    Hello @JioCare , sach a poor network here .. can't even open a single page....@Airtel_Presence 's 2G even providing better network the jio 4g... kindly improve network and internet net speed.. otherwise will switch to @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare got a jio fibre connection in our society less than two months ago. During these two months, have faced frequent downtime. It’s not working since last evening. Extremely unstable and unreliable service. The guy responsible for our account does not even respond.

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Internet never works continuously for 5 min while traveling frm Patna to Makhdumpur by train. And JIO tower is installed 20 met. away from my Makhdumpur office,still the network proper is not working. Why so?I want to know.1/2
