@reliancejio @JioCare Service id 299291033996. Despite advance quarter payment, sony app premium not working. If you change plan, it is your concerned. Once you pocketed my money, you can't discontinue service. Not expected atleast from you.

So @MoCA_GoI has stopped promoting healthy competition and favouring make in India and Indian companies. Well it's good. But the latest @Toyota_India case is really as bad as competition with @reliancejio declining.

@JioCare from past one week network is so much poor can't even load web page, called customer care regarding same but she said it is because of more user in your area and also said I can't tell you by what time your issue will be resolved. I used to work on Jio hotspot 1)

@JioCare Its not about single day or any particular time of day we are facing issues, its been 10 or more days that we are getting very slow internet and networking problem. As per your suggestions that many users are active in my location than expand your network accordingly. @TRAI

@JioCare @gspapani It is quiet unfortunate that, if there is any issue with service provider than they vl ask you to send direct massage/not to share any detail publicly for their failure If customer has made some mistake than simply service provider withdraw themselves. How poor v r as a customer

@JioCare @TRAI We are facing problem very single second and you don't hv any responsibility to short it out in a day?? It took 2 3 days to reach to the customer care, and we have to wait 2 3 days to get proper ans from you. And thn you come up with 0 solution. There is no value of complaint??

@JioCare I have taken Jio Fiber connection in July 2021(Rs399/pm along with 1 month trial 0ffer). I paid Rs 2825/- as advance for 6 months. (no installation and security if a customer pay advance for six months) . But bill has started coming from 5th month.

@reliancejio I have raised a complaint on 25th jan, still its not solved and I am helpless. The customer care doesn't even have a solution to it. Everytime I call customer care they assign an engineer but they never come to resolve the issues. Its pathetic.
