    @reliancejio I visited store 4 times to get esim. But the employees over there are total idiot, playing among themselves , no professionalism at all and i have to wait 15 mins even if there is no one ahead of me. Always server down. Porting to airtel

    @reliancejio Inspite of complaint where feed back is demanded without action. Facing before calling message no valid recharge there on my e sim in cell. Valid still for next days but not of use for me. Regrets for next recharge. Third time since morning today no help.

    @JioCare Still no ETA just a standard reply. If you don’t know what is to be done, help me with escalation process. Else be prepared to add interest on my security deposit while crediting the money because of the delay your guys are deliberately introducing.
