    There is some serious problem in receiving OTPs on the @reliancejio network. The OTPs never arrive, and even it does, it expires. I wouldn't have pointed if it was one institution but I noticed this problem across several of them. Are you doing something about it, Jio?

    @JioCare @virralthakkaar Airtel is not the best in customer service They may not give Netflix But when it comes to network coverage in Bengaluru JIO SUCKS BIG TIME Airtel, in my view, is best among the worst : all these providers are horrible in terms of quality and service

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I just called the Jio Fiber customer support team from my Jio mobile number and on asking to speed up resolution or initiate refund, the call was disconnected from the agents end. This is such a pathetic customer support experience.

    Its been four times in one month when your services have stopped working...your company's work ethics are just horrendous i have never seen such pathetic customer service. The absolute bloody worst. Just stop operating jio if this how you are- @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare sick of your recharge reminders before every call! I will recharge when I want to, you don't have to delay connecting my calls for your stupid reminders!! I might leave this network for this reason alone.

    @JioCare @manish__meena_ For starters, if plain simple phone calls work, on Jio network in Bengaluru especially, where coverage is crap, it will help
