    @TRAI, After tired of @VodafoneIN network, finally I moved to @airtelindia and also paid extra for premium number, but still after 48 hrs sim is not activated. And both companies claims themselves #1, After seeing all this I see bright future of @reliancejio, congrats in advance.

    @JioCare Everytime We ask whats the resolution but we get a message like what's the issue and they always raise a new ticket which give 90 days again. Please let us know how many days or months you really need to resolve this issue.dont lie us that we will resolve in 90 days

At ahmedabad and gujarat the network was good but the out state coverage was as expected. And I'm on out circle tour for 10 days atleast out of month. So.... Looking towards @reliancejio now.

    @JioCare @DoT_India just dm but their is no action .. u can the dm message that I have forwarded earlier I am facing this issue since inception of Jio and had made complaint several time but still thier is no solution. Changed sim card around 3 time no use.

    I have never expected such a bad signal and service from @JioCare .At the initial stage i thought as a customer i should inform them but after 92 days no result and 90 days is @reliancejio promise in attached message. Please do let us know if you are unable to fix this issue.

    @JioCare My jio service request is open from 15 Dec 2022 and till now it's not resolved. Technician visits my place and but he can't able to resolve my request and said to me that you have to relocate your jio fiber, but I can't able to relocate because jio service us open.

    Absolute shameless and pathetic customer care @AJIOLife @reliancejio the fault is yours.. u guys sent the wrong one..now its your responsibility to rectify the mistake..don’t tell that it cannot be exchanged.I’m not in the favour of returning it as i got it at a special price😡😡
