    @JioCare Note that this is a relocation request and I am forced to choose JioAirFiber over JioFiber. Considering the TAT for installation, I am skeptical about fixing the signal if any that can occur with JioAirFiber

    @JioCare I have DM the all the details and kindly activate my 5G service and also improve the internet service in my area. Hopefully this year you will work on it. I have complaint so many time regarding poor internet service but there is no improvement.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Nice explanation, yester I recharge 1178/- and from today morning Internet not working, no one take responsibility to restore the same, every month facing same Issue. Did you compensate for the down time to customer?

    Worst ,no response for new SIM card online order no: NO00015ELLVV , already paid. Customer care (199) was bot voice, chat also bot, hard to contact Jio customer care. No response from @JioCare @reliancejio on X,They focus on marketing as get sim from home . #jio #nosupportonjio
