@JioCare i was never told while selling the product that jio fibre will only support 5g devices to the maximum speed rest will be on 15-20%. Can someone really help me with this. Not happy with pre sales pitch, now facing the outcome

My brother stuck in Dubai just coz we believe in jio International roaming 1102 rs package and we didn't get any call facilities from this even your customer care not support us one of ur member is not actually have knowledge about this pkg @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@reliancejio Pathetic customer service I have been trying to connect customer care but no response I am being kept in hold for more than 15 mins and there is no response. I raised a complain regarding network issue....it got resolved automatically without even my knowledge.
