Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare @jio for your pathetic service. Raised SR twice for the same problem yet no visit by your engineer. Plus reaching your customer care has got so tough these days. SR00001B0VDL being the first SR for wifi not working issue.Please resolve immediately

Its 10th day. No communication,no visit of engineer,still net not working. Though have already decided not to continue with @reliancejio ,lesson 4 larger audiences.I recharged 4 period 28Apr to 28 May but net not working due to some tech issue since 14 May and I am being charged.

So i have been facing some problems regarding the network for the past 2 months. I tried contacting the customer care but everytime I called them , they just say "It will be fixed within 6-8 hours. But since last week the entire signal disappears. It says NO SERVICE @reliancejio

@JioCare I have payed for the jio fiber Set Top box service on Friday(Request I'd:SR00001B2TQS). But my STB is not yet delivred although my services has been started.Its a loss for me. Customer care is giving false commitment since last 2 days. SR00001B3NKE.

@Airtel_Presence what's the process of porting simcard. I wanna port my @JioCare simcard into Airtel. Because jio is the worst network provider telecom company. Jio care said me that they will take 6 to 8 months for resolving network issues. I checked currently Airtel is best.
