    @JioCare You should checkout how other platform will initiate the payment. No one recharge or pay bills without notified how this amount is going to cut. Very bad implementation of @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT.

    @JioCare kindly consider this STB pickup is pending from last 40 days. No one is responding. Complaint number CO0000NC7KIQ. Even I didn't got my refund. Of prepaid acount.

    @GTPL_Care worst service provider... The customer care team and the technician both are not responding. In every 15 day the service is stop and no one is taking responsibility to this. Waiting for @reliancejio and @airtelindia to provide their broadband in every location.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service. Your representative are not responding to our request of resolving our issue. They resolve the issue on application without addressing it. Customer care is also not giving any assurance. Kindly do the needful.

    @JioCare Without my consent you close and reopen the SRN and I am not even informed about such an event. You can track the status from 13/06/26 till today this is only going on and today also engineer has not arrived. What kind of resolution #Jio is providing. Ruthless

    @JioCare Still now I have not received any update. Whenever I am calling Jio care, I get standard updates like your issue will be solved by 12 pm next day. Next day also I get same answer. @_MukeshAmbani sir, we are not getting good customer support from Jio
