    @JioCare i had purchased a new jiophone for Rs.1624 for 1 year plan due to rain some going inside phone than phone replaced by jio store charoda but credit period not credited by store as per customer care please resolve problem new jiophone number is 7000977906

    @JioCare What a highly unprofessional team! Order number NO0000K3UCDC on hold for no reason? Nor, I can reschedule? Service shortage needs @consumerforum_ attention. Prior complaints have not been considered. This is a serious issue!
