    @JioCare @reliancejio I do not want installation or another Service Request. My decision is final. After repeated delays, missed appointments, and multiple SRs (SR00003B64Q9, SR00003B8VQJ & SR00003B95NT), I have lost all confidence in Jio.

    @JioCare I have done all this twice. Second time,your engineer neither visited nor he communicated. Kept me waiting. Main problem with your manager and engineers is that they are not telling the exact reason. This is very unprofessional.

    @JioCare, did a ₹999 JioFiber recharge (₹1178.82 with GST) because the screen promised Amazon Prime Lite. Now it’s not showing up on my MyJio app. Did you secretly change the plan? If yes, why is it still advertised on the recharge page? Kindly fix this.#JioFiber
