  @JioCare Sent a DM as was suggested. But no response. Telephone calls getting abruptly disconnected stating that your account is disconnected. This is not the way to treat anyone let alone senior citizens who are moving on to a new place...@reliancejio you are forcing us to go big....

  @vermas3 @reliancejio And you will see that in few days it will be marked without asking OTP, and they will mention OTP was not received and issue resolved . And believe me it’s the intentional system they have built, I have raised 30+ SR in last theee months and now see how they work. @JioCare
