  Jio, please fix the 5G network in my area. I’m near Mata Amritanandamayi Marg, Pocket 3, Sector D, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. My Jio 5G keeps fluctuating between 5G+, 5G and 4.5G, with 4.5G being the most common. Even on 5G, speeds rarely cross 90 Mbps. This is especially frustrating on the ₹349 plan, where 5G data should actually be usable without constantly falling back to the daily limit. Please look into the network quality in this area. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare How many times have I told u ppl on call as well as here, that Internet goes blank after evry 10 mins. Ask ur employees Rupali, Gaurav who claimed to fix ths in 15 mins 3 days b4 nd one more who cut the call after telling me to wait. Hw mny tyms donI hv to shame u on this platfrm

  It’s been more than 2 days since my JioFiber connection stopped working, and there’s still no clear update on when it will be fixed. I’ve already checked my own setup and the connection is fine. The issue appears to be with the Jio hub/network, yet the customer care team has no clear answer or timeline. It’s causing me serious inconvenience, and despite repeated follow-ups, I’m getting no proper solution. Honestly, this is one of the worst service experiences I’ve had with Jio. I expected much better from a company like Reliance. Getting the worst service experience with the Jio @JioCare

  @JioCare Done. But, please look into changing the terms. One minute of delay in recharging leads to disconnection of internet. But one day of service shutdown does not change anything.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Earlier Jio network was good, but it has been very slow internet, from last 1 month, everyday between 5 to 11 pm. I have call the helpline for resolution. I have one recharge pending if issue doesn't improve i have no other choice than to port my number. Tnx

  @JioCare Your latest assurance was that it will be resolved by 6.30pm IST today. Nobody has visited till now. It’s more than 72 hours since reporting issue. Stopping giving false assurances and wasting time.
