  @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio I paid for JioAirFiber and a technician visited my home for installation. He confirmed that installation was not possible due to signal and connection feasibility issues. I immediately requested cancellation and a refund. Despite this, my refund is still pending. Your local executive is now saying that I will only receive a voucher instead of my money. I do not accept a voucher and want the amount refunded to my original payment method. More concerning, my Jio order status shows Installation and Activation completed even though the service was never installed at my home. I have raised this with the local executive and his manager but received no proper response. Please investigate this issue and process my refund urgently.

  @JioCare At-least the engineer needs to come at the agreed time when someone is available at home. He just calls at random time and puts the request on HOLD. Called him 5 times, never received the call. Can this be ESCALATED?
