@JioCare True5g invitation clicked on my jio app banner and registered on website (15 days +). iOS 16.2 updated. Postpaid number active. 5g cover area. Aur kya chaiye as the invite ain’t coming for Postpaid numbers. Don’t reply without reading the problem.

@JioCare Amazon prime has stopped working in the monthly 999 plan. On contacting customer care they told that prime membership is valid only for 1 year. This was not intimated at the time of taking new connection. Sheer case of mis selling!

If somebody knows how can I talk to actual Customer service person in JIO, please let me know. I am unable to talk to anybody for last 6 months for my fibre’s intermittent problems. Anytime last message is we are unable to help u.I do Not like Jio app. @reliancejio #jionetwork
