    I am experiencing a negative issue with Jio. I ordered a SIM card, but it has not been delivered. More than five days have passed, and despite contacting support, no assistance has been provided. This constitutes a poor customer experience with Jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare says unused prepaid JioFiber balance won’t be refunded even when the service remains unresolved and the customer wants to disconnect. Is this how Jio maintains its “customer count” by trapping prepaid customers and refusing refunds? Pathetic policy. SR00002M10F0 @TRAI

    Hi, running out of patience now. Will wait till today noon. If my home WiFi problem doesn't get rectified (it's 4 days now),then will have no choice but to shift to another service provider. Gave a lot of time to Jio. @JioCare
