    @JioCare Hamza...It is going on from last 5 months and everytime new member come and ask me and raise multiple tickets and issue never got resolved . I don't know what jio is doing and they are not able to solve one problem

    @JioCare inspite of so many times of reminder and DM dine twice their is no reply from your end. It has been over 3 months. If you cannot resolve a simple problem in installation then... This is not the service I had expected.

    Complained many time to Airtel for frequently disconnect of broadband.2 months ago I requested to close my account but thev said will nt happen again & will upgrade to 100Mbps in 30 days.PROBLEM STILL EXIST. NO UPGRADE. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @DoT_India @rsprasad @airtelindia

    @reliancejio The pricing is bit higher side, Local ISP offers much cheaper than Jio. Also @JioCare Customer Support is very bad. I literally contact Jio 6-7 times on DM but no one giving any satisfactory solution.

    @JioCare my areas network is too much bad, I have problems in calling and data also. I was complained many times but your team not any improvement and maintenance here,so I'm very disappointed with jio services. Because it's a broad network but service quality is too poor.
