    @reliancejio Team have you missed out Gujarat State for your 5g services, it was told Ahmedabad will be the first one to experience the services but it seems the otherwise any problem?

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them

    @JioCare How is that going to be of any used cause your engineer has already told me that โ€œthe issue is on the backend, and he has done everything he could." Secondly it's been 10 days since I've been complaining don't you think I should be compensated for these lost days.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare this issue is yet to be resolved. As i explained earlier there was some infra happened and the issue started after that. Your teams are totally incapable and lacks coordination. 2 teams have visited my place and they couldn't find the root cause yet.

    @JioCare Hello, this is ridiculous. Why am I supposed to visit the Jio center.? I'm cancelling the Jio fiber purely due to your incompetent service. I have already disconnected and kept the box ready for pickup. Ensure your engineer comes and picks the device at home

    @JioCare I requested to cancel my Jio Fiber in April, and it took a month to process. Whenever we request a new connection, it is activated the next day. After it was terminated on May 11th, I haven't received a refund. I also can't connect through the app, as it shows nowhere.
