@DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

@reliancejio When my friend connects to my 5G hotspot VOLTE disappears from her phone. Unable to make and receive calls. Why such thing is happening? However when hotspot is shared using 4G network everything is OK. Is this network problem or handset problem?

@JioCare Have done you DM but to that also had to rely on @airtelindia slow wifi, @JioCare you are completely absent here (Swaraj Dweep \ Havelock Island) and are now caught napping on it.

@JioCare @reliancejio Really had bad experience with ur home delivery of SIM service.The agent came to my doorstep, after performing all the steps he asked me to pay 100 Rupees extra for the prime services of which when i asked for bill, he threatened me to cancel the connection
