  “I used a Jio SIM before, but I didn’t recharge it for a long time because I shifted from India to Dubai. I was still able to use GPay, but suddenly the network disappeared and now it says the number is invalid I’m unable to recharge or use the SIM. Please help fix this @JioCare

  @JioCare there is no accountability of anyone in jio. If customers are facing issues you have created common template to make them more frustrated. U should let us know the status of our issues being faced, what is the issue,when it will get resolve 1/2 @JM_Scindia

  JioFiber service down for the past 1 week. Service engineer visit always gets put on hold. I have rescheduled the visit 3 times. Never seen such pathetic service. Atleast all the customer to customer care, NO! No accountability whatsoever. @reliancejio
