PM (@Prabinmen) reported@JioCare internet services at my place down for more than 6 hours - engineer visit booked but no one has turned up yet - can't connect the engineer as the contact number is continuously on busy mode. He was supposed to be before 8 pm today @reliancejio Can't expect such lethargic services from JIO after taking a premium plan! expecting an immediate resolution! Right now, the bullshit call center had delayed the status after 8 pm
