@JioCare Received a call from your support executive. He asked me to share my screen. Then he took me to recharge option and asked me to do a recharge. He wanted me to open UPI and enter credentials. Screen sharing was ON while this. I disconnected the call & then I received 5 OTPs (1/2)

@JioCare the services in my area are again pathetic. Internet speed is too low. 5G pe jaane ka kya faayda agar ab bhi 2G jaisi speed mil rahi he to. These telecome companies are fraud and making fool out of common people. They charges hefty amounts from u but services r too bad

@JioCare @reliancejio Even after complaining 2 times in consumer complaint I haven't got my JioFiber security deposit. Not even any JioCare representative update me about this since last 45 days. Now I have last option to File a complaint on Consumer Forum court to settle this.

@JioCare 5 weeks since my complaint & I am faced with continued lack of response or action. Was assured of a refund from @JioCare but no update as yet. Repeated DMs from Jio staff who take a bot-like approach. Does this need a nudge from the consumer forum? @JioCare #SandeepDas #AnujJain

@SouravSonu10 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@JioCare nowadays jio network getting worse and worse. In our area we get only 100kb/s speed and the reason they said that "there are so many active users" Is that good or bad. Resolve the network issues as soon as possible or I am going to switch other network.
