    @JioCare Issue still not resolved, no engineer has properly assigned. The assigned one is deliberately not visiting the location. Been more than a week, yet there has been no proper action or update from the backend team. I request immediate attention and resolution of this issue

    @JioCare @JioHotstar I have lodged numerous complaints with Customer Care and via email, yet I am still not receiving any response, You failed to resolve my problem within 24 hours; therefore, I am going to file a complaint against you in the  Consumer Court.

    @reliancejio Ordered Jio SIM on 05/04/2026 via MyJio app, delivery promised within 48 hrs. Today is 10/04/2026, still not delivered. No call, no contact from delivery executive despite many complaints. SR No: SRO00032YA8J. Kindly refund ₹399 (₹50 booking + ₹349 recharge). Poor service..

    @JioCare @TRAI despite the fact that I have not received a single call on the number I originally provided. Requesting an alternate number is only warranted if there is trouble connecting to the provided number; however, Jio Care seems to be more interested in my other number.
