    @JioCare I am not able to (9265468323) make calls and use data in Navapura, Daskroi, Ahmedabad. The jio tower is installed next to my plant and still I am not able get the jio service, cna sum one help.

    So @MoCA_GoI has stopped promoting healthy competition and favouring make in India and Indian companies. Well it's good. But the latest @Toyota_India case is really as bad as competition with @reliancejio declining.

    @JioCare from past one week network is so much poor can't even load web page, called customer care regarding same but she said it is because of more user in your area and also said I can't tell you by what time your issue will be resolved. I used to work on Jio hotspot 1)

    @reliancejio There is network issue from past week, called to customer care and she replied it is because there is lot of user in your area plus she said I can't commit withing how much time this issue will be fixed. @TRAI can you please look into this? #jionetworkissue

    @JioCare pl arrange for early action for my complaint no-SR000012A2DU which is for in installation of Jio fiber device router and setup box. Pl note that I have register the same on 14th ,which is cancel by your end without my consent.Request is again register today. @reliancejio

    @JioCare My JIO TV set top box is not working properly. My JIO fixed device ID is 079 91 35910062 mobile no is 9879208901. The JIO TV launch keeps on hanging.

    @JioCare @gspapani It is quiet unfortunate that, if there is any issue with service provider than they vl ask you to send direct massage/not to share any detail publicly for their failure If customer has made some mistake than simply service provider withdraw themselves. How poor v r as a customer

    So, We can say that we are unable to provide good network in case of crowded well developed area of Gujarat's commercial capital, #Ahmedabad and also unable to confirm service improvement interval.- @JioCare @reliancejio.

    @JioCare @JioCare If this is a “temporary outage”, why is it happening daily for the last 15–20 days? The issue is clearly persistent, not temporary. Even today the network was down again. Please stop marking it resolved without fixing it on ground and provide a permanent solution. @TRAI

    @JioCare Hi Keshav, I’m using a Motorola phone. Calls only work when mobile data is ON, and internet speed is very slow (like 2G). Please resolve this soon.

    @JioCare My internet connection with jiofiber is inconsistent since last 3-4 days. And jio support also has been terrible at resolving my queries. Requesting support here as support over call has not been very affirming.

    @JioCare my jio fibre connection has had no Internet for a week. I raised a complaint and yet there is no resolution. When i call i get an automated message that my service request is on hold and i need to open the app to reschedule engineers visit.

    @JioCare Fibre Internet has been down for 2 days straight. Complaints raised, but ZERO response - no calls, no technician, nothing. Is this the service we’re paying for? Absolutely unacceptable. Fix this ASAP or stop charging for services you can’t deliver.

    @JioCare Should rename to Jio Does Not Care Very poor experience with @jio_fiber. Cancelled my order on 10 March (Order No: NO0001C5BG5W) and paid ~₹2800. After 17 days, only ₹600 refunded. Multiple calls, repeated “wait 24 hours” responses, and no update even after SR (SR000031RWAJ).

    @JioCare im facing internet service down with my jio fiber and unable to access jio home also. I ran a diagnosis and raised a request in my jio app We are facing a drop in service during the evening time and no one to connect and resolve as i WFH at night shift. Please do help
