@reliancejio @JioCare It's very disappointing to know that customer care is not able to resolve the queries due to technical issues. List of channels is not available with customer care. We are paying huge amount expecting better facilities.

As per the instructions waited and retried many times and checked and still same issue. Then I changed my RMN from @reliancejio to @BSNL_KL number and started getting the OTPs. Issue resolved, thanks

After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

@JioCare Because of your extreme customer service , i moved to @Airtel_Presence , @reliancejio appellate customer representative behaviour to customer " if you want stay, or go to hell. Beyond this you can't even complain to CEO". Finally moved out from @reliancejio #happy.

@JioCare @NameIsAditya Nothing will happen, above msg is just like ctrl+C + ctrl+V nothing else. You should you service from thar district or state itself don't have any capability to close any problems

@JioCare Sir it's been 6 days from now and it is not happening first time the last month it took them 13 days to resolve that issue. I don't know how router or the line from where the internet is provided damages every month, seriously sir your company need to improve the customer service

@JioCare worst service experience. I raised a complaint about my Jio fiver connectivity issue on 02/07 and appointment scheduled on 02/07 between 7:00 p.m and 8:00 p.m. No executive turned up and on 03/07 had reached out to area executive. No proper response from him.
