Hey @JioCare / @reliancejio I have recharged with work from home data plan along with the prepaid one but unfortunately my work from home data plan is not activated yet and its been in queue for so long but there isn't any button to manually activate the plan ,please help .

My daily 2GB data quota exhausted within an hour which never happened before and the most shocking thing was I didn't even use 20% of it then how could this happened @JioCare , what's is this behaviour @reliancejio ?I want an answer and want refund of my today's 2GB data quota!

When you reach to customer care through voice help with clear step mentioned, it reach to mobile section always, they will redirect to Jiofiber, when you ask forward or call back to Manager, they will straight away say no such facility, email to jiocare, which is another waste
