    Hello @JioCare , sach a poor network here .. can't even open a single page....@Airtel_Presence 's 2G even providing better network the jio 4g... kindly improve network and internet net speed.. otherwise will switch to @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don’t want to jinx it but the new in-app get a new sim feature with eSIM is amazing. I bought two SIM cards yesterday for iPad and second phone with self KYC and never saw a more streamlined process of getting a new number and SIM card.

    My AIRTEL NUMBER-7681873222...I APPLIED FOR PORTING THIS NUMBER TO @reliancejio ON SUNDAY BUT THEY GIVE ME DATE OF 7.4.26 AND 8.4.26 TO ACTIVATE THE NUMBER WHUCH IS TOO LATE THAT IS 4 TO 5 DAYS....I WANT THIS EARLY OR I CANCEL THE PORTING REQUEST

    I have officially filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline. Docket Number:9242007 I am leaving Guwahati TODAY. If a technician does not collect the router by 12pm. I will be uploading this a link evidence of 'Deficiency of Service' to the E-Jagriti portal. @JioCare
