    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare Since We are paying for 28 days why Team Jio's auto generated voice message hearing again and again... Such nasty experience with Jio. I know my recharge day... Pls stop this non sense or else I'll port to some other service. My Jio no. 8369338628

    @JioCare I got this below message, but I don't even cancel, I paid still no response Refund of Rs. 2221.46 has been initiated for cancellation of JioAirFiber connection having Order Number NO0001EEZRVG. The refund amount will reflect in your null account within 10 working days.

Instead of fixing the original complaint, they’ve created yet another escalation request and pushed the resolution to tomorrow—if they decide to act on it. At this point, it feels like they’re managing tickets, not solving customer problem

    @JioCare If a customer pays their bill on time every month, they have a right to receive good and stable service. @JioCare I have been facing issues with the network and internet speed for quite some time now. Despite repeated complaints, the problem remains unresolved. How can customers maintain their trust in Jio if they do not receive good service, a better network, and reliable connectivity? Please provide a permanent solution to my problem. Customers stay loyal by receiving good service, not just by paying bills.
