@JioCare Why no complaint has been lodged till now & I haven't received any docket id no. Even after writing up several times ,i am amazed that no formal complaint has been registered. Kindly, register my complaint & provide me docket id so that i can escalate the issue.

Hi friends, would recommend you don't use @AJIOLife and for online orders. They have a terrible customer service delivering wrong items and refusing returns. Better to use @amazonIN and @Flipkart who offer much better service. #dontuseajio #badservice #reliancejio

Last week I switched service provider of my mom's phone to @reliancejio from Airtel, today since morning incoming calls on that number seems disabled, whenever someone tries to reach it says invalid number, however outgoing is working fine. Please help @JioCare
