Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that I’m planning to stay with #jio. I used Jio for almost 5 years & have to dx and get Airtel as they remained down for a week with zero accountability. Their local agents were rude as hell. Get Airtel.
