago.

  @JioCare Now I make right things for jio that I received half amount as pr the executive says to me. They said me 2500 you refund me 1500 if it is justify as per jio's norm then okay. I will be more carefull in future when i buy any type of product and service from jio.

  @reliancejio This to inform you that I am living in prime location of Gaya. Koeri Bari Gaya. But in this area your network fibre connection is not available. I am asking to connect jio fibre to your center. But not available in this area Only Airtel I am not understanding this
