    @JioCare Thanks Aahil. I’ve been trying to reach the technician on call but I’m unable to connect. The customer care no. transfers the call to an advisor but no one answers the call Please look into it!

    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    @JioCare Inspite if registering a new complaint this afternoon at 12:30 I was been told that an engineer would visit by 3pm and it’s already 5pm but nobody here and also no communication, is this truly a 5G experience which you’ll claim??? Poor customer service

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Regarding the Jio AirFiber connection I subscribed to (Registered Number: 9735187088)—when I recharged in January, I was granted a validity period of two months. However, when I recharged on March 31st, the service was disconnected today—just 20 days later

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I recently contacted for jio air fiber. Which has been installed 200 mtr away from my home. I have 5 contacts of the jio installation team but no one takes the call.. very poor service, time to rethink it seems.

    @JioCare Yesterday engineer visited in morning and without updating ticket went on hold and after that it got rescheduled 3 times . Evening 7-8 then Morning 12-1 the again evening 7-8. In #myjio app Call to engineer not connecting and track engineer button also not working.

    @JioCare Expectation time (7:40 AM) passed,but no resolution! MyJio app clearly offered 2 months for ₹707,yet I am being denied. This is cheating! Either activate the 2-month plan immediately or I am filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) right now. SR: SR000033V8UZ
