    @JioCare I’m living in 5G compatible city Ahmedabad for long, never received 5G invite. When can I expect it? Some other people in my area have access to #JioTrue5G. Why did I not get invite?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service. Your representative are not responding to our request of resolving our issue. They resolve the issue on application without addressing it. Customer care is also not giving any assurance. Kindly do the needful.

    Just had a retention call from @JioCare for my jio post-paid number. Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that I’m planning to stay with #jio. Jio, that man deserves a raise.

    SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi kindly process my disconnection and refund request as my experience with jio is pathetic as i have to lodge a complain every week and the resolution take minimum 5 days so i am not interested in taking your services anymore so kindly refund my money and process disconnection

    @JioCare I replied by DM as you suggested but my issue was not resolved after the pass of 72 hours. This type of service is not acceptable from any reputed company. #shameful service #jiocare

    @JioCare Does JIO FIBER advice customer to Recharge ONLY AFTER Switch Off ? Because earlier if the customer recharges, his monthly active period is reduced automatically by JIO FIBER ? I had recharged 4 days prior and Company reduced my active period and Reset new dates !
