    Guys really now I am using @BSNL_KL 4G sim on my phone past few days I am getting such kind of bad network from their end dont know what's the matter do I need to call cx department and ask for any kind of internet Settings earlier it was @JioCare using phone #Note8

    @JioCare Jio set top box gets hang and need to restart it. It will stop several times even after restarting the set top box. Issue is repeatedly happening. Informd customer care several times but they instruct to clear data, cache and then restart. Kindly give permanent solution

    @JioCare For a new connection your engineers makes superfast visit. When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Such a pathetic service.

    Hmm !! Urs my humble request to the team and the department to follow the #4G services on the bsnl network Soon. It's fine and working good I guess dont know much more but not that much free as @JioCare let me see for the whole day.

    @reliancejio Pathetic experience from jio.very bad connectivity even after repeated recharge.Especially when kids are having online classes and exams it s high time to switch to Airtel.Even vodafone has improved a lot with respect to connectivity and customer service

    @reliancejio @JioCare do you understand loyalty? Just less than 24 hours of non payment you disconnected my services ? Can't you check atleast if its a high priority customer and the history? Within 5 min if I don't get the network services , our relationship is done. 9526190999

    @reliancejio ,after one year with #jiofiber started facing serious speed issues and each time when call they r asking same trouble shooting, and disconnect call if they can't sort. Never expected this like a behaviour from jio

    @JioCare the network and cellular network is going from good to bad and now from bad to worst cannot connect calls most of the time net is slow I had ported from Airtel to jio and now it looks like time to port back to Airtel will wait until the end of this month

    After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

    @reliancejio the worst network in our area especially during night hours. It is same as old 2G network. Even this post took five minutes to upload.

    @JioCare It’s been more than 20–25 days and I’ve continuously raised complaints regarding the poor network service. The issue is with the tower/router installed, which still hasn’t been resolved. Am I going to get a refund for the service I paid for but couldn’t even properly utilize?

    @JioCare @JioCare If 6 days without service still does not qualify for any compensation according to your policies, then kindly refund the remaining plan amount and take back the router/device. Such service quality is not worth continuing.
