    @JioCare These days "again"* SIM is not being recognized. It happens suddenly. I need to reinsert the SIM. This kind of issues were coming approx 2 years before. WHY such problems again? *Other operator's SIM doesn't have/had any such issues in same device, so plz! @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare fed up with bad customer service. Many times have requested and raised the issue that my name spelling is wrong in your system. Please correct it but still you guys don't do it. @JioCare @Airtel_Presence they give much better service. Should I switch for better?

    @JioCare I am trying to call customer support for like 40 minutes and still the automated response is wasting my time and not letting me talk to an executive. why can't you guys have a clear-cut number just to call an executive without all this 2-5 min long automated response.
