    Dear, @reliancejio I've been facing the slow internet speed for more than many months. Whenever I call the customer care they have only one answer "Our team is working in this location" since I've converted to @reliancejio.

    @JioCare fibre down since 2 days, no response to complain. That's how they go about it, penetrate the markets cheap then render you at their mercy, the @reliancegroup ways.

    Just had a retention call from @JioCare for my jio post-paid number. Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that Iโ€™m planning to stay with #jio. Jio, that man deserves a raise.

    @reliancejio Team have you missed out Gujarat State for your 5g services, it was told Ahmedabad will be the first one to experience the services but it seems the otherwise any problem?

    @JioCare True5g invitation clicked on my jio app banner and registered on website (15 days +). iOS 16.2 updated. Postpaid number active. 5g cover area. Aur kya chaiye as the invite ainโ€™t coming for Postpaid numbers. Donโ€™t reply without reading the problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Had a JioFiber technician visit scheduled today 25th May 3-4pm. Itโ€™s 6pm and no one showed up. No call, no update. Spent all day waiting. Support calls only reach automated voice, no human help. Fix this. #JioFiber #PoorService

    Power cut = No Jio network in Saidpur, Budaun (U.P.) 243725. No internet, no calls, nothing. Other networks run on backup power, but Jio shuts down completely every time. Any solution? @JioCare @reliancejio One frustrated jio user

    @reliancejio . Never buy jio fibre . They have huge service issue. Relocation of wifi is not entertained at all. New connection selling is only focus.
