When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. It’s frustrating to experience this even after paying over ₹600. The service has been very disappointing. Please fix this soon, @JioCare, or I’ll seriously consider switching to Airtel once my current plan expires. To make things worse, the MyJio app doesn’t even provide a proper way to connect with a customer support agent and explain internet issues. I registered a complaint a few days ago, but it now shows as “resolved” even though nothing has been fixed 🤦

Jatin (@nofearjatin) reported@JioCare Again appointments are scheduled and getting canceled on its own. Nobody is calling, nothing is happening. Jio has engaged bots as customer support who are themselves clueless. Despite complaining so much nothing is moving ahead. No refunds also.
