@reliancejio received a msg for installation today at 10 am aft series of msgs. But again same issue nobody visited yet. Mistake done by Subhankar in BBSR which delayed the installation. Don’t know wether these msgs r goin to sr mgnt. It’s 48 hrs pending fr action from JIO. Waste

I have been requesting @JioCare to pick up my router since August 2020 but all I get is an automated SMS saying could not be picked and will attempt again. This is utter negligence by @reliancejio. Is that a way to boost profitability by not returning customer's deposit?
