    @reliancejio This drama has started from 7:40pm at first the network was not showing,now the calling & messaging are not happening? I am getting very irritated.

    Continue i m complaining for speed improvement in my area but after 10 day once again slow speed problems i m facing. Please arrange any technician in my location and check speed of internet. Very poor service by you. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare In Navtolia, Gharari, Mirganj, Purnia, Bihar, Jio's calling and internet is very poor and slow for 2 consecutive years. Which is a permanent problem of 500 Jio users. It is requested to fix it as soon as possible.Thanks

On 20th June i cancelled Jiofiber prepaid connection with-in trial period because i want to install Jiofiber Postpaid connection.     @JioCare Working to Resolve this promptly. @JioCare it's already 2 weeks now. I lost all hope that service will resume. Till date no one from fault team have called. Daily ticket will be assigned with engineer automatically and end of the day ur team change to hold.

    Jio AirFiber Service ID 1893357775 @JioCare my jio fibre isn’t working properly, red light reflecting in box and WiFi isn’t working, since the day I have got the connection, If it continues like this, I will not recharge it in the future. @reliancejio

    Hey @JioCare Severe network issue in our village We get network, but signal is very weak & unstable. Internet speed is extremely slow with frequent call drops. Kindly optimize coverage & boost signal.

    Accidental recharge on 24 May. Tried cancelling within 3 hrs but MyJioapp showed Something went wron.Called sup. thrice exe. MISLED me with false promises until the window closed!Emailed team but NO RESOLUTION YET Fraud behavior. Refund me @RelianceJioCare @JioCare @Jio_Business
