    @JioCare fibre down since 2 days, no response to complain. That's how they go about it, penetrate the markets cheap then render you at their mercy, the @reliancegroup ways.

    For the last 2 months, I have been facing slow internet issues almost every alternate day. I have contacted JioCare around 10 times, yet the issue remains unresolved. Today again, the CC executive asked me to simply switch off the router for 5โ€“10 minutes and restart it.

    The Jio tower serving the Rajgarh area of Dibrugarh dist.(Lat: 27.221102, Long: 95.105603) has not been upgraded to 5G, & network issues have persisted for a long time. Kindly improve the service as residents are facing significant inconvenience. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioTowers
