Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them

Postpaid number active. 5g cover area. Aur kya chaiye as the invite ain’t coming for Postpaid numbers. Don’t reply without reading the problem.

gotYou (@iGottchaYou) reported@JioCare My devices were connecting on airfiber. Post relocation 2.4 Ghz option is not visible. Only 5 Gh option is there. But most of the devices support 2.4 band. Jio support says jio has stopped this band. So, I should switch to other operator if I want to connect my devices on wifi.
