    @reliancejio @JioCare Even postpaid customer need to call 15 times to connect your customer care. Executives disconnecting the call without any answer. Cheating happened in my postpaid bill. Took 399 plan but bill received for 1053 rupees. None of your executives know the reason.

    @reliancejio Can any one help! Relocation option in your app is not working at all .. I want to relocate my jio fiber but I couldn't. Tried multiple times from app.. customer care and Live chats but no one helped . Customer care is helpless!
