  @reliancejio @JioCare Every day i am calling to the jio customer care because of internet not working every day they told please coperate it will resolve soon. But no resolution form 3-4 month my rollover day is 192 gb because of internet not working. no one take complaint sad

  @JioCare And when you say an update, all i recieve is an SMS with a probable resolution deadline, and on Myjio app I see it being assigned to a person without any contact details, so any update that you provide to a user is useless because there is no reason, nor ability to contact.

  I am using Jio fibre from more than 1 year but in the last 6 months there is a serious problem, that connection gets lost in our area and 10-15 houses get affected, it gets resolved in 2-3 days but no permanent solution. @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio @JioCare #jiodown #jiofibre
