@JioCare @reliancejio the state of negligience saddens me. No repair engineer arrived at my home even after complaining about my jiofiber connection. The repair person is very rude when talked to and makes excuses everytime. Getting cheated by a reputed company was unexpected.

It's been more than 7 days till now @JioCare had not resolved my issues. Very poor customer service. Not expected from @reliancejio . No one is giving perfect solutions. Everyone in customer service department is confused what solution they will provide. Horrible

@JioCare @reliancejio it saddens me that even after repeated requests to troubleshoot an issue with my jiofiber connection, no repair engineer has arrived. The repair engineer in contact is very rude. Getting this kind of customer service from a trusted brand is shocking.

My father is using Jio Sim Over 3 years but the network is wrost when my dad call on your customer care number they always says that the problem will resolve in 2 months but this didn't happened and I heard the news that you guys are working on 5g spectrum @reliancejio

@ViCustomerCare my mom uses simple phone. I dialed *212# to check balance and 30 Rs got deductd for the service we don't want. I have already ported 5 family members no to @reliancejio from idea. Looks like one more need to be ported.
