  Seems tht evn wth multipl channls for complaints, there r no real channls to connct to cust care for filing a complaint. I'm stuck with smthing tht breaks almost daily bt no way to raise a complaint. Pl registr my complaint & fix my issue. Thanks @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

  @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare i am a loyal customer of Jio the day jio was launched i took sim and fiber also at home but laat one month i have been complaining multiple for no network at my market. Not a single response while airtel working very nicely. I don't like to port to airtel

  Fraud by @reliancejio @JioCare we asked for prepaid jio fiber these morons activated postpaid that too is not working within 3 hrs of installation when asked for refund they say that no refund,frauds no service still want payment of 6 months in advance @DoT_India is corrupted

  @JioCare I visit my bank and describe the issue and they are saying it was successful payment from our side ( bank of baroda ) now it was your problem Jio Team not the bank problem now it's your responsibility to give me refund or credit the 2 month jiohome recharge in my account.
