    @JioCare Is this your customer service? Updating the status at your bed without resolving the real issue? Pathetic, while you hood wink customers thru miscommunication. SR000019AEHM is not resolved yet. You will receive another request to cancel this. Shameful.

    @JioCare You have been telling me all this while that my request is being worked upon. Now, the status shows resolved AND THE PROBLEM REMAINS AS-IS. No one has visited me to take care of this issue. I’m tired of following up. Getting the connection cancelled in less than 1 week.
