    @reliancejio SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them

    Before, taking action on 5G you must have to improve your 4G networks. Because mostly the middle class and below that are using @reliancejio I believe they all are facing problem but the thing is that people won't speak out. But, I have spent my money and It's not worth it. #Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber has been almost unusable for the last 15โ€“20 days. Technician already visited, but the issue remains. The problem seems to be network capacity/tower infrastructure. Please escalate this to your network team and provide a permanent solution.
