    @JioCare Heights of confusion @JioCare - one executive calls me to tell that have cancelled my request and within hours other executive says that my connection will be installed tomorrow. So their executives are in the same boat as their ground staff! God save the poor customers😡

    @JioCare My Jiofiber connection is not working since yesterday (blinking red light issue). I have raised a service request. Can you please expedite this? Need it for WFH purposes and can't afford much delay. This is for Sector 52 area in Noida.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JIOFIBER1 took new connection in Karimnagar for quarterly but the executive who proposed this plan has misguided us with false information and now am getting a rude answers from him (+91 93819 16577) he is least bothered about customer, Hope for action .

    @reliancejio @AJIOLife U all hve the worst customer service! I have no net since 4 days,why am I supposed to do? I'd rather change my connection that go through this disgusting customer service.

    @reliancejio Can tell me how to port my number from @VodafoneIN to @reliancejio? Coz the service and internet speed of vodafone is disgusting. Inspite of my numerous complaints vodafone has not resolved the matter. They just close the call without resolution everytime.
