    @reliancejio @JioCare In Navtolia, Gharari, Mirganj, Purnia, Bihar, Jio's calling and internet is very poor and slow for 2 consecutive years. Which is a permanent problem of 500 Jio users. It is requested to fix it as soon as possible.Thanks

    @JioCare you have the worst network everywhere. Speed is 10kbps . Do something otherwise we will have no other option than changing the operator.

    @JioCare Internet speed has been too bad since last 24 hours.Can't opn a single site.The jio tower is jst behind my place.Before 24 hrs. the speed was vry gud but now it's too bad & using it can't even deliver a WhatsApp text. Important works r being disturbed @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare Thr is no schedule or reschedule option.When the engineer last visited (15/6) he said I will bring the modem tomorrow and fix it. How come now there is a pole removal issue coming up ? The internet pack I have should provide 100 mbps speed. I'm not getting even 20 mbps speed

    @JioCare @reliancejio disappointed with the consistently poor network coverage here in Jaunpur, UP. I paid upfront for a 2-year recharge plan, but the internet and calling services are practically unusable. Since you aren't delivering the promised service,I want a full refund.

    @JioCare It’s not fare. We paid money I lossed nearly seven days of internet and my works also disturbed without internet. If we tried to call customer care support calls are not connecting no proper rspince and proper problem resolving what is this all nonsense
