@reliancejio My experience with Jio dongles is poor. The speed is not good enough as the claim. The pre on post top up is convenient to recharge but does not deliver at all.

@JioCare order# NO0000FY3GKZ. Dead line since installed & ivr system reverts account is active. Jio Techs unable to resolve issue since more than 24hrs now since install was completed. Seems some tech details mismatch when they registered my info into ur system. Help to escalate

@JioCare Hi i am jio postpaid customer not able to use internet. And when i try to raise the issue in my jio app the just told me to there are large number of user is using internet, that is not my fault why i change me location to use internet i have paid for it.

(1) @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber ..Recently got Jio fiber..Asked Salesman add gst and he said it can be done later..He onboarded me as individual and not SMB customer..Now your customer service keeps apologising that I cannot add GST to my account.
