    @JioCare I have recharged for 50/- INR on my jio number and I'm unable to make a call from my number when I connect with your jio customer care your customer service executive is very rude in behaviour and his name is Ajay and he replied me that you have not any active plan.

    @GTPL_Hathway My plan exp on 23/05. It stopped on 13/05. Your renewal person not answering. Neither you customer service. Fed up. @airtelindia Tried switching to u. But shows nearest branch to WBengal. @GTPL_Hathway @airtelindia No doubt why @reliancejio rules. #Irresponsible

    @reliancejio Too Worst Service. They Launch a scheme with a prepaid amount of advance of 6 months and left your problem unsolved as they have money already. Customers will suffer only with Opened SR Number. Helpless and trapped Jio Customer with SR ID SR00001IWSAA.

    Pathetic service by @reliancejio @JioCare I complained a few days back about my settop box, they said someone will come, I got a call but no one turned up..the buffering is more than the match time...It's not me,its my mom who's 78 who watches her serials..really sad

    @reliancejio, @JioCare Civilians of this area are facing a lot of issues in the mobile network especially for Students. There is not even coverage for talking purposes. I don't think except our Village there is no other village where network coverage is unavailable. 3/4

    .@JioCare for the last one week, I am getting calls from random people saying they got a missed call from my number. Obviously I didn’t call. Your customer service says there is no such problem listed in your resource. But there sure is a problem.
