Saksham Mehra (@Sakshammehraa) reported@JioCare Complaint raised at 16:00. Got SMS for technician visit 21:00–22:00 (SR000038EUSD). Technician called repeatedly at 17:00, said he’d come in 30 mins, then blocked my number. Customer care promised resolution by 21:00. No visit, no fix, now rescheduled. Very poor service.

Even the ticket raised immediately for the same day still not resolution.. Who will bear 3 days 2 days outage even after paying heavy bill every month. Bad
