    Extremely poor experience with @jio_fiber Raised relocation + booked JioAirFiber (paid). Next day informed installation not possible → raised cancellation. It’s been 3+ weeks: No refund No resolution But quick to collect old device. Unacceptable @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare When a service request is pending for a month, it is not called on priority. It is called to be in a failed system. Anyway I have complained to the appellate for now.

    @JioCare This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I’ve been trying to reach your customer care for the last 3–4 days regarding my JioHotstar access issue. I previously had a ₹79 plan, then recharged with ₹949 which clearly includes JioHotstar, yet the app still shows
