When I talk to dialer manufacturer company they said to activate landline called id function from your service provider. Please activate my landline caller id function.

The fact that I received THIS SMS despite being on DND is a whole different issue altogether. Please block the number firstbto prevent innocent victims calling them up. That should be your primary responsibility.
