When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. If I have clearly requested disconnection, why is an engineer visit being scheduled instead of simply processing the disconnection? My request is being labelled as a “Browsing Issue,” which is completely irrelevant to my actual request. Why am I being forced to go through troubleshooting/engineer visits when I have already decided to discontinue the service? This unnecessary delay and repeated follow-up feels like harassment. Please stop delaying the process and disconnect my Jio service immediately. I do not want an engineer visit or further troubleshooting. Just process my disconnection request and confirm it.
