  @reliancejio There is network issue from past week, called to customer care and she replied it is because there is lot of user in your area plus she said I can't commit withing how much time this issue will be fixed. @TRAI can you please look into this? #jionetworkissue

  @JioCare from past one week network is so much poor can't even load web page, called customer care regarding same but she said it is because of more user in your area and also said I can't tell you by what time your issue will be resolved. I used to work on Jio hotspot 1)

  @JioCare @gspapani It is quiet unfortunate that, if there is any issue with service provider than they vl ask you to send direct massage/not to share any detail publicly for their failure If customer has made some mistake than simply service provider withdraw themselves.   @JioCare @reliancejio I am having a horrible experience with jio fibre customer care. The local jio executive has not done fibre installation correctly and he promised to come back to do it correctly, however, it has been two weeks chasing him and there is no response. Pathetic.
