    what was the purpose of paying for 5g when your network is too bad that i have to switch on 4g to access net I can't even play games on jio airfiber asa well as mobile network, too bad service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Internet is not working for the past 3 days citing external outage. Jio works in the next block. I can't reach out to customer care. An automated voice informs that there's an outage and disconnects the call. The app based help desk is pathetic. Please help solve this.

    @JioCare just answer me when mine service was active why engineer dint do not check mine device during visit ? and why it took almost 2 week to look in to this issue ? and when engines knows device is not available why he keep insisting me to apply for new device @JioCare who is at fault

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio are you playing with your customer I applied for jio air fiber also paid amount it's 5 days gone no one picking call still installation not done. Why ?? I lost trust if some day I got any issues the same service you will give at that time I want refund
