    @reliancejio I HAVE A WI-FI DONGEL JIO COMPANY FOR 3-4 YEARS . NOW I am facing a connectivity problem. net proper doesn't work. no costumer care working. If you don't solve the problem then I will run a campaign against you on media and social media for your loot.

    @JioCare There are 2 boxes in our building. Those connected to one box have no problem. We are connected to the 2nd box and keep having issues. How long does it take for the technician to come and take a look at what's wrong?

    @JioCare @reliancejio i m a jio user since launch time.The matter is that i m facing too much connectivity issue.Sometim out of reach my phone nd some time otp is not received My phon is ok.I m tired with this **** happening.Otherwise i have to choose another network option.

    @JioCare cannot believe it's not possible to talk to a customer service agent to file a complaint. All I'm getting is recorded messages telling me that my internet service is down. No way to file a complaint.
