    @JioCare facing problem form many time cannot make call properly and another person cannot get voice on the call and my internet data is also used very fast and I cannot use more data but in the app it shows something wrong pls check

    @JioCare Hi kindly process my disconnection and refund request as my experience with jio is pathetic as i have to lodge a complain every week and the resolution take minimum 5 days so i am not interested in taking your services anymore so kindly refund my money and process disconnection

    @JioCare You should checkout how other platform will initiate the payment. No one recharge or pay bills without notified how this amount is going to cut. Very bad implementation of @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT.

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them

    Worst experience with @JioCare Applied for Jio Fiber on 19th April and made the payment. On 20th April, your installation guy came and clearly said there is no network coverage in my area and promised a refund within 5–10 days. It’s been more than 15 days now and still no refund
