    @JioCare my pincode is 700156. I applied for jiofiber and got a number of a representative with name of Rakesh Mondal. I talked to him and he told me it will be installed in one week. It has been 1 month still I got no response from him.He cut my call again and again. Please help

    If this is how u PPL treat ur customers I don't know what to say. I am using jio since it's launch. It had its ups and downs but never someone has said this. Highly unprofessional and disappointing @JioCare. I am just getting 1 network bar on my cell phone 2/n

    @JioCare Why to I have to give a refernce ID of someone to port my sim from @ViCustomerCare to JIO if I have my own ID. And the employee of jio store (makarpura,vadodara)do not know how to treat customer.

    @Airtel_Presence Worst and Rude Behavioural Customer Service provided. Hanging Calls , Making False Claims , Too Much Delay in doing a 15 Minute Job. Worst Pathetic Service @reliancejio looking forward for your services as soon as your services are available in my Area.

    Hello @JioCare it's been 15 days since my last tweet in which I was assured that the data connection at my location will be fixed. I called to ur customer service and he told me that I am free to switch to other network as u PPL aren't able to provide good network at my place 1/n
