Please raise a maintenance/safety ticket and share the complaint or reference number. The site poses a fire and electrocution hazard due to vegetation around electrical equipment.

I reported a service disruption on 13 June the engineer visit scheduled for the evening of 17 June a delay of four days. Since I will be unable to use the service for a significant portion of my 30-day subscription due to this delay will you compensate by extending my plan with equivalent additional service days? Customers should not have to bear the cost of delays caused by inadequate service response. @reliancejio
