@reliancejio @JioCare i thought i would get supirior experience if port into jio. Guy at Jio was unprofessional and rude refused to help. Instead of helping customers he was busy with his phone setting up callertune. Well change my mind, i am staying with @ViCustomerCare.

@JioCare I dm my number, kindly look into this matter. Otherwise i will complaint in consumer forum, also this person name is Ehtesham. who did this. This is not acceptable at all. This is weird thing. I think jio not properly train his employees.

Absolutely pathetic network @reliancejio @JioCare My WiFi is down, so had to switch to mobile network but it is absolutely ******! No network coverage since 7 PM!!! Forget 4G, not even 2G!!

@IamKrush7 @JioCare Yes @JioCare I'm also facing the same problem since monday or might be sunday, my average internet speed is 10 to 15 kbps, n before it was nearly average 100 150 kbps everytime bt now onwards it is only 10% of it n can't do surfing and also my what's app msgs are not delivering.

@JioCare Customer care has been giving the standard response that it will be rectified in 7 hrs 40 mins (not sure where they are getting that number from). This is crazy. Can't afford to not have basic connectivity. Be prepared to lose 100+ customers...
