My router has been restarted, and this happens on all devices. It looks like my account is stuck on an "expired/throttled" profile backend lock even though my payment was successful and the plan is active.Please reset my port connection and push the correct speed profile ASAP. It's better I will switch to other operator. If service not restored by tmrw 3pm, then all my jio service will switched to another operator.
