    @JioCare According to telephonic conversation with @jiocare, you want 2.30 hrs for solution. I give u 5 hrs for solution ... after 5 hrs you loose a 7yrs old customer. I deposit my documents to another network

    @JioCare @JioCare 5 days, no internet, no engineer, no resolution. Complaint SR00002MV6KW (raised 25 Jul) is now marked “On Hold – Natural Calamities” with no ETA or communication. This is unacceptable. Restore the connection immediately or provide a firm resolution timeline. #JioFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare Jio one of the worst network.... No signal if a go in any building. Even 1 feet I go inside no internet, some times no signals . Trying locate jio store most the store showing on the websites are fake .... There is no such location..... Try to find solutions or else ill mnp

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN I have already contacted customer support regarding this issue, but instead of receiving proper assistance, I was spoken to in an aggressive and inappropriate manner. I find this kind of communication unacceptable as a customer.

    @JioCare I already did contact your team and issue can only be resolved by visiting the jio store which (major inconvenience) is 80kms away from where i am staying currently. So, thanks for the reply but please work on the suggestion.
