    Hello @JioCare , sach a poor network here .. can't even open a single page....@Airtel_Presence 's 2G even providing better network the jio 4g... kindly improve network and internet net speed.. otherwise will switch to @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Yesterday, I have recharged my account twice using the Jio App. The recharges are showing in the recharge history. Until now, the internet has not started working and whenever I contact customer care, I am asked to recharge again.

    @JioCare @voldermort891 As per SR, Jio service providers has visited today, but they even can't fix my issue. Just told me that the issue will be fixed later on.

    @reliancejio My fiber line has been down from last 24 Hrs still no technical person visited my office . one of the worst service ever you would get. Big NO from my side if you planning to go for Jio Fiber instead go for local Internet wala because they give you service on time
