Hello Jio fiber it has been 3 days still the issue occurs and I have raised ticket concern for the same but today the ticket has been shown resolved. No proper response.I do no how to take it forward.kindly provide me the solution or I will disconnect @JioFiberVoice @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio Guys time n again your JioFibre services are hopeless n poor quality. There’s huge work loss due to frequent downtown of JioFibre. No sunwai before 24 hrs.Making customers fool.Never experienced such heavy failures earlier with other service providers.

@JioCare @TRAI Very bad services in term of fixing an issue for Fiber Connection. No technical support provided by Jio... Every month 5-6 days connection not working and everytime customer care team saying we have minimum 48 Hours of TAT. Billing 30 days where 10days no internet
