  @JioCare JioAirFiber complaint SR00002LQGOI pending for 24+ hours. Engineer says request isn't assigned to him and is not responding. Customer care keeps reassigning the same engineer. Please escalate and resolve urgently. #JioAirFiber

  @reliancejio @JioCare Service Request No. SR000038740V This has been an extremely poor and disappointing service experience. The engineer visit was scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but the assigned engineer has now switched off his mobile phone and is unreachable.

  Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, your systems are completely broken and trapping my money! My STB installation tech was a no-show, but my service is now blocked cause I didn't give an OTP before the tech even arrived. Plus, the "Reschedule" button has vanished from the app
