    @reliancejio Payment done and services still suspended. Four conversations with customer care, zero resolution. Emails sent, no response. At this point I’m just curious whether restoring paid services is optional now. @JioCare care to explain? #Jio #CustomerExperience

    @JioCare Thank you @JioCare . We are opting out from your services. we are cancelling it . No response. Nobody visited. The issue has been going on from last 13 days. We have mailed u but no better response. @JioCare just refund us.

    @JioCare eta on the ticket mentioned was 16th march 1:33pm, i believe it has already passed as per IST, thanks a lot @JioCare for maintaining a streak of never fixing issue and expecting the consumers to be available at home 24*7 to entertain ur various engineers. never trust @JioCare

    @JioCare Technician not responding call, technician status put on hold,not sure why he did,when can I expect solution? Service is not at all good and terrifying

    @JioCare Also, the device has not yet been collected from my location. Kindly arrange device pickup and process the refund immediately. This kind of customer handling is very unprofessional. Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 3 months + 15 days since my problem hasn't been solved. My remaning amount of fiber connection is not converted into vouchers for my air fiber connection. Customer care is saying It will update, but not even after 3 months of condition by jio.
