    @JioCare The entire village network goes. Many times the network does not come on after the power goes off. We have been trusting you and using your network for many days. But you are always disappointing us.

    @JioCare Inspite of repeatedly raising the issue, the issue remains unresolved. Had raised request again today, for the prepaid jio connection I have paid 3500 for the period from 14th june, however I had not been provided service (no internet/no landline/no setoff box)

    @reliancejio @TheDigiboxx Jio customer services may be the worst. Trying to port a number since last one month inspite of best efforts the customer services couldn't, for no reason. I don't understand how the management is keeping so inefficient people.

    @JioCare I have raised a issue to return my jio connection on 18th Jun still no one is taking it back.Everyday I got message as your engineer come to collect. Whether you are taking it back or not?! @JioCare if you're not taking it back i will change my jio postpaid to Airtel
