    @JioCare my jio fiber no 7313569673 is not working since last 2 days, off and on but now it completely stopped working. Please let me know is there any system by which you can detect not working fiber connection

    @JioCare @JioCare still awaiting a resolution, your sales exec promised us a 1month voucher code at the time of installation,that still hasn't been shared & neither the sales guy nor your customer service is providing the same;forcing us to pay the bill and then share the voucher,pls help
