    @JioCare very poor service in old rajindar nagar, new delhi. Network comes downs to 0 many times. Pathetic service. Need to see this ASAP. Person in emergency can be serious trouble if using JIO in this area.

    @JioCare I have been using Jio fiber over 2 years and requesting for change of address at a place where the service is available, but even after emails to your official id, nobody is responding for the same. Please do the needful.

    Snow fall effected only jio in kashmir. While @airtelindia Fibre @sntpl and other providers faced zero issues. We raised complaint SR000013M7OL however @reliancejio is sleeping and not providing any solution. Time to say good bye to #JioFibre

    @JioCare Shame on JIO! Besides my repeated requests regarding internet speed issue. The message is being floating in between your department. But no one even called back to rectify it. Shame!! Poor commitment what I say??

    @JioCare It was probably my worst decision to choose jio for my broadband connection. First of all most of the times the speed is very low. And now over 3 days I connection is down and I am still not getting any resolution. I was told by the employees that they don't work on Sundays.

    @fiber_jio @reliancejio i have been trying to reach Jio fibre team to install for internet connection at my home but there is no proper response from Hyderabad jio team. No one visited my home and they are behaving not properly if we ask questions. Pls help

    3-4 days of that month r without any internet. Do u hv any refund policy on that? No. But u will come like looters to charge late fee if a customer misses bill pay by 1 min as well. Pathetic. @reliancejio, want to knw whn will u come to my area (2/2)
