@Airtel_Presence has also joined hands with @JioCare to shut tower within no time of power failure. Even 2g network not available. I don't think they improve their services but it getting worse... What a great service providers...

Hello @JioCare I purchased jio dongle few months back and after using it for sometime it started giving trouble( not recognized in devuces) I gave it to service centre in koppa, karnataka (577126) . He had to send it to chikmagalur and really took 3 weeks for repair (1/2)

@JioCare No engineer visited and calls are not answered. Surprisingly, I was asked to call electrician at 4 pm (I don't know why customer to call electrician). Electrician has been waiting since 4 pm but now Jio Fiber team members aren't answering call & have switched off the mobile !!!!
