@reliancejio @JioCare In ahmedabad facing network issue. Also not getting higher speed like Vodafone how can company say 4G network and 5G might be speed like 3G. While using what’s up video call quality was poor connection issue was facing during call hope so got solution 🙏

@IamKrush7 @JioCare Yes @JioCare I'm also facing the same problem since monday or might be sunday, my average internet speed is 10 to 15 kbps, n before it was nearly average 100 150 kbps everytime bt now onwards it is only 10% of it n can't do surfing and also my what's app msgs are not delivering.

Don't buy New @reliancejio Fiber Business Plans, especially Prepaid plans. They offer it to you, take the prepayment and then they don't deliver. If you go for support, no response at all. We are not getting email responses for more than a month. @reliancegroup
