    Waited over 24 hours for a @JioMart order (Order ID: JM69DB0D480151B0F4C8) placed at 8:40 AM yesterday. Multiple calls to support, multiple "shortly" promises, 0 delivery. Order cancelled today. Absolute waste of time. @JioCare @JioMart_Support #CustomerService #JioMart

    @JioCare Thank you for raising the service request. Regarding the calling issue: calls either do not connect or drop frequently, and the voice quality is very poor when connected. This issue persists throughout my area. Kindly resolve it at the earliest
