    It has been so many days i have been complaining against the bad network coverage at my location whenever there is a power cut but no actions has been taken yet.I complaint to yr customer care executive,I have left with no other option than to port out my jio number. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare I've been trying to return my old Jio Fiber device for over three months now, as I have taken up a fresh Jio connection in a new address. No one ever comes to pick the device after repeated emails. What sort of post-installation service is this?

    @JioCare I have contacted jio customer care so many times z they book slot for engineer to uninstall the device . But no one comes on allocated time. Please help

    @JioCare Mohit, from a year I am doing this how much time do you expect me to wait? In personal life did u really wait for that much? Plz reply me as a customer. Just telling you this is fraud statement from yours side. If you have issue return my half money as I am troubling not you guys

    Can I get an update please? Office work has been stalled due to incorrect disconnection by @reliancejio and apparently @JioCare should be renamed #JioDoesNotCare Which large company cannot find their own invoicing history? And should the customer suffer because of it?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I purchased a 24 month gold plan in the fourth week of Dec. 2019. My plan should have been active till Dec. 2021. I am being told I have no plan and Jio has misplaced my invoice history and recharge history. I have the transaction history. Can you help?
