@JioCare Few actually resolve the issue and few only pretend to resolve! The jio team tries to troubleshoot in messages which can be seamless over one phone call but they are too busy in not serving properly to their crores of customers in this way! Pretty disappointing!

@reliancejio @JioCare guy u r biggest fraud telecom service provider , at 1st you called me and tell me about the offer going on and even i confirm it before recharge at 198 there u also gave confirmation that i am eligible and after recharge when benefit not recieved u say sorry

@reliancejio very poor customer service. Too many false promise in tele customer service when I report the issue. I have recharged using my Jio App,Rs 4,718/- by MISTAKE on 29th April at 2.38 AM. Have called back immediately and told them that it is a wrong financial transaction
