    @JioCare Installed Jio AirFiber and it’s been trash from day one—zero speed. Filed multiple complaints, no fix. The last support call was rude agent went on a Marathi rant. Check your call recordings and fix this.

    @JioCare Hi Tanya, soon doesn't define a timeline. There are TATs that need to be maintained. With such generic language it doesn't give confidence to the customers. Define a resolution timeline and stick to it rather than moving the appointments ahead everytime.

    @Yatharth_Sharma @JioCare @reliancejio I still can’t confidently say it’ll be fixed within 2 hours. That was just the estimate from the customer care executive, and honestly, I’m not fully convinced it’ll be resolved that quickly.

    @JioCare 40 hours is not temporary issue. And why instead of pre-warning and providing proper timeframe when it will get fixed you guys are giving notice every 6 hours.

    @JioCare Dear shraddha it was told to me that it would take around max 7 days for refund after cancallation. So I think I had wait enough alredy kindly tell me the exact date or time when I would support to get the refund Pl.

    Hello! @JioCare @reliancejio Urgent Request to Restore My Jio Number My Jio number XXXXXXXXXX was asking for re-verification as per government instructions. I first completed the re-verification through the MyJio app, and it showed that the process was successful. However, after some time, it again started asking for re-verification. Then I visited a Jio Service Center and completed the re-verification again. It was also successful there, but the issue continued. On 5 February 2026, my number was completely disconnected. After that, I again visited the service center, and they informed me that the number cannot be reactivated unless a Tag Code is generated. I contacted Reliance Jio customer care, and they told me that I would receive the Tag Code within 24 hours so I could get my SIM reactivated. However, even after waiting more than 24 hours, I have still not received any Tag Code. The company is not providing it, and my number is very important to me. I request immediate help to restore my number as soon as possible.

    @JioCare @JioCare I m not satisfied with your respond , as my account is valid for next month ..? Then why did you ask for again base plan for just getting the network signal ..?? I don’t want to accept or dial the call while roaming , I just want to keep active my phone in network to receive SMS . Hope it’s free of service , if we have enough validity on our account .

    @reliancejio @JioCare complaint launched at 9.20 AM for Jio fiber. No update , neither service engineer assigned. Call centre not reachable...What a pathetic service!!!!!
