    Hello @JioCare , sach a poor network here .. can't even open a single page....@Airtel_Presence 's 2G even providing better network the jio 4g... kindly improve network and internet net speed.. otherwise will switch to @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio @JioCare i shifted to new house and got an new connection of jio fiber but the service people are not taking backing back old jio fiber and making excuses that set up box was also given as per their system. They are not even taking calls. Kindly help

    @JioCare @reliancejio please check. Your mobile network jio. It's not even able to pass. Google speed test. Sometimes it is showing as. 2 mbps upload and. 15 download speed. Pathetic network.

    @jiocare @reliancegroup @reliancejio the engineer visited today, but still internet connection is down. This was 3rd visit by the engineers but not able to resolve the issue. Almost 12 days without internet. Extremely disappointed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio WORST SERVICE. Recently switch over to jio fiber from ACT. Frequent issues. Last week 2 days no internet and this week 3 days (still) no internet. We are in WFH. Jio compliant took 48+ hrs to check whereas act fiber has 2 to 4 hrs window to get it resolved
