    @JioCare I am not able to (9265468323) make calls and use data in Navapura, Daskroi, Ahmedabad. The jio tower is installed next to my plant and still I am not able get the jio service, cna sum one help.

    @reliancejio There is network issue from past week, called to customer care and she replied it is because there is lot of user in your area plus she said I can't commit withing how much time this issue will be fixed. @TRAI can you please look into this? #jionetworkissue

    @JioCare from past one week network is so much poor can't even load web page, called customer care regarding same but she said it is because of more user in your area and also said I can't tell you by what time your issue will be resolved. I used to work on Jio hotspot 1)

    @JioCare My JIO TV set top box is not working properly. My JIO fixed device ID is 079 91 35910062 mobile no is 9879208901. The JIO TV launch keeps on hanging.

    So, We can say that we are unable to provide good network in case of crowded well developed area of Gujarat's commercial capital, #Ahmedabad and also unable to confirm service improvement interval.- @JioCare @reliancejio.

    @JioCare pl arrange for early action for my complaint no-SR000012A2DU which is for in installation of Jio fiber device router and setup box. Pl note that I have register the same on 14th ,which is cancel by your end without my consent.Request is again register today. @reliancejio

    @JioCare warning upgraded your service in this location...I complain three times before six months ago...But very poor service...I will go to AIRTEL...and say about your poor service...

    @JioCare @gspapani It is quiet unfortunate that, if there is any issue with service provider than they vl ask you to send direct massage/not to share any detail publicly for their failure If customer has made some mistake than simply service provider withdraw themselves. How poor v r as a customer

    So @MoCA_GoI has stopped promoting healthy competition and favouring make in India and Indian companies. Well it's good. But the latest @Toyota_India case is really as bad as competition with @reliancejio declining.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service id 299291033996. Despite advance quarter payment, sony app premium not working. If you change plan, it is your concerned. Once you pocketed my money, you can't discontinue service. Not expected atleast from you.

    @JioCare Its not about single day or any particular time of day we are facing issues, its been 10 or more days that we are getting very slow internet and networking problem. As per your suggestions that many users are active in my location than expand your network accordingly. @TRAI

    @JioCare This is one of the worst service I have ever seen.I raise a request from 14 then again on 16 ,everyday I call to Customercare but no resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am having a horrible experience with jio fibre customer care. The local jio executive has not done fibre installation correctly and he promised to come back to do it correctly, however, it has been two weeks chasing him and there is no response. Pathetic.

    @reliancejio Very slow speed and disconnect automatic many time every day If my problem not solve on time, I will never continue with you, as my plan renew on next month If your service is not satisfactory I will go with another company in next month

    @reliancejio @ranveerbrar @jiotvplus Jio fiber customer service is very poor. I have problem in connection but jio not resolving connection problems . When we tried to connect over call to care executive the call always disconnected. .

    Despite contacting many customer care numbers of the company, contact is being made and my problem is not being resolved. So if my problem is not resolved within two days I will file a complaint in "wake up customer wake up" which I report to @RelianceJioCare @JioCare @jio
