@reliancejio @JioCare i thought i would get supirior experience if port into jio. Guy at Jio was unprofessional and rude refused to help. Instead of helping customers he was busy with his phone setting up callertune. Well change my mind, i am staying with @ViCustomerCare.

@IamKrush7 @JioCare Yes @JioCare I'm also facing the same problem since monday or might be sunday, my average internet speed is 10 to 15 kbps, n before it was nearly average 100 150 kbps everytime bt now onwards it is only 10% of it n can't do surfing and also my what's app msgs are not delivering.

@GooglePay we find that post paid bills sync with telcos website show the bill amount instead of showing outstanding amount and no option to correct the amount. So we are not able pay the bill. Either @Airtel_Presence , @reliancejio correct this problem or Google do it.
