@JioCare Is there anyway to contact customer support. No reply when I sent DM to your inbox. When I choose chat option from mobile app, no one replies for 3-4 hours. Called on 1800-889-9999 four times & call doesn’t connect to any human. Wifi not working despite doing recharge.

I was told by one of ur executive that on new connection of jio fibre I would receive three months of free trial. Now, after one month whenever I try to apply coupon it asks to recharge.
