    Hello @JioCare , sach a poor network here .. can't even open a single page....@Airtel_Presence 's 2G even providing better network the jio 4g... kindly improve network and internet net speed.. otherwise will switch to @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @JioCare I was trying to reach u guys via call and chat. In chat the bkt showed no one is available. In call, after being on line for 4 mins, someone received the call but put me on hold and then put me on mute. Please improve the customer support quality. And call me back.

    If anyone is planning to get a @reliancejio sim. Don’t. They will send you the sim home but if you run into any trouble they will ask you to sort it with the distributor that THEY assigned. They won’t even tell you who to chase and take no responsibility. Endless loop of CS ****

    @JioCare is any of your representative knows how to change unserviceable mobile number to active one for jiofiber device. I have been calling to customer care, visiting stores but no one has answers. Or you guys just tell them to sell only devices and plans.
