@JioCare @reliancejio this is the speed i have got just 5.7 kbps. This is amazing and fablous. Each and every time got same reply from customer care we are working on the issue from last six month. It's my humble request you to if you can not resolve the issue please tell us.

@JioCare Is there anyway to contact customer support. No reply when I sent DM to your inbox. When I choose chat option from mobile app, no one replies for 3-4 hours. Called on 1800-889-9999 four times & call doesn’t connect to any human. Wifi not working despite doing recharge.

Hey @JioCare , my jio Router which was supposed to be picked up by 2 Oct, 2021. It's 8th of Oct, and I'm still waiting for the enginner to arrive. Everytime I call the customer care they assign me a new pickup date. Kindly look into the matter.

@JioCare If this was not applicable then why did you allow the 2599 pack ? You could say that 2599 pack will not give the Disney + Hotstar subscription renewal. Shame on Jio and Hotstar. Time to port @reliancejio I guess. You're losing a customer..I can assure you that.

@airtelindia services have deteriorated drastically in the last 3 years. The only reason people were willing to pay a premium for airtel services was for their customer service. Now that has become so crap. No wonder @reliancejio is picking up. Looking to shift my connection too
