    @JioCare True5g invitation clicked on my jio app banner and registered on website (15 days +). iOS 16.2 updated. Postpaid number active. 5g cover area. Aur kya chaiye as the invite ain’t coming for Postpaid numbers. Don’t reply without reading the problem.

    @JioCare your e-kyc service is not working since 5-6 days. How to get sim card without e-kyc if that number issued on e-kyc? Please solve my issue because everything registered with that number

    @JioCare Nobody contacted us to resolve this. Many times we DM you but not any resolution provides us ... Now due to your negligence and bad ethical work practice ... We received 2 invoices for a cancelled connection. #JioFiber

    @reliancejio SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service. Your representative are not responding to our request of resolving our issue. They resolve the issue on application without addressing it. Customer care is also not giving any assurance. Kindly do the needful.

    Just had a retention call from @JioCare for my jio post-paid number. Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that I’m planning to stay with #jio. Jio, that man deserves a raise.

    @JioCare fibre down since 2 days, no response to complain. That's how they go about it, penetrate the markets cheap then render you at their mercy, the @reliancegroup ways.

    @AkashMAmbani @JioCare sir, JIO customer support, JIO social media team all failed miserably to get the JIOFIBER installation task done in 10days despite paying in advance. Your intervention will be required 2 get the job done else we will loose our jobs & JIO will be the reason.

    @JioCare I have a 4-month plan with Jio Fiber, but my Wi-Fi hasn't been working for the past 10 days. A red light is blinking; when I contacted customer care and the operator, they said it was a tower issue that would be resolved, but it still hasn't been fixed. #poorservice

    @JioCare The app is still showing “assigning engineer”. No progress or sign of the issue being fixed. No calls from the Jio team or engineer. It's the 5th day since the complaint was raised. What happened to Jio? Are they short of engineers or just taking a lethargic approach?

    I have the recording of my conversation with the customer support team... They said you should get a recharge of Rs 706 done, it will last you for 30 days... after that the next recharge has to be done on 1st July. @JioCare @reliancejio #jio

    @JioCare @JioCare I am tired of chasing my refund. Today I was told the refund would be processed, but the timeline has been extended to 10 June. This delay is unacceptable. If the refund is not received by the promised deadline, I will file a complaint in Consumer Court.
