Instead of fixing the issue, you keep marking it as โresolvedโ without actually resolving anything. Your negligence has directly impacted my work and caused financial losses. If this isnโt resolved immediately, I will file a complaint before the Consumer Commission and claim compensation for the losses incurred due to your deficient service.
